The people that live there are for the most part very friendly, supportive, and welcoming. They have had occasional management turnover which at times is challenging. The facilities staff is terrific and very helpful. The food quality varies based on who is cooking.

My mother is there because of my recommendation. We picked this community, because of the price. It is like a resort. They offer, daily bus trips for shopping, and weekly special bus trips. They offer activities, and amentities, such as; housekeeping, a movie theater, games, and church services. It's a nice atmosphere for meals.

We picked this community, because of the location, cost and it's in a very nice area. The Managers [name removed] and [name removed] were very kind and understanding as well.This is a very nice community in an amazing location at a reasonable price. I would recommend to others, if they have the budget to do so.

My Mom loves it! My mom really likes the atmosphere and she really loved [name removed] She likes pretty much everything about the community but she really likes the people that live there and work there the best.

There are many opportunities to stay busy if one chooses to do so. The maintenance man was extremely helpful getting pictures hung and TV mounted so she settled immediately and it felt like home. He was also very timely in giving attention to items that needed repairs. They have a separate family dining room that seats 12. We were able to reserve it for a family gathering at no charge and it was perfect to contain little ones and made us feel as if we were in someone's home.

My father in law is very happy here at Camellia Gardens, so at the end of the day, it was definitely the right choice for him. But the chef has turned over 3 times and I was not keen on the cleanliness of the picnic restrooms and kitchen area. But again my father in law loves it and that is really all that matters.

Overall the management team is fantastic! My father really likes them. He is less sold on the food. They seem to have had trouble keeping staff, and the food is not to his liking about 50% of the time. However, he can be picky!

The primary issue is not having wheelchair accessible transportation when it was sold to my parents as having transportation available. Dining is very nice and so is activity center and theater. Always seems very clean and smells pleasant when you walk in. Staff is nice I just wish for my parents sake their was more assistance but I get that it is not an assisted living facility. Handicapped parking is very limited only 4 spaces. Also quite a few dogs, so you want to make sure your loved one doesn't have issues with dogs.

It's a great place-especially for women!! My father-in-law likes it but wishes there were more men. Which is not AM's fault-just his wish. Hoping that once the weather is warmer there will be some outdoor activities that are more man friendly. Other than that -he has only said he wishes the food was a little better. I would definitely recommend AM to anyone!!

Very comfortable place to make your home due to cleanliness, friendliness of staff, good care services, and good food.

There is plenty of activities. They have movies, poker, a walking club, and all of kinds of things. I picked this community, because of the location, and the value for the money. They offer different types of meal options. It would be nice if they offer healthier food choices, that are not ve. Overall, I have had a good experience.

Our family had an in person tour with Pioneer Valley in Logan which is much farther north that I'm comfortable driving in the winter. However, if I were choosing for myself, I would probably pick this one. It was very clean and staff were friendly.

I toured Bella Vista and it was good. They were informative, all general information covered. I didn't meet many/any staff really beyond introductions. Cleanliness seemed good.

Ashton Gardens can be a big place to adjust to, but the staff is very approachable and responsive. My mother loves her apartment, and the activities director is wonderful.

The common areas of the facility are clean, but the apartment cleaning is poor. The cleaning staff was 3rd party and not monitored well at all. The water pressure on 3rd floor was non existent!

Overall nice place. The food is ok, but we were told it was all homemade--I do not believe that everything is-- maybe some. The menu is regulated by the corporate office in Washington DC. There are not as many fresh fruits or vegetables on a regular basis as we would like. Cleanliness is good. Staff has been nice.

It is okay; however, it could be better. There could be improvements with security, housekeeping of the rooms, and the staff responsiveness to questions and requests. My loved one never received a mail key. There are three meals a day served. There are washers and dryers are in a common area and are free to use. The staff are very friendly.

My loved one recently moved into Pioneer and he is SO happy and doing great! All of the people here, staff and residents are awesome. At his previous facility he did not eat a meal in the dining room for months, here he does not miss a meal. He is also participating in the activities provided and loves playing bingo and poker. It has been a great experience for him so far.

They have a lot of different activities for the residents to do which like. The meals and dining service overall is good - they serve the meals nicely, however it was just not what we expected. The evening dinner meals are more like soups and sandwiches. They have a variety but they do not have a lot of the common foods people like to eat.

Our loved ones really like the location of The Woods - its near their old home so they are very familiar with the area which was a comfort to them as they are getting older. They also really like their apartment -it is big enough for the both of them with all their art works and furniture. The community did a great job renovating the main common area - the with the fresh paint it is very bright, cheerful, fresh and welcoming. It really is a nice environment and looks like a high end apartment complex. The staff have been wonderful and are very encouraging to families for visiting and are very welcoming
