Our loved one was only there for respite care, but I would give them all 5s. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Harmony on the Peninsula is just what my mom needed. The faculty/staff are always available to speak with family about their concerns. They listen and act accordingly.

She's making some nice friends. Saving money from what she was paying at Brookdale. She really is enjoying having a full kitchen too. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Harmony at Brentwood to other families.

5 for all of them. I'm very pleased with everything so far!!! Everyone is friendly, staff and residents. The food is good. It looks like a fancy hotel. There are plenty of activities if you want to be involved. At certain times we have entertainment. The only problem I have had is with the lock on my door. It will be working fine and all of a sudden, it won't unlock. I have to get staff to come unlock it with their master key and they report it to Maintenance. But, other than that, I haven't had any problem.

Staff interaction was respectful and kind. Residents all seemed relatively calm and well cared for. They kept us informed of our loved one’s condition and needs. Staff responded quickly to our needs and requests.

The staff is amazing here. All of the nursing my techs are so patient and kind. The dining room staff has also been great. We have had a great experience here with everyone, including the administrative staff. I think the food is the biggest weakness at Harmony. I don't care for the food. My mother hates it. I don't hate it, but the food needs much more flavor. I understand how challenging it is to feed a large number of people from a financial perspective, dietary restrictions, etc. But they need to substantially improve the menu selection and taste. I think they try to have a lot of activities and I feel like Harmony puts forth the effort. But sometimes it is sad that not many residents participate in the activities. I also think they may need to have another day where Harmony provides van services for medical visits, appointments, shopping, etc.

I have been warmly welcomed into Harmony Hill. Very friendly staff and residents. The food is very good and they care is great. The grounds are well taken care of. I chose a room on the top floor because of the view of the mountains. I gladly paid for garage parking for my car and there are grocery carts for bringing item from the care.

We relocated my mother-in-law from Florida and quickly realized that her memory issues were more than just age related. From start to move in, Harmony at Kent helped ease our minds knowing that she would be safe and cared for. She is very happy with her apartment and enjoys the food and religious service's. She is socializing with other residents and uses the gym and library at her leisure. Harmony is managing her medication which had been a major issue when living independently. We are thankful that we have such an amazing facility so close by.

The staff is very friendly and keeps me, Mom's caretaker, up to speed with anything going on. They extremely helpful with any questions I have. The facility is very friendly and encourages family to come spend time with my Mom either through activities, meals, or one on one time. They do plenty of outings so they can get out. The food is typically very good but if you don't want what's on the menu they have everyday alternatives. My mom really enjoys this place and the staff who help her. She enjoys all the activities they do and has a lot of fun. The facility is kept clean and they clean each room once a week.

I picked this community because of mostly from everything you listed above. It's a nice place, I visited a few prior. I trust the place and its staff. It's seems to be run well (whoever owns it). I was there often and paid attention.

Guests should be able to use some of the members food vouchers. My dad has lost money every month. More activities on the weekends. The staff is great!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Very clean, it looks like a hotel. I would definitely use them again if needed. Just like home, but better.

It's always so clean. The staff is so friendly and does so well with communication. I wished my grandmother would take advantage of it, but I also love all the additional activities they have for the residents. From crafts, movies, Bingo, coloring ect. There's so much that's included. I also LOVE that the staff and other residents make my family as visitors so welcome and included in everything.

I liked the place and would have kept her there but she said she didn't like it. There were always activities and she did a lot of walking to stay active. I only worried about her getting enough to drink since she doesn't remember to do it. There was supposed to be a sort of ambassador to bring her around to show where everything was, but she never got that.

Everyone is super nice. You need help with something they are happy to assist. Even all the residents I have met are real nice and friendly. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I have been living at Harmony since [date removed] and .family and I feel we made the right choice. The facility is beautiful.

Our loved one has since passed away, but she loved her time at Harmony. Harmony at Hope Mills went above and beyond to help care for my mother. Especially when it was clear she was declining and hospice stepped in. They worked hand in hand making sure everything was what she needed. Making her comfy and as happy as they could.

Excellent staff delivered everything they proposed in our visit. They care for the residents in a superior fashion with daily activities that both entertain and enable residents to develop a strong sense of community. The food and kitchen staff deliver high quality meals and service. Harmony’s facility is new, very clean and a place our family is proud to visit. I would highly recommend to anyone considering Assisted Living.

Dad w dementia and Mom unable to be 24x7 caregiver any longer. Harmony is an excellent, clean, and safe facility for my parents, giving the family peace of mind knowing they are both well taken care of. All the staff is responsive, caring, and focused on delivering excellent care. Families serving families is their motto, and we believe they live up to it! Very happy with their living space, facility, staff,meals, physical therapy, and the grounds. My parents haven't really joined in the activities much yet, since they are new to the facility.

My first and last contact at Harmony was the director of marketing -[name removed]. As a former health care provider, [name removed]understood my priorities of high quality facilities and high quality healthcare. [name removed]effortlessly provided a list of resources to assist with the physical move within NC but definitely out if town. New healthcare providers were also needed and my mother was able to be plugged into in home health doctor visits which saved on outside visits with the need for transportation. Onsite services were also a big plus. Beyond in home doctor visits I was able to hire WNC Caregivers and had the most wonderful caregivers and overall agency experience. Highly recommend Harmony at Reynolds Mountain.
