I think it's good. One of the only problems is that there have been some charges that we weren't expecting. They have also been a little less understanding about certain dementia behaviors than I thought they would. The apartment is beautiful. The staff has been wonderful and have really communicated well with us. They were one of the most reasonably priced places.

It has been an all around good experience at Brighton Gardens Of Brentwood. There is nothing I can think of for them to improve.

Eventho my mother was only at Brookdale Eau Gallie for 6 days, she enjoyed her stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. We found the facility clean and secure.

I am well pleased with the facility, the nurses, the staff, the activities, and the food so far. So we are pleased with the services Brookdale has to offer, so that's great.

Although the facility is nice and offers great amenities my only issue is with the staffing & management responding to issues in a timely manner. Facility is nice within itself and the amenities however I would like for someone to return my call in a timely manner.

I don't feel like all of the nursing staff is too friendly, or they are just not as friendly as the last place he was at. I see a lot of different nurses in his area, and I don't see the residents doing anything except watch TV. They let residents go outside and there is not an active monitor out there, and my dad has fallen when he's out there is just no telling how long he was out there before he got help.

We toured this facility with Dad. He was not thrilled with the possibility of sharing a studio room but this may be an option. The facility was very nice/staff was great

I toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think this place was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. Overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look!

So far we are still getting our feet wet there, so it's kind of hard to say at this time, but i'm pleased with everything there. The cost is a little higher than i'd like, but as far as the care and friendliness we're happy with it.

We toured Brookdale Titusville (Sand Point) when we were looking into respite care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice place overall, and the staff we met were all very friendly and professional! However, I didn't think the layout of the facility would be a good match for my loved one. It is very large and spread out, and she worries about getting lost.

We toured this community while looking into senior care options for a loved one. Brookdale Brandon seemed like a very nice place! The community was well kept, and everyone we interacted with seemed happy and polite.

My Mother is having a hard time adjusting but they are going out of there way to help her. They are accommodating. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. The Food is fair. i would recommend the Lighthouse Senior Living at Hopkins Creek to anyone who is searching for an assisted living community in Essex, MD. The value is excellent. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. This is a nice community in the MD area.

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far Brookdale Island Lake has done an excellent job overall in terms of the care and services they provide. The facility itself is very pretty, and always well kept and clean. The staff are all very friendly and seem to take great care of the people who live here.

Overall things have gone well with Brighton Gardens of Brentwood, although there are a few things I think they could do better. The facility itself is nice, the rooms are a good size and everything is well kept and clean. The staff are all friendly and personable. However, I do think they oversold and under-delivered when it came to the move-in process. They did not provide nearly as much help getting my loved one integrated into the community as I was lead to believe. I think they could also stand to improve the food, my loved one often complains that what they serve is mostly heavy and greasy without a lot of fresh options. But overall we are pleased with the community, and they are taking good care of our loved one.

Overall my loved one seems to be enjoying himself here. The staff are friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. Really the only complaint I have heard is that he says the food could be better!

Everything is fine. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. They get her out, and involved in some activities. There is a concern because there have been a couple of falls, but it's hard to say how much of that could be prevented. Other than that, they are doing pretty good.

We liked that their units are open, although we would have liked if they were a little bigger, but we did like that there was a washer and dryer in each unit.  The food was good, we had lunch during the tour. The community was clean, and the grounds were kept neat and tidy. The whole place seemed a bit dark because of the brown color scheme. We didn't notice any odors. Everyone we met was very pleasant. For what she was getting didn't find it outrages for the price. We also liked that they had an outside screen porch, and that they had some kind of activity going on all the time. They take them shopping, and they also have a bus service. Really her only concern was that the dining room was farther than she would like to walk from her room, but they said if she couldn't get to the dinning room they could bring food to her room.
