It is a lovely facility and very very clean. There is never a bad odor. The staff on my mom's floor are friendly and they do care about the residents. [name removed], the activities director is phenomenal!! I wish she was there 7 days a week! The food is very good. My mom has adjusted very well and has made some friends! I'd say that while we expected a challenging transition from independent city life to assisted living, my uncle has been very happy there and that he's made a real home for himself there. We picked this community because it was a combination of the services they offered and the respect he was shown when we went to visit. Too many other places delivered the entire presentation to me, but at Harbor Chase, he was the focus.

The whole team at HarborChase has been so wonderful to my dad and our whole family - they truly demonstrate a level of care and thoughtfulness that I did not expect to be able to find anywhere. Our whole experience has been seamless - beginning with the very first calls I had to learn about the facility and figure out what package would be right for my dad. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our fast timeline, assuage the various concerns we had, and ease what could otherwise have been a stressful transition. The facility is spotless, they offer a wide range of activities that keep the residents physically active and mentally stimulated, and they offer different packages to accommodate different levels of care. I am so grateful for the hard work of everyone at Harbor Chase - and how they bring joy into the day of all of the residents with their seemingly endless patience, smiles, and laughter.
