It takes special people who have a gift for serving others and being patient with the elderly to work there! I have seen how management deals with each one with dignity and respect and kindness, even when residents have not spoken kindly to them! They are welcoming and attentive! [Name removed], the maintenance manager, stops in and visits each resident and responds immediately with a solution and a positive attitude and he really is attentive! He couldn't be more kind and loving and helpful! I love how [name removed] has been caring and supportive and communicates with the residents and knows them all by name! [Names removed] support even the family members, with prayer and encouragement! I couldn't be more impressed by such Kind and Loving people! The chefs are extremely accommodating and I haven't seen a better selection or options for feeding so many people at once to keep them all happy and healthy! The variety and taste is top notch! My mom was such a Queen and she was treated like one. The holidays are extra special with buffets and treated like royalty. Although the facility is independent living, each staff member goes above and beyond to help each resident! Everything from cleaning to the transportation services to doctor and shopping to all the activities [name removed] that are planned daily to lawn beautification and security and safety and spirituality and even up to recently grooming (haircuts and mani/pedi) - How could one ask for anything more! I'm sure someone would think of something but seriously, the needs of many are met here! I will be forever grateful for the level of care provided to my mom, making this a perfect place for her! I would recommend Chesterfield Heights Gracious Retirement Living to anyone! My mom felt like family there and made so many friends and thrived there.

My Mom (88 yrs young) recently moved into Julian Estates, after veiwing a total of 6 other local retirement centers. The staff, from front office admin to cleaning personnel, cooks, to maintenance are all wonderful! Every time I have visited, I've been greeted with smiling faces, even the other residents are so friendly! They made my mom feel so welcomed and comfortable, even before she actually moved in. She's been there a few months now, and haven't seen her this happy in quite some time. It sure brings happiness to all of us family members to see her enjoying life at "Julian Estates Gracious Retirement Living"... Thank you ALL!!!

5 for everything in regards to Stone Lodge. What really stood out to our family at first was their staff. The staff team there is very friendly and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had with Stone Lodge.

Everyone has been very welcoming and warm. Very attentive and helpful ! There is always someone available 24/7 and always right there to help. The dining room is wonderful and the meals are great !

So far, everything has been very accommodating and smooth at Cottonwood Estates. We love the facility. I feel comfortable leaving my loved one when we go home. And we always feel welcome and comfortable when we visit!

A good friend recently moved to Colonial Gardens on recommendation of another mutual friend. The facility staff has been very helpful, and the facility itself is lovely, light and airy and comfortable, The food is excellent, with several choices per meal, and the dining room has multiple 4 person tables, and serves like a restaurant. The other residents are friendly, with interesting people from all different backgrounds. The rooms vary in size, price and configuration so you can find what suits your own needs and budget. My friend is very happy to be there.

The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is very engaged with the community that lives there and is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment. The meals are excellent and planned well for the community there so that they have choices to pick from. I would recommend the facility and have to friends and other family members.

My dad has been at Ashwood Meadows for 2 months! He was assigned an ambassador to show him around. He was immediately friended by 2 wonderful gentlemen and he eats with them daily. The staff is extremely courteous and interacts with all the residents. The meals are OUTSTANDING and the facility is immaculate! I’m very pleased with how things have gone so far at Ashwood Meadows. I have a peace of mind now that he’s not living alone in a big ole house.

The facility is attractive and very bright-- lots of natural light both in the common areas and in the rooms. We just went through a renovation of all the common areas with minimal disruption and good results. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, welcoming and supportive. Within a few days, they all knew my name. Housekeeping is weekly and is efficient. The managers referred me to a company for help with the move-in process. It was an amazingly smooth process. The meals are good quality, and there are multiple menu options for alternate and healthy choices. They also just installed a refrigerator where residents who may have missed a meal can pick up a sandwich, salad, fruit, yogurt, etc. any time. I would definitely recommend Desert Springs!

What has made Hudson Estates such a great experience so far is the staff. The staff is very friendly. The building is beautiful, very clean and open. Meals are very good and there is a variety. Activities plus bus trips are good for the residents.

I would tell a friend or any others that they would enjoy living here.

They are all 5. I'm happy my Dad was able to enjoy the last few months of his life at Mulligan Park. Very clean facility. Friendly and caring staff.

The staff are all upbeat and accommodating from the managers all the way down to the housekeeping / maintenance staff. Love all the on-site amenities. The physical therapist is busy all day helping residents stay strong or overcome injuries. The meals are 5-star, in my opinion. There's loads of activities and the weekly group outings go to some fabulous places. All this is evident by observing how happy all the residents are every day. I will be living there when it's my time to stop living in my home.

Everything has been a 5, the experience has been perfect. What we really like about the Colonial gardens is the great food and all the different activities. They have flexible meal options, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. We would very highly recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Friendly staff good environment, cleanliness facility, nice cafeteria good quality food. Apartments are the perfect size for one person.

My mom was a resident at Colonial Harbor until she passed recently. Colonial Harbor was a Godsend, the team is phenomenal, and I'm so glad that my mom was there because she was cared about and cared for by wonderful people.

Everything that I see when I visit her seems to be good I haven't heard her say anything bad about where she is at. I talk to people in the office from time to time and everything is going well she is extremely happy to be there

Thank you so much for introducing me to the Pioneer Valley Lodge in Logan, Utah. I have more best friends than ever before. This place is amazing. We have lots of activities. We go on outings, movies, and we have lots of entertainment. The meals are great. The staff is wonderful. I'm home.
