I would give them 5 stars. The staff has made accommodations for me that they didn't have to. The facility is always very clean and they have plenty of activities. My mom's room is a good size for her. I would recommend the community to others.

Overall, I have been very pleased with the care and services provided. The staff members are kind, caring, and helpful, and I appreciate the attention they give to my parent. There is a nice variety of activities available including arts and crafts, concerts, family nights, and Bible Studies. These activities keep residents active, engaged, and social. The food is generally good, with a nice selection of meals. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, I appreciate knowing that the residents are treated with kindness and respect. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall experience has been very positive.

The director [name removed] was very caring and helpful to getting the initial setup. The apartment room was very nice size and accommodated her bed, couch, chair and dresser. Staff was always very pleasant provided updates on the resident. Can't really say much about the food, she moved to hospice soon after being admitted.

Everywhere you look at The Crossings at North River you see happy residents and happy staff. The apartments are huge, clean, and have plenty of storage space. There are multiple activities every day, and off site activities at least once a week. Compared to other facilities in the area, The Crossings at North River wins in every area, hands down.

I felt right at home in a minute I come here the staff and everybody was just so friendly going out of their way to make you feel at home and listen to any of your questions and help you out with anything you needed

I thought this would be a good place for my aunt. She needed assisted living. Everyone there has been understanding and kind as my aunt is adjusting to changing habits and new people.

Mom's aides cook for her, and take her out to shop and sometimes just for long drives to get her out of the house. Mom feels safe there. I would recommend to others.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is so clean . My mom has a housekeeper, Naomi, that comes in once a week. She thorough and mom's apartment smells good and is clean. Mom's apartment is nice and is the best size for her. It has a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a nice size bedroom that fits all of her bedroom furniture she brought with her and a screened in porch she sits out on regularly. The best part are all of the provided activities. Mom is getting out more now. They also provide transportation to stores, and doctors.

Their staff was always nice and communicative; they had a good variety of menu options throughout the week; i think the room sizes were a bit small for the price but it was the best price we found, and they offered light housekeeping and laundry services which was nice

We just love Highpoint and their team. So caring and just over all just the BEST.It gives our family peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. We would definitely recommend this assisted living community to other families looking for a Assisted Living. We are so happy we chose Highpoint.

Aldea Green is not the fanciest Assisted Living facility, but we found it to be warm and friendly, with caring staff. The staff facilitate resident interaction and are supportive of their needs. Nursing staff especially caring. We are pleased by this choice.

The Crossings is a wonderful place. It's a beautiful facility. The assisted living apartments are clean and modern. The staff is very professional and helpful. Lots of activities to choose from every day. Best food of any place mom has lived in and the best variety of food choices. The dining rooms are beautiful and the wait staff is so pleasant. They offer Multiple levels of care which is a plus. Our experience with them was entirely positive. Wish she could've stayed there but her needs require memory care now.

I want to leave a positive review for [name removed] and her staff. They put up with a lot of stuff that they shouldn't. I've great experiences. no place is perfect And there are bound to be problems. The measure of a company is how well they deal with problems. All of our problems resolved satisfactorily. The place was clean and pest-free. The staff did everything they said they were going to do. They kept their promises.

The apartment size is excellent, along with the remaining experience. I would definitely recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

The studio apartment is very spacious. My Dad enjoys the food and is eating much more. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The Red Cedar truly feels like a community.

I would recommend The Rivers at Maryland Farms. Mom is comfortable and is receiving good care. It is close to my home. Easy for me to visit her. . I can also tell you that the fall detection system worked as designed. Mom never pushed her call button. The camera picked up the fall and alerted the staff. I don't know how it works but it definitely works.

Crescent Wood is very responsive, polite and caring staff. Willing to work with everyone and tries hard to make things right and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend CW. Nothing more to add except we are very happy with them

Highpoint has been a great transition for our parents moving into an assisted community. No complaints. All wonderful things to say. I would recommend to others.

They are absolutely in love with lighthouse and we are loving it. Cleanliness is exceptional. The staff is wonderful and truly cares for them. They are loving the food and ritual of going into the cafeteria with their designated table. Apartment size is perfect for them and we love that you can furnish it yourself.
