My mom is getting great care and assistance with this Assisted living program. I am quite impressed with how they handle all the various situations with all the numerous residents. And, I'm impressed with their dinning services that really make their people feel special. I've ate with my mom in there, and I'm way more impressed than I thought I would be. Harmony also has daily activities, therapy programs, special offerings, and MORE,... to keep their residents happy, moving about, and enjoying life.

I would tell a friend it is a typical assisted living. The price is better than some in the area. There is language problems with some of the staff. There is frequent staff turnover and sometimes it is difficult to get hold of anyone. They try to take care of residents, but it can be hard taking care of some of the residents for little pay. The floor nurse is overworked, but very responsive and caring. The doctor and the nurse that supports her are near impossible to contact. Very little information from them. The PT and OT techs are caring, but don't have the skills or maybe it's the authority to motivate residents. [name removed] was responsive to PT and OT staff during short stays at nursing homes while temporarily away from Harmony. However, once he returned, they tried to give him PT and OT but couldn't motivate him. Therefore, he lost all the progress he made at the nursing home. Most important is to have an able-bodied advocate on the outside to ensure your family member is heard, needs are met and to monitor things. But this would be true for any assisted living.

My daughter's experience was not typical because of her age (56 vs much older residents) and she left after only about 6 months. She was there for health recovery and we thought your care was very good including managing medications. After her health improved she left for a more traditional neighborhood. I would recommend Harmony to anyone requiring assisted living. Our family would recommend Harmony for anyone requiring short term or long term care. We found Excellent amenities and knowledgeable and caring staff.

Things are going better. The staff are making efforts to take Gale to dinning main area as often as they can. I believe they also have activities on the other side that she could enjoy. She’s doing much better.

As a family we did our research to find the right fit for my Mom. She is 95. Previously she was in an Assisted Living Facility in Virginia. We were never pleased with her care there but had no other options. I've lived in South Carolina for over 30 years. There are so many options here. We toured Harmony at Wescott and loved the Facility and staff. She has been there since June in their Memory care wing. The staff is so patient with her and try to keep her engaged as much as she is able to do. My home is only 15 minutes which makes it convenient.

We are constantly taking her food. She doesn't eat breakfast or lunch with the others. I have heard some good things about dinner though. There are a lot of activities constantly going on and they are clearly posted in the elevators. When it comes to the value for cost I have nothing to compare it to. It is expensive, but it is[name removed] money that she had hoarded over the years so it is going to her. I'd move there in a minute! Laundry gets done, apartment cleaned, meals prepared....what's not to love about that? Plus we know [name removed] is safe and taken care of. You can use any of those words. [name removed] and [name removed] have been especially helpful!!

It's great for independent. It's just been remodeled. Looks nice. I'm not sure about the assisted side or memory care. My mom loves all the activities. Food is really good !

The food/meals need a lot of work. Food is cold; always out of certain things; takes a long time to get food; not enough help and $15 is a lot to have a meal brought to your apartment. Having your meals are a big deal because most people are there because they don't cook. Also to clarify the value for cost, I'm know there are many reasons families have to make decisions to put their loved ones in communities like this. I just feel one of the reasons is to have prepared meals. It's something I feel the residents look forward too. I know my mom does. Harmony is aware of the food problems and hope it can be fixed soon.

Hands down, best place in my area. Great experience very clean, etc....

The common areas are very clean. The hard floors in my Dad's apartment are a bit tacky - not sure if it's the cleaning fluid residue used to cleaning the floors. They do vacuum the carpets, but don't steam clean them seasonally. Not sure if that is an expectation but will be asking. I brought my own cleaner over to clean the carpets and steam the hard floors. He is very happy at Harmony and happy that he is close to where I live

Unfortunately, they have been short staffed which has been an issue on a few occasions. Now that my dad is walking more and doesn't need as much help, he is less impacted by the lack of staff. I will say that most of the staff has been very kind and helpful. The dining area needs help. It's too crowded with walkers and wheelchairs making it very difficult to navigate.

Lacey Newton took me on a tour of the campus. [name removed] was very professional, outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. The campus is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. I spoke with some of the residents and/or family members. They were all very pleased with the campus as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about Harmony at Savannah! The whole team has been great, from Sales to Nursing. Food is good. Our apartment gets cleaned once a week and the management is so caring. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly. People can join in with Zoom to chat with staff on designated days. There is a full calendar of events published monthly with plenty of activities. There is an established protocol when residents go to doctor appointments. The phone is always answered in the event you need to make contact. They meet with you annually to review your situation in the event there have been no changes during the year. Cleaning the residence rooms and laundry are well done on a regular basis. My brother is the only 100% blind person at Haromny of Hope Mills and he is very comfortable living there.

She is pretty happy there. Mostly activities, friendly staff and residents. Even though she doesn't use it, there is transportation to appointments.

The management and staff make you and your loved one feel that you are part of a family. I highly recommend Harmony at Chantilly to anyone looking. It is a great facility.

All around wonderful facility with so much to offer. Our Aunt loves this place. She is so happy. When we come to visit we always enjoy it. Food is always very good.we love the dinners of the countries.

The main area is always clean resident rooms were up and down due to staffing turnovers. When staffed appropriately 3 when not (again lots of staff turnover). For the activities we would rate higher if possible. The value for cost started off at 5+ grew frustrated over the periodic room housekeeping. Would probably give a 3 now 100% due to low staff and constant turnover

The experience was good at harmony but my dad passed on [date removed]. I give all categories a 5 except for the quality of care which I would give a 5 and that is only because of staff shortage and the temp help was not always particularly motivated specifically overnight shift. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families it is a good value for cost

It's a beautiful place for a parent/someone that is independent, as I am not familiar with any other care. The annual increases are high and frequent. We have experienced two increases in a year and half.
