We have been very happy with Harbor Chase. Mom had a stroke about 3 weeks ago and has been in the hospital and Rehab since, but she is looking forward to going back soon. Everyone there has been very loving and kind. They are very good about calling me if my mother needs anything or just to let me know how she is doing.

My wife and I are pleased with our choice to live at Harbor Chase.

Mom seems happy. We have not gotten everything we were promised and the staff changes often but overall it's a great place. They need to work on communication between residents and family. it was a new facility and beautiful clean spaces.

This first interaction was the epitome of professional. The director of market was pleasant to us as our first point of contact with the community. The reason we moved forward was her follow through on promises.

My husband and I moved here from south Windsor to be closer to our daughter. We also needed a little help as we no longer are driving or cooking! The staff is very attentive and caring. We enjoy the social opportunities. it feels like home!

Staff is beyond welcoming and literally will help you at any point! they are very sincere and genuine. If there's any issue at all they will address it immediately. their main goal is to keep you happy.

It's truly a wonderful place and folks are truly willing to help even when residents are stubborn and "not in a good place." I would definitely recommend as a great place even when the stage of life is not. Just really expensive. But they all are!

My mother is at HarborChase of Dr. Phillips. The staff is outstanding. I'm very pleased with it. I have no complaints whatsoever. It's very clean, they're very attentive to her, and they feed her. They're providing her with physical therapy, and they will provide various therapies that she's going to need. They have a salon, a small gym, and a swimming pool. The food is very good. It's all very modern, and it's all very good. It's a little costly, but she's getting her money's worth. It feels homey. The dining area is very large with many tables and chairs. It's four to a table, and it's a very nice dining/restaurant setting.

My parents are vegetarian from India They went out of their way to accommodate my parents. Everyone very supportive, kind and accommodating. They are working on a cake for my Dad's birthday (surprise). I thought the transition would be so hard for my parents who lived alone and were so isolated after COVID. I think they really missed having community, but they aged enough that it was hard to go back to traveling to younger people's homes. Now my parents have lots of activities, people checking in, and they are enjoying the personal contact without the struggle. As a bonus, a friend visited and out of curiosity pulled the emergency chain in the bathroom. Shortly thereafter 2ladies showed up to make sure they were ok. If someone is going to go through the trouble of moving (my folks are in independent living portion) for a sense of security, this is the type of feature that makes the difference between a residence and a place where that extra support is easily accessed. There is even a 'check-in' feature you can press daily if you choose, and if you dont check in, they check on you. Anyway, i havent seen my folks (Dad almost 92) smile this much in a while. They were both so worried about each other. This facility checked every box.

I moved my mom to this facility in November 2023. Each staff member that I worked with was friendly and responsive to my questions. After a few weeks my mom and I had questions about routines and activities. I sent emails to the staff and my emails were answered promptly. While the transition for my mom was personally challenging things have smoothed out and she is enjoying living there

Everyone made our move a wonderful experience! Earl was exceptional through the entire experience! The food is delicious! The staff know everyone by name and try hard individualize based on client needs and wants! We’ve had as smooth of a transition as could be expected. I highly recommend Harbor Chase!

Great move in experience. The process went smoothly. The food is excellent and many choices. Am enjoying all the activities and live music. Have met a couple of guys and having fun hanging out in the mornings with coffee and at lunch.

I have moved my family member to this facility, being the 4th place that I have selected. My experience about the facility & the staff to provide assistance to the resident & family members has been a great . I very much hope that Harbor Chase will be the place for my family to reside in for years.

HarborChase Sarasota is welcoming and very well maintained. The apartment is great and the food is excellent! The staff is helpful and courteous. The activities are engaging and we love the entertainment.

HarborChase is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The plans(pricing) are well published and easy to understand.

My mom has been a resident in independent living for a couple of months and is now being moved to assisted living. The staff has been so helpful and friendly, from initial contact to day to day care. We are so excited for her to be in such a lovely, safe environment.
