e loved the place for my mother, unfortunately, she couldn't stay more than 4 days. The staff facility were not equipped to handle her condition. We had to move her to another facility that could handle her Dementia.

Smaller units and higher cost than some. It is very nice though.

I am well impressed with the facility, staff and residents. Staff-resident relations are cheerful and communal. Though a bit shorthanded,the team pulled together to deliver gracefully, demonstrating top leadership and organization. Just what counts for the long term in such a facility.

A beautiful facility. Apartments are well appointed and spacious. The amenities are comprehensive. Staff is friendly and competent . Transportation has its limits as does dining. Food is very good but times spent in the dining room can be long and meals are often not hot.

Seemed like a nice place. Near me, and they seem to have things for abled seniors to do. Unfortunately my father has chosen to stay in Virginia because my brother went ballistic on my father and my sister-in-law when he found out I was talking to dad about moving to FL. His place in VA will be a "half way house". I'll get him to move closer to me eventually.

Strictly Independent Living, outside assistance can be brought in by residents; lovely apts with balconies; social interaction among residents was great; staff are super; very inviting communal spaces

Very good place for us.

The quality of the facility is outstanding. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. The only negative could lead to problems in the future. This facility is grossly understaffed and many things go either undone or handled in an as necessary basis. The director is handling far too much and it could lead to a poor quality of life for the people living there. There is a definitive problem with Waterbugs/Roaches. I suspect that there is a root problem regarding the source of the infestation.

Same operating company as Carmel Place but newer. Hallways are wider, but apartments smaller. Common areas seemed small except for the beautiful dining room.

Nice place. Lots of activities. Residents were happy, which was what I was looking for.

I find Parker Place a comfortable place to reside. The elevator seems to be a problem among some residents, but I live on the first floor so I'm not inconvenienced in that regard. The outside lighting at some doorways and along the side walk around the building isn't very bright. However, I would recommend Parker Place to others! At times I find the meals have something do not care for so I just eat what I like and leave the rest. The housecleaning crew work in the morning and must be ready to change clothes and serve the room meal. If times were somehow rearranged, the crew would have more time to be better at cleaning the apartments!

A good place to retire. Have made many friends and the staff is very caring and considerate.

Room is comfortable although could be cleaned better. Food could be more consistent. The dining room is a social gathering place. The food should always be good. Meal time should be the highlight of the say. Transportation should be more accessible. Location is great people are friendly and overall the facility is nicely appointed. A great place to be.

I have lived here 5 years feeling more like home every week. Food is a mystery the way it is named! [Name removed] is a great activity director, planning for parties and just a great person.

I moved here [date removed]. I do like it here. I have some food issues, dairy and heavily seasoned food. The chefs are good to do what they can. I'm here as it's worse elsewhere. I can get help anytime, I feel safe and secure. I do like activities, and especially our director [name removed]. The open spaces of common areas help much. My only problem is the loss of management we really like, and they care for us. Hurts a lot.

Since moving here we have felt very welcomed by many residents, staff and especially the managers and assistant managers (however they are changed too often). Most of the meals are very good here and get very few complaints from us. We enjoy volunteering for various activities which makes us feel needed and a part of this community.

I love where I'm at and have many many friends and people I can count on.

I have been at Northridge for almost 3 years and we love it, I am so lucky I was able to bring my clients from my other salon I had for over 31 years. We have been able to offer six days a week to be open for the residents. I feel we are a big family here and we all work to help each other out when needed. I coach the bean bad baseball team as well. Only problem I feel is bad here that I hear from all clients all the time not enough parking. I have several elderly clients and the walking is hard sometimes.

Ideal place for my needs. Apartment housekeeping and maintenance has been good. Food service is reliable and you do not have to cook or clean up. Good experience in living so far.
