The staff is wonderful and truly caring. There are many activities to choose from, so there's always something to enjoy. The facility is very clean, and the room/apartment is comfortable and well maintained. The food is great, too. I couldn't ask for better care. HarborChase felt like a "cruise ship on land". It was very clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of open space. The movie theater, physical therapy, dining opportunities, beauty salon/spa, and library were more than expected. Outdoor spaces were open and well kept. The memory care unit, called The Cove, was very pleasant. Services offered and staffing seemed to be what I would want for my mother.

The sales director conducting our tour did an excellent job. She was very patient and answered our endless questions. The residents were all friendly and appeared very happy. The facility is clean and bright. Enjoyable experience.

The staff is great, and there is a very active activities schedule. The food is terrific. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and the common areas and grounds are well maintained.

The entire staff from the sales executive to the executive director to the Aides to the therapists to the dining room attendants - everyone has been so friendly and nice. There are numerous activities every day to keep the residence, busy and engaged along with being able to become familiar with each other. The facility is absolutely beautiful and always very clean. We've been pleased with the variety of menu options and everything is high-quality and delicious. I have been so impressed with how they've decorated for the different holidays, especially memorial Day. All the activities throughout the day were patriotic themed and the facility was decorated so nice to honor all the veterans. It has been a great experience so far.

Overall, it was great. The people working there were always available, with friendly smiles and helping hands. I would recommend this place. The staff was friendly, and there always seemed to be something going on. The food was pretty average, but for an extra charge, meals could be customized. The buildings were nice, and the studio apartment I rented for my mother-in-law was a good size and had a huge walk-in closet. Overall, the residents seemed happy.

Beautiful facility. Has everything a senior could want from multiple restaurants and variety of food to a host of activities.

I had the best tour ever. The food was fantastic. I was treated like a queen. The staff I saw, from the driver to the executive director, were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me a great deal, but that deal was contingent upon me moving in within 2 weeks. I couldn't get out of my lease that quickly. Also, the community fee was quite a bit higher than I could pay. I would probably go there if these things worked out before I can get Aid and Attendance.

Clean rooms, friendly competent nursing staff, welcoming entrance and common areas. Ample visitor parking, garden area

They made me feel welcome ... I really liked how the Independent Living Residents are in many of the public spaces where the Assisted Living Residents frequent. In other places they keep them apart and the ALS residents can feel isolated, and don't see younger, more active people.

I had a wonderful experience while touring Harbor Chase. I absolutely recommend anyone thinking of living there to take a tour. It is friendly, clean and beautifully maintained.

Beautiful facility. The location was just outside of Palm Coast in a rural setting. Just minutes from the main hub. I liked the layout of the one bedroom as it had a bedroom door that separates the main living room from the bedroom. So many dining choices. Tons of activities to choose from. Boredom will not be in your vocabulary! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pricing was in line with other upscale facilities. I liked the meet and greet at the beginning to get an overview of what we we looking for. While a lot of information was in the packet, I would suggest going over the packet information at the end of the tour to clarify any questions that may arise.

I did a Facebook tour of the facility. The facility is quite nice and the lady doing the tour was very helpful.

The facility was excellent with a variety of social interaction areas, memory care capabilities, and inviting dining and outdoor areas. [name removed] was great with her tour, providing information, and caring attitude.

The personnel were very warm and welcoming. The physical facility was suitable with individual apartments activities in the morning and afternoon and community dining room

Facilities were good size and kept very clean. Food was very good. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. However this is the only place I visited but we were very happy with the staff and services.
