We couldn’t be more happy with Harbor Chase and the care they give all their residents. It’s definitely one of the top care facilities around. The staff, activities, food, medical care and overall management is definitely above average. The memory care staff is exceptional and if Harbor Chase isn’t on your list of tours, it should be. You won’t be disappointed!

My mom has been at HarborChase at Riverwalk now for two years. I cannot praise the staff there enough for the excellent care they give mom. My sister and I are there daily and I am always amazed as to how friendly and loving everyone is. If you are looking for a family environment, this is it. Excellent choice for Assisted Living.

Same as i put on top. Tour went well all questions answered decided that it would be a good place for him to get the care he needs. If more care is needed they will move him up a care level liked how they worked their care program. If help is needed he has avpin on his neck and they will come within 5-10 min.

I'd say Mother is happy there - so that makes me at ease & happy too. Friendly staff. Fantastic food. Fun activities.

Harbor Chase has been great. They truly accommodate little niche requests from the residence not only has [name removed] settled us in, but he’s also stayed in contact with me to keep me updated with how my hands been doing and the nurses at Harbor Chase are wonderful if anything happens they always keep me informed and I typically hear from them before I even hear from my aunt.

I looked at six memory care facilities in Naperville area for my sister. All facilities were good, but Harbor Chase had a good welcoming feel. [name removed], Mr. Hospitality, very accessible, gave me tour and answered all my questions in straightforward manner. Memory Care is on first floor, has great layout for resident socialization. All the helpers, nurses and director are very kind and helpful. Food is excellent and best place comparison price wise. My sister is much happier here than her previous facility. We are very pleased with the facility and care.

HarborChase has always been a wonderful community, but the new management team has taken it to the next level! The staff is more attentive than ever, communication has improved, and there’s a renewed sense of warmth and energy throughout. My loved one is thriving, engaged in activities, and truly feels at home. It’s clear that the new leadership is dedicated to excellence, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and experience. Highly recommend!

All categories are a 5 but the dining/meals is a 3-4. I have reviewed issues with them and they are being addressed. Hopefully they will be resolved. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far

The staff will go out of their way to make sure my loved one is comfortable and taken care of. They will answer any questions promptly and my loved one is beyond happy

Such a Gorgeous home I have here at Harborchase of boynton beach. I made lots of new friends, always busy, love the nursing care, meals are excellent but most of all I love daily happy hour with the girls!

My name is [name removed] and I am thrilled to be a Harbor chase resident! I love it here since I’m a busy body and there’s loads of activities to do during the day. [Names removed] keeps us on our toes! From exercise to art activities there’s always something to do here. If you are considering this place for mom or dad I would highly recommend it!!

Enjoyed touring community. When mom is ready we will choose this community. Stayed for lunch and the food was amazing, and the residents were active and engaged. The apartment sizes are nice and spacious.

I work with a lot of families and refer places! HarborChase of Naperville is like a cruise ship!! Wonderful food! The best.

Its a bit expensive. The food is exquisite. We picked this community because of the proximity and we liked what they had to offer for my dad. It's close to home so my mom can see him everyday if we are able to.

Like it here. Organized no problems food and service is good.

Moving mom into HarborChase of Tamarac was not easy. Mommy should have been home with me. But, the medical advice & putting selfishness aside helped to make the choice. The staff is now family They love mommy just like her blood family loves her.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Facilities are clean, neat and very quiet.
