Gorgeous Facility! Similar to where Mom is at now. We Loved the Director and look forward to meeting the Memory Coordinator and staff which to us is most important. Great Staff and support is what we are lacking now.

My friend is doing great. He is happy with the meals and activities. However, he thinks some of the nursing aides need training when helping the residents.

My sister and I toured many communities with one being HarborChase of Naperville. The community was clean and in good shape. The tour guide answered our questions and was friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

Somethings get forgotten over there. There is a huge difference between the staff during the week and on the weekends. The staff on the weekends has less supervision and spends a lot of time on their cell phones. It's nothing dangerous but there could be more attentiveness. The food is okay, there's two options which is fine but the food isn't cooked right there and is cold a lot of the time. One night they had the option of pot roast or pizza. The pot roast dish had vegetables but the pizza was just pizza, nothing else. They could have at least served it with green or something.

My father in law was only at this community for a short time and the staff took good care of him. The community was clean. This community offers a bistro, pizza oven and a bike trail.

This was one of my top picks for my mother, and her needs. The community is pretty new. So everything is very nice, and well maintained. I loved this community. The staff was very kind, and friendly. The only thing that concerned me that it was too new for us. I wanted a community that was more developed.

HarborChase is always clean, staff is friendly. There are a bunch of activities for the residents to attend to throughout the day. The apartments are big and welcoming. I've met the majority of the staff who handles my Dad's care- I've been approached a few times and they do not hesitate to introduce themselves. The staff knows the residents and my family by name which adds to the "at home" feel. I've toured quite a few facilities before deciding on HarborChase, the room options, care for Dad and the staff was the deciding factor.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is an adjustment for the resident; however, with work and from the staff and the resident it is a great environment.

I had a good tour of this community. It is a very nice community with kind people. The community looked good. From what I saw everything looked nice and well-kept. The staff I came across was kind and welcoming. The experience went well, but it was to expensive for us.

The staff is excellent here and do a really good job. My husband loves the food that they serve. I love that they offer a tremendous amount of activities for the residents. My husband enjoys the exercise and the trivia games. What brought me here was that they had the brightest and most cheerful people than any other memory care area that I had seen.

My father is at a great community with great staff that are very good. This community is very clean. He is happy with the food and the activities that are offered. I would recommend the great care here to other families.

My tour of this community went well. It was a good experience. This is a nice looking community. From what I saw everything is very nice and clean. The staff that I met was kind and friendly. It was a nice tour, I enjoyed it.

Harbor Chase of Jasper is a warm, wonderful community in the small town of Jasper. We enjoyed a wonderful southern lunch. The home is very spacious for independent living. However for our situation, it was too spacious. There was a garage for a car which did not meet our needs. If the resident needs any services from the main building either the resident has to go outside to get to the building or the worker has to go outside to go to the resident. In winter time, this is not desirable. The clubhouse where the meals are served to the independent living people is nice but simple. Again, I preferred my potential resident not to be go outside to go to the clubhouse for meals. This is a nice and friendly community for senior independent residents, however it did not fit the bill for our needs.

My wife is doing very well considering her health. The staff are very caring and do a great job caring for my wife. She enjoys the variety of foods offered. I take her to the assisted living dining room and she enjoys the restaurant atmosphere. The community offers many activities that my wife enjoys. They bring is different musicians, bands, and singers. They also offer field trips to get out into town.

I moved to the Hearth 4yrs ago as a completely independent resident. 4yrs later I am still a completely independent resident.I attribute much of that to the pleasant ,caring,hard working staff,the multiple and diverse activities(I learned to play poker here and win often enough to smile!).The ever present and attentive nursing and aide staff which i observe and acknowledge often maintenance issues are being addressed on an ongoing schedule ,so that there are frequent updates on what is next and when it will happen.I never feel that I don't know what is going to be the next great change.The administrative staff is cheerful,helpful and understanding and downtown is a walk(20min )or 3min ride away.Transportation is available to local medical facilities,stores etc.Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis and 3 meals / day plus snacks are available.I am happy only because there is active resident.Always rooms for improvement
