Whispering Pines is a great community, most especially the staff. Accommodating. Nice. Kind. Helpful. My mom is happy & content.

The staff is friendly and extremely courteous. Housekeeping does a very good job however, for them to clean the sink, everything needs to be moved and the same as true for the kitchen sink area which is not a big deal. The move-in process was, of course, for me difficult. The food is mostly very good. And that depends on who is cooking. Based on my experience, which is very little, I feel safe here. I recommended others give serious consideration to moving here. One of the reasons is I do not have to pay for parking and other facilities it was $12-$25 to park in an open slot or a covered area. And this I object to if I am paying thousands a month for rent. And other place wanted $25-$75 for parking, here I don't pay for parking. Establishment wanted to put me on a food allowance, which amount to I use up so many points per meal and then after those points are used up I get to pay, I didn't care for that either. This is a good building, comfortable, housekeeping will change your linens if you use their linens and will give you fresh towels once a week if you requested. I like that however, I use my own linens and my own towels, I keep their towels as back up.

My grandmother came from the [community name removed] I used to love eating with her. I read some of the complaints and the tenets aren't happy. Please look for another chef or hire another one to help this one. They could lesson the days of cleaning staff to wash 3 in the afternoon is to late as I wash my grandmother clothes. The food is not good at all its worst than hospital food. Please get another chef, I actually know a chef. The seniors deserve much better than that

I picked this community because of the meals, apartment, independent living, and it's clean. I would recommend to others.

I moved to the Hessler Heights with intention of moving to Wilmington NC near sea shore... however, after moved in to the H. H., the facility itself tells me that this is a good place to stay. The convincing location, and the friendliness of people, both management staffs, or other residents, have shown a tremendous sense. we are the family! Mind you, I am a handicapped, and you shall see each time as soon as I entered the dinning room trying to find a comfortable spot... see how many people got up to get me a spot, and to help me until I am comfortably sit ...

I chose it for my mom because of location, its cleanliness, it feels bright and warm in there and the cost was affordable. I would recommend it for senior retirement.

Maple Ridge is all about taking care of their residents. You will never know if they are short staffed- they will not use that as an excuse. The meals are good and they have homemade rolls! I would recommend Maple Ridge to others! The residents are happy (mostly) and well cared for. Much happier than where they lived before!

What our family likes the most about the Stoneridge community is the food and the activities and the quality of the apartment. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

We chose it because it's a beautiful place, with the right level of care for now. And they had a handicapped apartment on the ground floor. Warm, friendly place. Good sized rooms compared to similar places. Some staffing issues, but I suspect that's everywhere. The "handicapped" bus they got is NOT wheelchair accessible. The food is pretty good, but mealtimes take forever.

I would recommend to others. Overall very good, clean space, lots of activities, food is included which is great but the meals are not very good. We picked this community because of the move in promotional price, all meals included, friendly staff, transportation included, weekly housekeeping.

The Hessler Heights community is warm and welcoming - another residents reached out right away and helped our loved one get adjusted and learn the ropes. The managers are also very helpful and they check on our loved one. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I picked this place because it is near my daughter and her family. The favorable pricing was also an issue.I would say it's a beautiful place with many amenities.

My loved one is currently a resident at Providence Meadows and overall things have been very good for her so far at this facility. The friendliness and cleanliness are great. The staff, care services and value for cost are good. The meals and activities have been okay. I would recommend Providence Meadows to others.

I am not totally down with having the mandatory meal times but that's the way it goes. I like the place I like the people.This is a good place for people who can be mostly self-sufficient if they need any more care than that they really need to go to one of the facilities that has more types of care, not just independent living. It's quite a drastic change for people to come to a tiny little room and give up everything in their entire life and my situation is rather different than most. I'm just saying that people need to adjust to the super downsizing and change and lifestyle.

The Stoneridge community so far has been a great place! The staff members who work there are friendly and the meals that are prepared for us residents is good. There are many activities to participate in. Also good management!!

My mom is currently a resident at Shads Landing and everything about her experience at this facility has been very good so far! The person that I worked with was very informative and so kind and worked hard along side me to get me exactly what I needed for my Mom. All of the staff is very kind and helpful in any capacity needed! The housekeeping is getting better. I would recommend this Gracious Independent Property to anyone who is looking for a loved one!

But overall the people there, and the management are amazing. Friendly and caring. I think the biggest challenge with Cypress Springs is having enough staff. Dining staff tend to call out often. Then end up serving often on paper plates. Which I find unacceptable, because staff called out.

Overall, I like living at The Savory very much. The people are wonderful - including the staff and other residents living here. However I do not like the food. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

The staff members at Sanford Estates are very accommodating to work with. We also really like all the activities they have for the residents to participate in. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Sanford Estates community to other families.
