The community is very clean and it is a really nice building. The staff are friendly but they are understaffed and have been going through a lot of changes in management lately. The location is perfect for me, it is only a few miles from my former home which our family still owns. The means and dining service however is horrible because of the staffing. The meals themselves are fine, but the dining service is the issue. It takes about an hour and a half or two hours to be served. The bus driver is wonderful, but the bus does not have a lift for wheelchairs, so if you aren't able to walk you are kind of screwed, but the bus driving is very helpful with any assistance. The activities director is also wonderful.

This community was nice we just did not like the location for this community, right on a busy road and just didn't work for me.

We thought Jordan Oaks was very nice. They just didn’t have an apartment that met my mother's needs during our move-in timeframe.

My loved one moved in this past summer. They were extremely helpful with the move-in process, and they have welcomed her warmly. She has been visited by other residents as well as the staff. The ancillary services that are provided through coordination with Stoneridge have been exemplary, even with everything that's been going on with the pandemic. The facilities are always clean. She has access to laundry services, which we haven't had a problem using at all, even with the facility being pretty full. She rarely has to wait. The only challenge I would say has been the food. It's important to have really well-rounded meals, and at times they tend to have meals that aren't as balanced as I would like. But I think that also has to do with challenges that all facilities are having with the labor force right now. But we have not seen a reduction in her care or in the facility.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community. It was high on our list except the two rooms we saw were both located way to far from the dining hall, our loved one would of had to walk along way to get their meals.

I would tell others that the community has really nice staff. There has been staff turnover since my loved one has been here. Overall they have a good staff to take care of the residents. It is a friendly place as well.

What sold my mom on the apartment was the private outdoor space. The price point was also attractive to us as well as the friendliness of the residents and the staff members, they have all been very welcoming. The staff encourages residents to be friendly and engage with one another. My mom does say that the meat tends to be a little under-cooked and vegetables a little over-cooked, but she is eating all of the meals. I have not eaten the food but they do have a lot of variety on their menu. I would certainly recommend for those looking for independent living.

Our sister tour the facility and she said that it was not quite as friendly as another place we looked at, and the value was not an al la cart options. It was like a take it or leave it value.

We thought Salishan was beautiful, but it didn’t have as much of assisted living that our loved one might need. Also we felt you weren't getting as much for your dollar.

I would recommend you pay attention to the business office, as I've not had the best experience.. The food is good for the residents. They have tours, movies, card games, and more are available for the residents to choose from for activities. This community does have a car available for transportation to appointments.

I hear nothing good about the food. Complaints seem to fall on death ears. it was quite good but has declined over the past few years.

There has been a turnover in staff since the my loved one moved in. Some of the activities include arts and crafts, religious activities, games, and more for the residents to choose from. There is always something to assist the residents in engaging with other residents and to keep them active.

Community has really been excellent and caring. This place really helps to foster new friendships and has given my loved one better stability in life. This is independent living so there is not a lot of care services provided. I have never had any issues with cleanliness and the staff are always friendly and speak to everyone coming in and out.

She really likes it now that she's settled in there. Right now they have one Covid case, and they've handled precautions pretty well, although they don't require a vaccination to live there. But people coming in from the outside are required to wear a mask. They had a problem with the food, but it's gotten better lately. They said it was a matter of getting supplies so they could put together a good menu. They don't currently have a cleaning staff, and the assistant manager has been let go. So there's been kind of a lot of upheaval, but they're holding it together, and she's settling in well. They have lots of activities, and she's enjoying Texas Hold 'Em poker, bingo, and bus trips to Walmart and different places. The in-house care and PT is really good as well. They come to her apartment and have been very helpful in getting her proper shoes to wear, and they ordered her an electric cart. The doctor there treats a lot of the patients, and she really likes him. The location is convenient for our family, and I feel like we did a good in picking them. They have a variety of choices in living spaces - penthouse apartments with vaulted ceilings, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, and studios. The manager and assistant manger live there on-site, so someone is always there 24/7. My mom fell, and they were up there immediately. They do everything for her. They hung up her pictures and shelve and even installed a paddle fan in her bedroom. They have been more than accommodating. Everyone knows her and likes her, and she's made good friends. We're delighted that she's there and liking it and having opportunities she wouldn't have if she were still living by herself in her own home. I highly recommend it.

I've had a good experience here. They try really hard and listen to what you want. They have lots of activities, and we went to the museum the other day, which was a lot of fun. My apartment is very good, and perfectly adequate for one person. A lot of places are a lot more money, so think it's a great value for the money.

I really like how all of the staff members here are friendly, helpful and just overall wonderful. The only improvement this community could make right now would the quality of the food. Sometimes its good and other times it is just not what I was expecting. However the kitchen staff here is so nice and wonderful.

We chose The Woods at Holly Tree because they had a good deal going on at the time. My mom has a very nice studio apartment, and she chose this one because it has an L shaped patio attached to it. I would recommend to others looking.

It is a great place to be. There is not a nurse or medical staff on hand. This is a great value for what you pay in the area. There was an issue with water bugs that I addressed with the administration and they tried to fix it for my loved ones quickly. The food I have tasted was good. Karaoke, bingo, poker, horse derby, singing, team building activities, and more are available for the residents to choose from.

They seem to be bringing in a lot more people who need more care, so it's feeling like less of an independent living facility. The apartment is adequate for our needs. There's only one elevator for about 120 apartments over three floors, which seems kind of strange. The staff have been very good, but there's been a lot of turnover in management. We've had 3-4 different managers in the few months we've been here so far. It seems like they offer a lot of activities if you choose to participate.

The property is nice, open floor plan with various options for residents to get out and be social. Most apartments have balconies or patios. The only thing missing is a full kitchen os that my parents have the option to cook their own meals from time to time. The staff was friendly and warm.
