The only way I can describe my visit here was happiness and sunshine! The employees were all very happy and attentive to not only my mom, but the other residents as well. Finding the right place for my mom is so important, to me this is the perfect place for anyone, especially my mom!

If a friend asked me about our experience at Harbor Chase, I would say it's been very good, so far. We chose Harbor Chase because of the recommendations from friends who live at Harbor Chase, for the convenience of the location, and because it's a lovely, bright place with warm and welcoming staff and residents.

My husband has Parkinsons & I needed more support. I'm so grateful to the team who made him feel special each day & give him the best care.

Moved my mother today. Everyone so friendly and helpful. This community is so clean and beautiful! Excited for the new home.

Food service is quick. A socially rich environment.

It has been a good experience. The staff has been fantastic in helping with the transition. I chose this community because it dealt only with memory loss.

They were very caring and took very good care of my dad. The nurse was wonderful. The administrative people were wonderful, and just like almost everywhere you might have a few bad apples, but they were very few and far between for the most part everybody was very attentive and treated my father with respect, I would highly highly recommend them. They were very easy to work with and I was there every day that my dad was in there, so I know how good the care he received was.

I have recently had the opportunity to attend one of the recrnt events for the residents of Harbor Chase and tour the facility. During which time, I was introduced to [name removed], the Sales Director. Her service to the residents of Harbor Chase is second to none. She plays an essential role in maintaining the superior level of care for the residents through an active workflow that results in the positive atmosphere of the hospitality and the amenities of Harbor Chase...

We recently attended an event. All the residents were happy and the food was so good. It was nice to see our seniors enjoying time together. The community was very clean as well! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

We are very impressed with the facility. The responsiveness of all staff from the time you enter the building to exiting was tremendously supportive. They try to make a very stressful time much easier. Job well done!

Harbor Chase is a gem in the assisted living field. A spacious environment, with good food and staff is rare these days. Harbor Chase checks those boxes and more. The incentives that are provided help families make the leap from home to the community.

[name removed] is hands down the best of the best. She is very compassionate and loyal about her job. She always goes the extra mile to make sure the residences have a smile on there face and if they don’t she finds a way to put one on them. If you ever need anything [name removed] is the go too person when you need to get something accomplished. Thank you [name removed] for giving us the warm and comfortable feeling at your facility.

Mom is very happy with the events and the meals. The staff members are very nice as well. My experience with your staff was very helpful since I was initially clueless on the matter. My mother is much happier now. Based on the experience so far, I would recommend this community to others.

Everyone we observed or spoke with at HarborChase of Villages Crossing seemed in good spirits, genuinely happy to be there. The cocktail hour in the lobby (which we walked in on unannounced) was lively and people looked like they were having fun!

I chose this community because it's 10 minutes from my house, it's very modern and extremely clean( the facility is only six years old). Incredible and knowledgeable staff. I can call 24 hours a day if needed. Delicious and nutritious meals. Fabulous floor director and and activities director. Excellent floor staff and wonderful, lovely residents.
