This is a really good community. The community is very helpful, friendly, and well kept. Field trips out in town and more are some of the activities for the residents to participate in.

Linwood Estates is a clean and quiet place with nice people. Overall, a good community.

The staff really do take the extra effort to try and include everybody in things and give the residents plenty of opportunities to get involved with things.

When we went to tour my dad liked the food so we did not have to look any further. The apartments are good, the studio is good and 1 bedroom is a good size. I think they could improve on the activities, apparently the bus that they provide transportation on is very uncomfortable and bumpy so he does not like to go out on it. But overall I would absolutely recommend them to other families looking.

The community was great at helping with the transition of moving my loved one into the community. There is a cleaning day once a week, and the staff are able to assist with cleaning the linens for my loved one. The food has been good for my loved one as well. The chef is open to making different foods for the residents when possible.

The community is newer and clean. They have nice amenities for the residents. The food is presented well; however, the taste of the food could be improved. Some of the activities are a gym, movie theater, excursions, bingo, holiday celebrations, and more for the residents to choose from.

Overall this is a lovely community. The people are beautiful inside and out all the staff from dinning to maintenance they are great. The staff care this community is clean and I feel like my loved one is safe here. It would be extremely beneficial to have activity calendars available to family members virtually so that loved ones can schedule time with residents to help them participate more.

It was just something where I walked in and did not get the "vibe" I was looking for. I did talk with some of the residents and I just did not feel like it was the best fit for my loved one. The residents seemed like they may have needed more care than my loved one does.

We had a nice tour with Bella Vista. The facility is 4 floors and that was way too big for my mother, she would have never taken the elevator by herself. You also have to bring home health services in if you need any additional care. It is definitely a great place for people who are more independent.

I really love Olympus Ranch. It has a wonderful open feel and a warm atmosphere. It feels like home and the staff treat like it is your home. The food is good (not my mom's), but there is homemade rolls and the food is made right here not frozen and warm up stuff. The staff are friendly and some are very entertaining. Never a dull moment here. The little saleslady is very knowledgeable and listens to those touring. She knows how relate to her customers. The management is very friendly and open to the residents' need. I love it here. Wish the prices weren't so much. Living on a fixes income is hard to maintain what I consider a great safe and secure place.

Multi-year experience with an elderly friend we were responsible for. Facility is somewhat older but has been remodeled and upgraded as it presents well and is very comfortable. Food is well prepared and contains a nice variety. Lots of activities and entertainment. High point of this operation is the Management and Staff. They are friendly, attentive and appear to truly care about and for their residents. Would and have recommended Parkrose Chateau several times.

Everybody there seems to be very friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful. They did just change the head of staff, and my loved one tells me the new people are still good but not quite as attentive as the original ones. The ones that left were part of the community and very active. The food looks very nice and classy, and they bring out different courses, so it's nice not having all the food plopped on one plate. She's involved in workout activities where they beat a drum and balance with a balloon. She's really enjoying it. They take trips too and have been to the casino. She seems to be happy there. There appears to be more of a waiting list for requests and things with the new management, but overall things are good.

Out of all of the facilities I looked at, this one was my favorite. The building is beautiful and open. They had just been bought out by another company when I was looking.

Mom really likes the apartment that she has, it has a lot of space and she was able to take a lot of her things with her. [name removed] who contacted me and gave us the tour was wonderful, he talked to me for a long time and really helped with the whole process. The quality of food is good, but it is not always food that is the best for you. Mom does say the activities are not always things that she wants to do, so that has been a struggle for her. Overall I would recommend them to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and it was nice but the cost was so much higher and the rooms were much smaller.

Our family had an in person tour and everyone was very friendly it was a nice tour, but our loved one wanted an apartment with a full kitchen and they only have kitchenettes.

The food is really good its just the hours that they serve food, the lunch and the dinner are to close to each other so they only end up eating once due to not being ready to eat yet. Due to this we are buying groceries and that is one down fall when the community provides all that we need.

Salishan Retirement appeared to be a very nice facility, but it was pricey and the value did not seem to be quite as good as another facility we were looking into.

We had a great tour with The Highlands. It is an older facility but it is well kept. The rooms that we were able to look at were adequate. The only downfall for us was the price for care, but it was a great facility.
