Our family had an in person tour and we were very happy with everything we saw on the tour but the biggest deciding factor was just the price and what was going to be the most reasonable.

It's a beautiful facility and community, and I always get a good feeling when I come to visit. It's very clean The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They're warm and welcoming. They have a 3-day ambassador program for new residents, which is great. I just wished that support lasted a little bit longer. It's expensive, but if your loved one utilizes all they have to offer, it's a good value.

What sticks out most to me about Wilshire Estates Gracious Retirement Community is definitely how clean and presentable it is there - the atmosphere is bright, friendly, etc.

What we really like about The Rio Grande community is just how clean, organized and well maintained it is. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

Stone Lodge has a lot of great activities, they only thing our loved ones have complained about is the food. They haven't been able to keep a cook, but everything else has been great for them. They're actually moving to a new apartment there that has a balcony. Their manager/director [name removed] is amazing!

My loved one picked this community because, it was brand new, and the price is pretty reasonable. Overall, it's a quality place and well managed.

We really like the location of Northridge Gracious Retirement Living.

We picked this community because, my loved one wanted a two bedroom, the avalability, and the sizes of the rooms is better. It's been pretty good so far.

We toured with Willow Creek Gracious Retirement and found it to be an absolutely lovely facility. Unfortunately it was strictly independent living, so they did not have enough care here for my loved one.

Jordan Oaks is a wonderful, clean and very vibrant and charming community from what we gathered during our families tour.

The main reason we chose Northridge Gracious Retirement Living was because of the on- site management team that they have that is always there 100% of the time. The apartment sizes are nice. Overall it has been a good experience and we would recommend to others.

The meals are good, but they serve a lot of chicken and very little fruit. The fruit seems to be canned and not fresh. I would like to see more fresh options. The facility is clean. The staff is very receptive to me. I feel like I'm heard when I communicate with them. My sister is happy with them and likes it there. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure the residents have what they need. For instance, my sister misplaced her charger for her cell phone one day and was going to use the transportation to go to Walmart that afternoon. The staff got one for her and made sure her phone was charged for her trip. I visit about every other week and am very pleased. The activities are ok, they bring in entertainers and the residents seem to be satisfied with them and attendance seems high. Their bus service is great, also! They offer the help/call button necklace as well, which is very important to us. Housekeeping is once a week and they do a good job. I like that the facility is updated and more modern. I would definitely recommend this facility!

This is a good community. The people are nice here. The staffing numbers could be better, as I feel they don't have enough staff in the community for the residents.

The biggest reason we choice The Woods at Holly Tree were their grounds, they have a beautiful lake and all around the building they have pretty walking paths and benches for families and residents to sit on. Our loved one things the meals and dining services is wonderful.

What sticks out most about Azalea Estates is the great atmosphere, the residents seem very affluent and friendly. The value for the money is exceptional. My mom has been socializing and occupied and very happy there.

My loved one moved out of this facility. A big reason for moving out was the kitchen, there was no cook-top and it was small.

Glenmoore is a very nice community that really had a nice homey feel to it. Based on my experience with them I would recommend them to other families.

The age of the population in the community is higher than I was anticipating. I would encourage others to wait to come to the community. Half of the service staff in the dining room are rude to work with if the residents have questions along the way. The managers and assistant managers are nice to work with. There are three meals a day served in the dining room; however, if the resident is ill the community will send a meal to the resident's room.

We were very satisfied with The Lodge at Wake Forest, but it became too unaffordable for us. We were happy, and our loved one was happy there. I liked the availability of the dining room at all times. You could go sit down for a meal at any time. They also had availability of a hairdresser and nail tech, which was convenient.
