Once your loved one has moved into a facility, you must stay engaged and visit often especially early on to ensure proper level of care is given and expectations are being met.

Facilities are well maintained and show well. Residential care is what needs stronger, experienced, care givers. Should be fully vetted for experience and credentials.

Building physically nice. Rent very expensive. Some staff pretty nasty. Observed warm interactions between residents. Really good sales agent.

Very disappointed with Harmony, have had a lot of problems with incompetence. So frustrated that we're beginning to look for another facility.

There isn't many spaces for parking if you are on the independent side most are for charter members. They also do not follow specific diet instructions in her case they cook with seasonings that she can't have. One of the night receptionist is very confrontational if you don't agree with her. They also didn't have anything to help as we moved my mother in law in They said we should've hired movers.

Th faculty and staff all seem fine. Again she's in independent living. So she has minimal experience with most of them. The ones she has encountered have helped her when she needed it and all seem very nice.

My mom has been living at Harmony at Enterprise for approximately six weeks. The facility and her apartment are very nice, but there is little done to help new residents get acclimated. I think someone took her to dinner the first night or two, but that was about it. The social calendar is limited and there are virtually no group outings to visit places that I am aware of. Furthermore, the community driver recently quit, so residents who don't drive have no way to get anywhere unless the use cabs/Uber or get a ride from friends or family. We had hoped for far more of a community feel than we have experienced.

The parking is very limited for independent living for those who drive in addition to guests parking. There are also is not enough handicapped parking, the majority of the parks are for the charter members. Also found that there is no assistance to help move in your loved one in the best option is to hire movers which of course is an additional moving cost.

-This was only for respite care - I had to call several times over a two-week period to get a bed frame for the mattress. The old mattress and box spring were on the floor without support of a bed frame. The old Mattress was extremely discomforting -The Staff that cared for the patients went above beyond for my wife and other patients.

I found the initial contact to be very warm, reassuring and efficient. Place is clean and well run. However I do feel that my loved one was incorrectly assessed as being a fit for Memory Care. While my loved one had memory impairment she did not have the physical capacity to live independently at Crossings. Frankly the assessment was flawed and we believed she’d be okay because of nice staff and marketing. For the company it’s checking a few boxes but for family it’s an agonizing emotional investment. We would have been happier if she had been rejected and referred to SNF. So my advice is for families to take their time and go with their gut, not financial incentives and extras. This is a nice place but ONLY meant for mildly cognitive impaired fairly self sufficient physically healthy people who don’t require frequent monitoring. If your loved one requires more than that this is not the place for you.

The location, the newness and the cost for AL compared to the others we looked at. We loved the facility but memory care was often short staffed and the communication overall (staff & Administration) was bad. We often had to ask questions over &over and found that in almost every case, stuff on other shifts we notary aware of medical changes. We've also had difficulty getting a response back from Administration even after calling and emailing. Also, after a month there, they never provided us with a key fob to get in and out of the facility although it was promised. Additionally to get into the memory care unit we had to press the doorbell. The issue with that (we shared this with Administration to no avail) is that in almost every single occasion we had to wait 15 minutes or longer before someone let us in.

They do the basics at Harmony at Spring Hills, probably due to staff overload, staff shortages and turnover rate. Very clean but housekeeping doesn't pay attention to details like cleaning down inside toilets thoroughly. Most staff are pleasant but most complain about being overworked. Quality of care depends on who is on duty. Staff who give showers don't consistently wash behind ears or between toes, for example. Meals are not be in du as lot as Poe as lung. Everyone is offered the same two entries regardless of their medical conditions. Diabetics can get ice cream everyday and no one communicates these restrictions to food service. Activities are geared to people who can hear and see (also who can follow instructions well) and church services are not interactive with residents involved -just passively listening. Cost is tied mostly to the nice facility but social interactions are very clickish and someone like mt Mom who is very social and 101 years old doesn't happen easily do I've hired TWO people on five different days so she is not isolated. Overworked staff have little time to spend with residents and don't go out of their way to encourage or support inclusion. Management needs to ensure a feeling of community at least and it does not exist for most people there. I know because I talk with them and they don't feel connected

The staff is very nice and helpful. Housekeeping does a poor job, however. There is generally dropped/spilled food on the floor around the elevators. Additionally, the food leaves a lot to be desired. Not trying to be negative, just truthful.

housekeeping only does a small amount of cleaning room & is inconsistent & laundry is inconsistent & some weeks forgotten for days, the staff all nice & friendly & except dining services, care services are inconsistent & meds & CNA s at times MIA for hours, 1 or 0 quality of food & service they all would be fired if a restaurant, service is horrible, there is a nice variety of activities & great people helping, the value for cost is hard to describe, we have to have 24/ 7 nursing care for mom , very expensive $$ so harmony backs off alot , overall if it wasn't so complicated & complex we would move them , but also would not know where to go so hard to know

Overall clean, friendly staff. Independent living side is the same as an apartment with updated amenities and privacy where my father is located. Call strings are available in case an emergency occurs. Staff checks on independent living people if not around for a few days to ensure all is well. Sales team is a bit pushy but kind. Chef is unable to meet low sodium diet for CHF requirements.

I don't think they have enough staff to support the needs there. The nurses seemed overworked and unhappy. They tried really hard so it is heartbreaking. Mom did not like the food at all. She will be moving out because she's just unhappy with the whole experience.

Cleanliness - Fair in common areas but poor in my loved one's apartment. Quality of care is just fair. Couldn't get my dad to do ANYTHING for activities. Cost for value - Fair... for what we paid, the apartment could have at least been cleaned and trash taken out. I did these things myself most of the time

It would be nice if they didn't lose all of my moms laundry. She is constantly not getting pants back and last time they lost all of her bedding also.

Can improve on several things: 1) hire more people especially wait type people and people for running activities; 2) Quit serving lukewarm meals and get some normal down to earth recipes; 3) interview people from time to time to see what they need or want; 4) really think the cost could be reduced for what we get.

Please keep in mind that we moved out in 2023. They have a new chef now so food may have improved. We were lucky to get our apt cleaned 1-2 times a month due to lack of housekeepers. They paid them a very low wage. I don't know if they have more housekeepers now.
