Beautiful facility, friendly staff (that dealt with). This facility, unfortunately, was outside of the budget.

The staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and so o. top of all there residents. They do a great job.

The facility was excellent with a variety of social interaction areas, memory care capabilities, and inviting dining and outdoor areas. [name removed] was great with her tour, providing information, and caring attitude.

The personnel were very warm and welcoming. The physical facility was suitable with individual apartments activities in the morning and afternoon and community dining room

Facilities were good size and kept very clean. Food was very good. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. However this is the only place I visited but we were very happy with the staff and services.

Great tour, and very kind and generous staff. The residents looked happy and were very engaged and having fun! Wonderful to see!!

The facility of itself is beautiful, but the section for memory care is secluded and you don’t get all the benefits of the rest of the building very expensive $[removed] a month to start and if they get worse, the price goes up

[name removed] did a remarkable job of taking me through the whole process from start to end. Facility tour was impressive. Well maintained and clean. Lots of activities for residents. Had a chance to interact with a few which brought a smile to their faces. Right now it would be my top choice if the $$$Costs weren't so high I might have said yes.

A very good visit. The facility has everything we require if we can get the room size we want. Will be following up with them.

Recently toured the facility and was impressed. The facility was clean, smelled good and the accommodations that we would choose seemed to be a good fit for my parent. Other amenities like the private balcony and the food choices and services were a definite plus.

Everyone is so accommodating and helps you out. Plenty of activities for everyone to do. Apartment is good size and is kept clean.

The property, rooms and common areas have been maintained beautifully. The apartments are spacious, bright and airy with up to date furnishings and fixtures. Our tour guides were warm and welcoming and took a genuine interest in my Mom.

I have lived at Harbor Chase for over a year.. I enjoy the people and employees. . The residents come from many places and lifestyles and are generally friendly. You can choose what and how much you want to participate in activities. If you need help with anything they come and assist you fairly quickly. They don’t make you feel you are bothering them or anything. I’m comfortable here.

The 10th Anniversary Event was amazing! It was festive, class and beautiful. The food was incredible. [name removed] the Executive Director was approachable and very knowledgeable. What a great place for families and friends to live and be taken care of. Thank you for such a great time!

I found the facility to be extremely clean and many of the rooms have been updated. The staff have been very easy to deal with and are very responsive to my mother's needs. They also communicate with me when needed. She has been there for six weeks now. So far so good.

My husband has only been there for a month. It is a great adjustment. Staff has been very helpful

[name removed] met us in conference room and offered us a cold drink or hot. We talked a bit and she found out what we were looking for and our interests. Briefly explained the culture at HF. We then walked around looking at the apartments.and facilities to include Assisted Care. She also took us to storage units and a room with a balcony. Explained finances

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are a variety of activities and entertainment opportunities. It is easy to make friends. The food is good with two main course choices for lunch and dinner. There are optional outings. There is a gym with equipment for PT and OT. There are PT's, OT's, and speech therapists onsite. There is a bar, a beauty salon, and a movie theatre. Harbor Chase has a van that goes to Publix and Walmart weekly. Wednesday evenings the van transports residents to specific restaurants.

I think room size is adequate, and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. They coordinate activities for residents and encourage participation. Are also respective of those who aren't as social as others. Dining room staff are helpful, and patient with the resident; nursing staff that I have dealt with are incredible.

Our experience was fantastic, though it was short-lived due to medical issues that required a higher level of care. I would consider HarborChase one of the top contenders in the area for future needs. I was on their waiting list for a while, and the experience lived up to my expectations. I wish we could still be at HarborChase. Our experience at HarborChase was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the overall quality of care was excellent. While our stay was cut short due to changing medical needs, I would consider HarborChase a top contender in the area. I wish we could still be there!
