I am so grateful for the opportunity to work at Harmony at Savannah and assist families in finding the best senior living options for their loved ones in our beautiful community.

As a former employee of A Place For Mom, I would love to share that Harmony at Savannah offers the best of senior living. The community is situated beautifully in a quiet neighborhood. It boasts captivating live oak trees and scenic views from sunrooms and balconies. It has many unique features for seniors such as pull cords in the independent living apartments, spacious apartments with 2 bedroom/2 bath availability, and a nicely kept walking path. Harmony at Savannah offers a wide array of activities including art classes, knitting group, book club, bridge and so much more. It is a pleasure being the Director of Sales and Marketing at Harmony.

They came to the house right away. They answered the phone immediately and we didn't have to wait until the next day. It was a Sunday.

What is most important to me is the care services that the staff provide. Everything is going great with my Mom. The agency that is working with her is doing a great job.

Everything was very good. I visited 5 other assisted living facilities and none compared to Harmony. Courteous staff, nice facility, good food. Room sizes are adequate. Nurses desk had a variety of snacks, sandwiches before bedtime on request.

My brother loves it at Harmony! He has made some friends and has a variety of activities if he wants things to do. Very friendly atmosphere. I love many of residents and enjoy visiting with them also.

I think for the cost at least 2 meals should be supplied. My mom sometimes complains about the quality of the food. Yes, I would recommend the facility to others.

Harmony is wonderful and my mom loves it. I have recommended it to friends and 2 have moved in based on our recommendation.Everyone is friendly and welcoming to new residents. It is really a family atmosphere and they all take care of one another.

I would highly recommend this facility. It is new and they are still looking for residents and more staff. They are caring. My only complaint is that they are short staffed for meals and it take 20 to 30 min to get the meals.

It's definitely a bit more hyped up than it really is, from the staff. I wish we had of asked about men/women ratio. And some of the activities really don't exist. There are an insanely amount of women there. Had we known that, we would've been able to talk to my uncle about it. He doesn't have many gentlemen to interact with. We're managing and thankfully I'm pretty close, so I'm able to get him out and about some. We picked this community because of the location to us, and what seemingly would be a good fit, but maybe not so much. We're trying to make the most of it.

Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable environment. Many activities such as groups, movies and hobbies. Staff knows me by name and were helpful with getting my loved one settled into a new environment. My loved one is happy in the apartment and with the staff.

Overall everyone is is friendly and helpful. I have taken many friends and family to visit. It is alway clean and in top shape. People can not believe it is a assisted living home no smells and clean. Everyone including resident are friendly and help makes everyone new feel at home. Meals are great and you order from a Menu not the normal food where everyone gets the same food. There are many activities and a theater with a movie every night. I visited many places around Martinsburg and Winchester. Great price compared to other places with less activities and not as clean.

The staff at Harmony at Morgantown have been wonderful to my family member.

All the staff are very helpful, courteous and called me by name from the very first day! Lots of things to do and food is very good. Residents are all very kind and seem to be happy. I made the right choice .

Staff are friendly and seem very responsive when emergencies arise. My mother-in-law falls frequently and it seems they are very quick to respond and use good judgement for when she is taken to the ER. And they always let the family know she has fallen, even if she doesn't need outside medical care.

The experience with The Harmony as been good. People have to remember that you all have to have open communication and get everything in writing. If you are not happy with something let them know. We know our mom is safe at The Harmony we know she is being taken care of. learning the levels of care need to be spelled out better and what is included upfront. Not a bad thing it is a learning curve. How procedures are done and how things run these are questions to know and understand upfront. The Harmony is a family owned group and you can tell they do care about what happens and they do retain there employees which is great for the residence so my over option is good.

I was not sure what to expect as I had to transfer my mom from another facility due to they just were not equipped to handle Memory Care type of people. First they got mom into the rehab program, I am not sure how well mom is doing with this because the Dementia has had such a devastating effect on her. But as I have witnessed the Staff continues to work hard to provide the best care for Mom and all the patients at this facility. The facility has activities for all and that has to be a positive impact on all. Thank you to Harmony

It felt like home to my parent. Pricing was reasonable. Staff was helpful and we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

One of the reasons I picked them was all of the activity of the residents while I was there. The other facilities felt like the residents were more isolated. The other reason was because they made an effort to get me a room that was in an area I wanted and the offered me a discount on the monthly rent. Another reason was I liked the staff. They were all friendly, upbeat and engaging with all of the residents

Our loved one is on the independent living side so the quality of care services does not count. My sister and brother-in-law had a family member at [community name removed]. Very similar except price. Harmony is 1/3 less price wise. I'm guessing due to cost of living differences between the two locations. We would definitely recommend this community to other families
