Based on the experience we have had with HarboChase we were very pleased with all the categories listed here. My wife of 59 years recently passed, however during the time we have spent with this community we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

My Grandfather lived here, and I was at peace knowing that the management team and line associates were there to meet his needs. Friendly faces and many staff have been there a long time. The Negust's team always made us feel special with the food and needs as my grandfather's taste buds changed. The communication from [name removed] is great, and sends out updates on what is going on in the community.

Our family had an in person tour with HarborChase and the staff members at the community were friendly and the tour experience was great. They have a lovely outside enclosed garden area, but their floor plain was a bit confusing for our loved one.

Her move into Harbor Chase was seamless. Staff was helpful in getting her Wi-Fi & TV hooked up. My Mom enjoys the other independents. No surprise fees. There is a beauty shop, various activities (Bible study, bridge, etc.). The grounds are beautiful. She is happy at Harbor Chase.

HarborChase of Villages Crossing has been a great place, and I would recommend it. Everyone we've spoken to there is very caring and very attentive to my sister-in-law, who is a resident there.

My husband was there for less than 8 months before he passed. He was not able to take advantage of many services offered. However based on the experience we did have with the community we have recommended them to other families and will continue to recommend.

The entire staff -bus driver, maintenance crew, cleaning people, food prep/servers, nursing staff, administrators, front desk people - all are helpful, supportive and very very patient! As a family member who lives 1500 miles away, this has reassured me that my parents are in the right and best place to support their needs - medically and personally. My parents have differing medical needs. Harborchase has a program that allows my parents to remain together in their own apartment and get the medical care they both need. This was very important to them and was one of the major requirements of our search for senior living. Also the ECC certification sets Harborchase apart from other senior living communities and was another deciding factor for our family.

My experience was very limited since my Mom was only at Harbor Chase for about four months. It was a nice place;staff seemed very caring but they didn't seem to have enough help after the pandemic. They had nice events.

We toured HarborChase of Wilmington when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. The atmosphere, cleanliness, friendliness, and tour guide were all great. Our tour was very good. This facility was great!

I don't really have anything to compare it with, but it seems to be a good value so far. [name removed] is getting good care and his attitude has definitely improved since being here. The staff is very responsive and accommodating to requests and suggestions that we may have. The facility is also in a beautiful and peaceful location. I was looking for a place where my husband and I could be close together, him in memory care and me in independent living. We have found that here.

What we really like most about the HarborChase of Tamarac is their memory care unit. The staff are very friendly as well.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask questions! The facility is located in the heart of Madison, CT. It is right off I95 and very close to a supermarket, drug store, gas stations, a few restaurants, and other shops. I have not had the food, but the menus look diverse. I do feel that there could be more activities provided for the residents.

My loved one is a resident at The Hearth at Tuxis Pond. So far, everything has been great at this facility. The care services, meals, and friendliness are great. Communication with the family is excellent. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

We toured The Hearth at Gardenside and it was a great place. The people were friendly. The setting was nice. The location just wasn't as convenient for us personally. This facility would have been one of my top choices if it was closer to home.

The staff has been exceptionally helpful and friendly during my father's move and especially during his transition in during the first two months. They are very responsive and easily reachable in any time of need or with questions. My sister and I would very much recommend HarborChase of Tamarac to family and friends.

It still has a few growing pains to work out but mom is very happy there and we know she is receiving good care. Based on our experience so far we would recommend Cadence at Olney to other families.

HarborChase of Dr. Phillips is amazing - I cannot say enough good things about it. I am so grateful my sister is there. It has been an amazing place for her. The activities people especially have really made a difference in her life, because she loves art and music. They take care of her. They're always there to take her places and encourage her. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. The nurses are amazing. Other places that are just as expensive don't give you near what you get here.

The maintenance department is very caring and helps when asked right away.

Overall, we've been very happy at this facility. The cleanliness is top notch across the board, in all areas. The staff is great. They go the extra mile and assist with things that aren't necessarily in your care plan, like getting dressed. They do offer transportation, but only during the weekdays. There is no weekend transportation, we weren't aware of that ahead of time. But during the week, they will take you anywhere you want to go. Even to visit a friend. The room sizes are excellent, but if you want a unit with a balcony you may have to wait a bit/be put on a wait list. The food is a hit or miss at times, but they make a great attempt. They serve the best soups and best pizza around. The Sunday Buffet is outstanding. They do charge to deliver meals to your room, so that's something to be aware of. Also, there is a monthly meal allowance/charge. We don't have a night nurse and the only option during those times is the hospital. I wish they would change that. They offer a good variety of activities such as crafts, puzzles, bingo. Entertainment is fair, not great but not poor. They're working to improve it. They have a Happy Hour at 4pm every weekday, but not on the weekends. Again, we're very happy here overall. This facility is well run. Our two disappointments here are not having a night nurse and also not being an official member of "The Village." That requires membership, which we didn't know about until after we moved in. I would suggest that they be more informative during the admissions process and have a brochure/written material to give to new residents. We weren't given anything and kind of learned as we went. For example, information on membership of "The Village," dining times (the dining room closes 30 min prior to the listed closing time), the charge for meal delivery to your room, and transportation only being on the weekdays. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

What stood out to me at this facility was the staff was very warm and welcoming. I could 'see' my mom fitting in well here. I don't have a single negative thing to say about HarborChase. Very happy with my decision. The staff is amazing. The facility is beautifully decorated. They have great entertainment.
