I don't remember the name of staff but most of interactions very friendly. I will be jumping around in my thoughts as I am trying to remember things. Biggest thing that I remember was that the financial contracts that were discussed were 100% followed. No hidden fees or adjustments were made. It was difficult at time getting contractors in the place to respond to left messages. The physical therapist were very patient with my parents. My parents did look forward to spending time with them. I wish that before I signed the contract with Providence that I spoke with all the vendors and that I could have placed a name and vendor and service together. The various married couples that worked there were very professional. I loved the way meals were served. The activities director was very helpful. I hope that this has helped you

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities going on and they are welcoming to new residents. I would recommend to others.

This is such a great place for my Mom . The staff are all so nice and helpful. The food is absolutely wonderful and the place is beautiful and very clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents.

Good management, friendly people , efficient staff, well maintained facilities, good variety of food. Two things manager and friendly people. They have what they call ambassadors who share a meal with a visitor and answer any questions plus tell more details about Desert Springs from an occupant view point.

The community and staff are extremely friendly. The Managers go out of their way to get to know and do special things for their residents.

As an Independent Care facility they are awesome. We love living here. The staff is transparent and always open to ideas for activities, trips or shopping. The residents are also friendly. The meals are good and we have a resident kitchen if anyone feels the need to cook something (like I do ?) There is no buy in and they will work with you on your living requirements to the best of their ability.

What we like the most about Wilshire Estates is that it feels like a community. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I would rate the overall experience at Stone Lodge at 5. The facility cleanliness is a five and the cleaning staff is very attentive and efficient. The entire staff from the director to the maintenance man to the service providers in the kitchen are all very friendly definitely a five. If you need care Right At Home has an office there and you can receive assisted-living if you need it in your own apartment. The food is outstanding and they have food for special occasions such as New Year's Eve they served prime rib, and lobster. It's very affordable and very well run. The director is outstanding. They get a high rating of five on all counts.

The facility managers actually live on-site. So access to them is better than other places.

The staff does an excellent job of remembering resident's names. They interact with all of them in true kindness. There are residents they call "ambassadors" who take it upon themselves to make sure the new residents don't eat alone and help them get acquainted with other residents. So many fun activities available, with new ones being promoted regularly! The meals are TOP notch! Every single meal....it's like eating in a 5 star restaurant!

5 for everything! They are great. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Clean and bright inside and out. Apartments are a nice size with a refrigerator and a small sink.

Beautiful, homey atmosphere! Staff is compassionate and caring! Managers live on-site so they are truly motivated to make this place feel like home! The resident Ambassadors help your family member feel at ease, make sure they meet people and get involved. Every resident we spoke with loves being there! [name removed], Sales Manager, was so professional and helpful! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

They are able to live independently with care services but needed more help with meals, oversight, safety, housekeeping and a sense of community so they can move about freely. This was a great choice for their needs and we are grateful it has worked out for this phase of their lives.

EVERYONE has made the transition for my dad SO easy! Everyone is so kind to him. Everyone from office personnel to kitchen staff are exceptional at what they do! My dad is surrounded by such kind people. Staff AND residents have all been so welcoming. There are so many activities available. There is ALWAYS something going on! I'd say the meals are his very favorite tho. Fantastic daily menu!!

This retirement community and staff is incredible and I wish I would have moved my mom here first instead of choosing the least expensive one. The amount I paid to move her again would have saved me the money! She’s actually happy now and what more could you ask for.

I chose Stone Lodge because of the size of the facility, the staff and the overall appearance and feel. The staff is always ready if any of us needs help! The staff is always ready to be of assistance & to answer questions.

The facility is modern. Yes, I would recommend Summerville Estates to people that are in search of a home in their golden years. Also, the staff at Summerville Estates help people to qualify to live in their Apartment homes.
