The facility is beautiful, well maintained and up to date. It is also not to big and not to small, and its centrally located. We thought the onboarding process and even the exit process was very accommodating. They are understaffed so at times the care services and basic needs weren't responded to in a timely manner

This community was okay not too bad but there was just another community that we liked more. We felt a little rushed with making a decision.

Our family had an in person tour and we did not choose them because the residents there seemed to be non verbal and our loved one is still very social even with her memory loss.

The place is very nice and the people are nice, and what struck us in the beginning is on our tour everyone was so friendly and interactive with one another. The residents would come us to us and introduce themselves and really made us feel welcomed. The dining area is very open, bright and airy. With our loved ones health we are still working the care services kinks and getting their medication down on a regular basis, but so far everything is good.

The community overall, staff, the location and sizes of the apartments are great. The only negatives come from a staffing issue, and as a result the apartments aren't getting cleaned as often as they should and the food is not very good so my loved ones haven't been eating the food. Some of the services are not not able to be used and that is a big down fall. The communication has been good, they are doing the best they can with what they have.

Our loved one is still adjusting but she does think the meals and dining service is very good. The issues see is having is with the staff and even some people at the front desk. She was unaware that there was a curfew and ended up getting locked out of the community after from home from a later dinner. She has asked many times for a list that has the rules listed out and things that are even off limits and not off limits and still has not received that. She also has asked for a small list of some of the staff members numbers - front desk - management office - as a just in case and still has not received that list. So there is just some lack of communication and organization withing the management team. However it is a beauty facility.

I toured The Harmony Collection and it was nice but it was not going to be the right fit for my dad. After they found out I chose another place they wanted nothing to do with me.

They've dealt with a lot of shifting positions. It's never the same director, there are lots of empty positions, and staff is always shifting. So it's been hard to get good communication. It's hard to get ahold of the person you need to get ahold of, and it's hard to get things done. There were some clenaing and care issues at first due to hiring issues, but it's been good lately. They don't really do many activities. They just take them outside to sit in the sun. They do have an activities director, but they don't seem to do a whole lot with the residents.

DIRECTOR was amazing/honest! Center did not feel clean, maybe too large of a facility for us.

The food has a nice variety, it is good not great some meals are better then others but it is perfectly acceptable. We are having a lot of problems with the lack of support and response from the front office. There has also been a huge turnover rate, the chef is leaving, the executive director is leaving, some employees in the upper management is leaving as well as some of the floor staff. They do have a great nurse there who is extremely responsive, but she cannot do everything by herself.

The staff and the administration are very friendly. But they are short-staffed. So you're going to have some wait time before people can respond to you. I'm not sure that they had a schedule that was well enough defined for us, as far as the days our loved one would get bathed, or laundry would be done, etc. It was kind of hit or miss, and we had to ask about those things. So I would say just go in with realistic expectations, because I feel that was part of our problem. Know that your loved one is attended to but not watched 24 hours a day. And looking back, my loved one probably should have been put in memory care right from the start. But the staff are very nice and competent. Our loved one had a couple of falls, but they always notified us right away, and she actually had fewer falls there than she was having before at home. We liked that we had open access to her at Harmony. As long as our temperature was good and we had no Covid symptoms, we could see her whenever we liked without having to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Our loved one thought the food was pretty good, and she loved the breakfasts. Overall it was a lovely, open community, and she seemed to be happy there.

The Harmony Collection facility itself is very lovely, I am very pleased with my apartment and whole whole building actually. Everything here is top notch, the community is well taken care of, I have no problems at all. The staff is wonderful and the residents are very friendly. It is easy to get along with people here and easy to make friends. The community is having some staffing issues though, but they are definitely trying their best to rectify the situation. We now have new leadership starting in the kitchen very soon, and we have a new activities director who is starting to have daily exercise classes.

I was just really disappointed. When I brought my loved one there, I had the impression that she was going to have 24/7 care. And then they told me I needed to hire someone to be there for her 24/7 when she was there, so that was a real shock At this point in time, they are resident heavy. They do not have enough staff to take care of the residents. When you look at just the exterior, the common areas, the hallways, those are all just spotless. When it came to the residents' rooms, my loved one's room was atrocious. I would say it's a 1 out of 5. We're actually planning on moving her.

We did look into having our loved one on the memory care side due to their health, but unfortunately it just seemed like the residents sat in their chairs all day long and did not have much interaction. However, their menus look very enticing, the food looks very appetizing and tasty. They have taken the residents to home good stores, and they also have a picnic set up for Memorial Day weekend. They also have exercises classes and we do think the value is reasonable.

The administration is friendly, but the communication needs improvement as far as reporting to family status of medication weekly, any changes in medications, any medical appointments, etc. Plus improved communication is needed with response to emails. There is really good care with some things and some things need some improvement. The food is good but he needs access to hot coffee more quickly at the dining hall and I would suggest a beverage refreshment station that is available during the day and evening for residents. Possibly closer to the nurses station on each floor. I would tell others to ask for a room that is close to the elevators and activities because even if they did a lot of walking before, it gets to be a drag walking to the dining hall 3 times a day every day.

From our understanding the food is just okay, but we do know they are trying to bring the activities back and they are very age appropriate. The communication could be an improvement as far as calling and getting the messages to the proper person involved.

The food there is horrible, but the activities are slowly starting to come back. Our loved one is a fall risk and they do not call us when our loved one falls, or if they do it is way later. They have good intentions just like other places and do have some amazing staff, but to us they seem to be stretched thin and just not enough staff.

The memory unit is not prepared for memory care patients. They are not trained on how to deal with them or look for what the issue is. The communication between the staff and the community could have been better. I would not recommend this community to others.

The direct caretakers were good. There has been high turnover within the administrative team, such as the executive director and nursing director. The two new members of this team I think are very good. This is a newer community, and I think they still finding their way. Due to the pandemic it makes it a little harder.

The food is absolutely. horrible and most of the residents don't eat the food. They are short staffed trying to get laundry or your room clean won't always happen on time. Mainly they are understaffed.
