Impressive facility and staff very helpful. Location is good for us. 2 br with balcony would be our choice but that would be a waiting list behind residence wanting to move up.

Is a beautiful community. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The idea of moving into a 1 br in order to be eligible for a 2 BR did not sit well. To move this far from our residence would mean changing Dr.'s church, etc. At the bottom of our list due to location issues.

We toured Liberty. Knew the chef. Meets almost all our needs. Need to consider the distance would mean a big change.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Facility was very pretty and clean. Nice amenities. Very impressed with everything.

The community was nice but the building was older and somewhat outdated. They offered adequate services at a reasonable price. Staff and residents were very friendly.

Prices were fair. We had lunch and food seams ok. Everybody is very friendly, place was clean and very well kept. The apartments they show us were very spacious but just one had wood floors and they do not have kitchen, just a small sink with very small cabinets.We really enjoy the family welcome and the insentives, moving for free, $1000,00 off for the second rent and only paying for 2 days rent in January.

I have a friend that lives here and it seems to be a nice place. Transportation has been a bit of a problem, but she’s adjusting. Her room was redone before she moved in and it looks very nice. There was one curt staff member I dealt with but, overall, most of them have been very accommodating. The food is good, it appears to be nutritious, and there are a few different options available. The only complaint she has is that it takes a long time to eat because the service is slow. The building is kept very clean, there aren’t any foul odors, and I think housekeeping comes by her room once a week to clean. There are a few activities available (during the holidays they had plenty of entertainment) and the residents can sign up for planned group outings. There are no washing machines in the units and she doesn’t have a full kitchen, but the price seems to be reasonable. This place is good for those that are independent because assisted living is not offered.

My Mom lived here briefly. The facility was excellent. It looked clean and was brand new when she moved in. In fact, they had just finished building it. She didn’t like the food though. There weren’t many options to choose from and the service was slow. The room she had was decently sized and had a balcony off the side, which I thought was nice. The pricing was reasonable, but overall the location just wasn’t ideal.

The staff at this facility is definitely very personable with the tenants which are a big plus. They provide activities for the residents and they keep a schedule for them and it seems to be pretty full. They have a social calendar that the tenants can participate as much as they want. I have noticed how comfortable the residents are with the employees, they have an open door policy, and the residents can always go to them for anything. They staff tend to the residents on a personal level and they interact with them quite a bit. From that aspect it has been fine. One issue I will say, and I think they are trying to work on it, is the meals. It is something that not only my relative is unhappy with, but others too. They get plenty of food so that’s not the issue. I was told that they were in a transition with staff so that might be why to how the food is being prepared. Another thing I will say is there is a slow response with maintenance issues depending on what they are. If there is situation where there is an emergency and they have to get it done, they will be on top of it. However if it’s something like a running toilet, it takes them awhile to respond. They have monthly meetings and the residents have similar issues like that and they brought it to the staff’s attention. They responded saying they’re trying to get additional maintenance staff. Other than these issues, my love one is doing well. They are very accommodating with me and I can call at any time whether it is to check up on her or whatever it is, they have been very supportive. It really gives me a peace of mind.

This community is lovely, absolutely lovely. I toured here for my loved one, and really liked it a lot. However, it really was not the community for her. She needs assisted living, and Northridge is more independent. They will not do things like administer medication and other tasks that require more care. We opted for a place that would provide more of what we needed.

The atmosphere at Stone Lodge is very inviting, and the staff here are very engaged in what they're doing. My parents are happy to be there, the management is transparent, and I love the fact that they are out serving the residents during the lunchtime meal. The team calls everyone by name, and they really care about each one of them. The food is very good; I have never been disappointed. The portions are nice, options are wide, and the items sound appealing. There are many activities, and Stone Lodge is immaculate. I would definitely recommend it.

My father-in-law and I toured here when we were trying to find the right place for him to move in. The facility was very nice. The only issue we had was with the woman that gave us a tour. She seemed like she wasn't very informed on what they offered there for their residents. My father-in-law felt like she didn't know what was going on. It's probably one of the nicer facilities around here but he was disenchanted with her lack of knowledge and the experience.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone I met was very kind, and friendly. The community looked good from what I was shown. The staff was very nice, and helpful. My tour guide was informative, and answered. It was a good experience, but unfortunately this was not a good location for us.

I'am comfortable with my move to this community. It is a nice place with kind people. The community is very well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. The staff is very helpful whenever needed. I'am pleased with everything they have done for me.

The community was very nice it was clean and well maintained. However, once we saw the rooms I did not care for the room setup. They have the air conditioning/heat thing on the wall like you would see in a hotel room which I didn't care for. The staff that we met on the tour was nice but didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome or answer any question you might have.

My father has recently made the move into this community and so far things have been going well for him. The staff have been attentive to his needs and I am comfortable with the care he has been receiving. He has been enjoying the dinning experience with the other residents as well as other amenities. Overall it has been a great fit and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

Willow Creek Gracious Retirement Living is a beautiful community. My grandmother is doing pretty good there and settling in quite nicely. Everyone has made her feel so welcome and included which was a big help since she moved from another state. The staff is very helpful and caring. They are very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. It is in a very convenient location and I am able to visit her every day. The meals they prepare are very good with a lot of variety and choices. There are numerous activities that she can participate in, and they also provide transportation for shopping and other excursions. She loves her room which is very nice and comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful and well-kept. We are very happy that she is doing so well here at Willow Creek.

We toured the Pioneer Valley Lodge and it is a nice community. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a clean and well-kept community. We chose another community that had provided a special care unit.

I had a good experience during my tour of this community. It is a nice community with kind people. The community looked nice, and everything I saw looked well maintained. The staff was friendly, and treated me well. My tour went well, but this was not the community for me, and my needs.

My loved one had a short respite stay at this community. The staff did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. The community was clean. This community is more for independent living and our loved one needed a little more care than they were able to offer.
