I enjoy my new home. I moved in August only here a short time but feels like home. I am always busy with a full calendar!!

When I walked in, the staff was amazing. The Director at the time was so comforting to me. I had never personally been in a position like this so I didn't know what to expect. I was very apprehensive and I made a promise to my husband that I would always keep him safe, and I felt all that and more with the facility and how clean it was on top of everything else. To be honest, it was the most expensive facility that I visited, and it broke me financially, but I knew my husband couldn't have been in a better place if I tried.

HCM provided my 93 year old mother with a wonderful welcome. Staff and residents have been friendly and warm. Everyone has gone out of their way to love her needs. Thank you.

Harbor Chase welcomed my father with open arms. We appreciated the help from A Place for Mom and Gentiva Hospice. The intake process with admissions and nursing was seamless. The care, food, and activities were exceptional. The memory wing kept the residents together and truly engaged. All of the staff were caring and leadership was transparent. The staff was also amazing at end of life. My dad was not there long before his heart gave out, but while there he participated in the activities.

It's a great place. We picked this community because my son lives 3 miles from facility. It's newer, very clean, and easy for my mom to have visitors. The staff is always very nice. t's a great place overall . I know my mom is in great hands.

My parents have been at Harbor Chase for many months now. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. Their assistant sales counselor is so sweet and knowledgeable. My parents are in a nice sized one bedroom. The dining room is bright and staff very friendly. They have a special every evening for dinner but you can order off the menu. They have quite a lot of activities going on and celebrate things monthly.

I loved the uplifting, welcoming and warm spirit of the team we worked with and the upscale facilities. I would put a love one there. Reminded me of [community removed] here in Kennett Square pa where I had my mother for 13 years. They are efficient and helpful. Given we live in another state i had to trust the facility and checks proved they were doing a good job.

Great food, calling staff ask and "you shall" get they never say no.

Employees are kind and very attentive. Beautiful setting on a lake with areas that you can sit outside and enjoy the view and the weather. You can participate in activities or just enjoy what interest you. Food is good with many tasty choices.

What we really like about HarboChase is that they have activities and they seem to call right away if there is an incident involving the resident. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families

It is a lovely facility and very very clean. There is never a bad odor. The staff on my mom's floor are friendly and they do care about the residents. [name removed], the activities director is phenomenal!! I wish she was there 7 days a week! The food is very good. My mom has adjusted very well and has made some friends! I live minutes away and visit often.

Fabulous audience, Fabulous staff! {name removed] is amazing! I can see the joy she brings to the community.

The memory care staff is very good and works so hard! I appreciate how they care foe the residents!

The Director of Sales in Madison, CT, is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional which I greatly appreciated in learning about the community. I will continue to refer regularly since I work at a ccrc and always have the need to refer to a more appropriate ALF.

We get respect here and consideration on how we do things here.

I was at another place before and this place is 100% better. Food us staff treat me like family.

I'd say that while we expected a challenging transition from independent city life to assisted living, my uncle has been very happy there and that he's made a real home for himself there. We picked this community because it was a combination of the services they offered and the respect he was shown when we went to visit. Too many other places delivered the entire presentation to me, but at Harbor Chase, he was the focus.

Did everything to make me feel at home! Food is the best. Aid give me always what I want.
