The community itself is nice and clean, although more thorough room cleaning would be nice. hear some complaints from Mom about quality of meals and chef but overall I believe the dining options are acceptable. Mom has her own card games with friends she has made at Steeplechase to keep her busy

That the client can get as involved in the activities as they want . The dining room was wonderful, staff were great to work with! My mom was in the efficiency apartment and that was plenty big for her.

What our family likes the most about Colonial Harbor is the security and the overall friendliness. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The main area is very clean, could use some landscaping, flowers, grass where sprinkler lines are laying. We LOVE [name removed] and [name removed]! They are amazing!! They truly care!! Our loved one doesn't get "care" but they all seem to care. When it comes to the meals and dining some days are good and some are not so good. There are A LOT of activities! It is a good value but hate the yearly increases. He's on a fixed income. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. My neighbor is moving her dad into Alexis bc of my recommendation

The evening meals are a 1 and the value for cost is just overpriced. However, Kennedy Meadows is like family! They have a difficult time keeping go help. Money and hours are the problem...hey do not pay people more than 30 hours a week to avoid paying benefits. Would not recommend

Pioneer Ridge was amazing. My loved one died 2 weeks later after moving in, but they were awesome throughout the whole ordeal. The staff really care about their residents and are so kind and accommodating to the family members as well. Top notch facility.

We chose Fairview Estates because of the price and the attractiveness of the facility. I would tell others to shop around. Talk with residents about their experiences before deciding. I would recommend this facility.

I would definitely recommend this facility! The staff are so kind and engaging! Housekeeping and maintenance keep right on top of things! Housekeeping provides sheets and towels and they are changed each week. My father required some assistance with showering, laundry and medication and they were able to assist us in hiring someone to come in and help him. My family feels very relaxed knowing that he is safe and that all his of needs are being met!

It's a wonderful place. The facility and everyone has been nice. The on-site Dr's and therapy people have kept me in the loop about my mom. My m9m and I are currently no contact. I'm not real sure how much longer she will be there however. Because of her declining health. I had to go to court and have guardians put into place. They may be moving her.

Providence meadows has been a great place for my dad and stepmother. Comfortable, clean, beautiful grounds, 3 meals a day and easy monthly rent. Their apartments have nice patios with woodsy views and very quiet. The staff have all been exceptionally helpful and personal. They get to know the residents and have been integral in helping me to help my dad. I highly recommend Prov Meadows if you’re searching for a safe place for your family.

Great experience with them. Everyone I met that work there was very friendly and easy to talk to. The residence that I met when I went for that one meal I had there were very friendly and easy to talk to. They all said they enjoyed living there. They have several different size units you can rent, which makes it very nice. When trying to figure out how to put your furniture in there. They are very spacious. Overall this is a very nice place.

Somerset is a very welcoming community. The residents are happy and friendly and like to spend time together. Aside from that, the managers and staff are the best thing about Somerset. I am very happy with our decision to join this facility.

They made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The meal served was well prepared and delicious. There is plenty of activity throughout the week. The grounds are well kept. Plenty of safe walking space.

Very relaxing and enjoyable lodge and the staff goes out of their way to make everyone comfortable. I still work and it is a pleasure to make it home and be able to sit down for a good meal and enjoy conversations with everyone and not have to worry about anything.

My loved one is currently a resident at Whispering Pines. The communication with the family is great and the staff is excellent. The food is decent, but the portions could be bigger of course. I guess their guests don't have large appetites. They have had trouble with turnover in the restaurant.

My former mother-in-law, she was very happy with Steeplechase. Meals were good and plentiful. I think there was a slight rate adjustment after one year, but nothing drastic. There has been management and personnel turnover over the past year, but I do not think it has caused much impact.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sanford Estates. Overall, I would recommend Sanford Estates to others. There was turnover with the person running the facility, which I hated to see. Also, the food is pretty bad.

We have totally loved our experience at Pioneer Valley Lodge. They are so friendly and happy there. The chef food is awesome. I HIGHLY recommend Pioneer Valley Lodge to others. I would go there myself, if needed.

We chose Maple Ridge because of the cleanliness, the meals, the beautiful dining room and the quality of the rooms as well as the staff It's a warm welcoming community. They accept anyone and make them feel special.
