We are pleased with our decision to move to Orchard Heights in Clermont, Florida. The staff are well trained in their duties and have a bonus of cheerful concern for residents. Many are long time employees at Orchard Heights. Food is very good with several options available at each of the meals. Extra items are available 24/7 in a refrigerator on the first floor along with a self serve ice cream machine. Daily activities keep residents involved in several different ways. Apartments are cleaned weekly. We are enjoying meeting new residents and making friends in this beautiful, cheerful community.

Friendly residents, included meals, clean and light décor, good location. I would recommend !

1 through 7 I can not say enough about this place, as this was a big step for our family, my father has been there for just over a year and is doing great. The money however is a little pricey in my eyes especially for not having a nurse on site. They should know that the staff that is there are great and very helpful but there is no medical staff.

Love Ashwood Meadows.[name removed] goes above and beyond I make new residents feel like home. Great food & choices.[name removed] absolutely LOVES Ashwood Meadows! They have done so much to make her feel right at home. Glad we chose Ashwood Meadows!

The staff gets a 10!!! What we like the most about the community is that The resident managers living onsite! It is absolutely vital to their resident family! That's how they consider them. Recognizing when folks need help or step up services. Enforcing mandatory meal times for socialization. It is truly a family. I could go in and eat dinner with my mom every day, if I wanted to. To the point that the staff expected to see me and when they did, would have the things I liked ready for me. And this included the wait staff as well.

The friendliness gets a 5+. Most important in my choice was the over all feeling of friendliness, from staff and fellow colleagues. The place is attractive, although

Cottonwood Estates has been great. It is a warm, bright and inviting place. We love that my mother in law can have her dog and has plenty of walking options. There are a lot of friendly residents and she is always eating with new residents everyday. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! They were so helpful in the entire process! They are very responsive and caring. My husband and I are extremely happy with the whe experience.

He is happy with his new home at Ashwood Meadows. Friendly people, good food, convenient location.

They were amazing! I could not have asked for anything more! t I had a family crisis and needed immediate care for my mother. They bent over backwards for her and [names removed]were amazing human beings! [name removed], from Golden Homes who they work with were amazing as well! They saved me

She liked the surroundings and had special on the day she signed the papers but I think the reason my choose this one was proximity to me. Most definitely I would recommend.

Hudson Estates gets 5s across the board. The food is quite good, even when they serve something I don't like, it is usually done very well. The room is nice and it is clean. The whole facility is nicely done. The staff is friendly and helpful even if they are short staffed on any given day. I highly recommend it.

I have been happy with Cottonwood Estates. Their managers do a great job of looking after the people living here. I would recommend Cottonwood Estates to other families based on the experience so far.

What I like the most about the community is the friendliness and yes I would recommend Parkrose Chateao to other families based on the experience so far.

All kinds of activities and helpful staff and yes we would recommend Kennedy Meadows Gracious Retirement Living community to other families based on the experience so far.

My Dad loved Colonial Gardens, but his circumstances changed and he did not want to spend the money, so he now has his own apartment with my step Mom and very happy... that type of living with new folks he was not ready for that, but he did like the place...

What we like the most about Orchard Heights is that the people are friendly residents and staff, many activities

A lot of the program here is fine. The meals and Bingo games but they are dismal in taking care of the internet which is severely overloaded. I am only able to access the internet sporadically on my laptop. I am having to purchase an outside WiFi service for $[fee removed] per month.

It was a great place! The food was delicious. It was bright and clean and so much to do. Having managers live on site is great. [name removed] was wonderful!
