I would give them each a 5. We are very happy with Robin Way. Staff is very nice and accommodating. They are willing to help, always. It's a clean place. If it wasn't, I would not keep my mom & my father in law there.

I am very happy with the way the community has welcomed my mother. She is doing very well there. Yes I would definitely recommend Robin Way for other families looking for care for their loved one.

Resident for 2 years. I have grown to love my fellow residents like we are family. I have always felt safe here.

Pleased with care and concerns always being asked daily if I have needs. Staff is terrific.

The staff are always polite and helpful. The residents seem to get along and are friendly. The facility seemed great. Plenty of things to do, crafts, entertainment, talking with other residents, sitting outside, meals and snacks, housekeeping. My only real negative comment, beside the price going up quickly, is that some of the people in Wellness did not know how to order prescriptions. Other than that, I thought it was a great place.

After the last three years and three different facilities this one by far is the best we go there twice a week and every time we go up the elevator she's sitting there and they're doing some kind of activities. They always seem to have more staffing than they need which is a good thing.

Hamlet is a dream. We met [name removed]. She was super nice. We saw one apartment place. It was pretty good when we walked into that next one it was absolutely perfect. We have a place in Michigan, it has a screened in porch that overlooks the woods. That apartment my mom is in overlooks the woods. Neighbors were super nice, they came out and introduced themselves. [name removed] told us all about the different activities that go on, when and where you can eat. She explained the pricing and how it doesn't go up yearly. We went home and we talked and talked about the different places and we kept going back to the Hamlet. And we would call or text [name removed] and she was super super helpful. Then my mom was not 100% in her mind because of the death of my dad [name removed] would gently prompt us to make sure we got this and that taken care of so she could get into her place.

The staff is very friendly and engaging with all of the residents. There is always something to do and they really care about everyone, including families.

I would say a 5 on everything but #6-Food. I'm going to say a 4 only because my mom has said it's not as good as when she first moved there but I also realize that sometimes people can get tired of the same cooking when they've been in one place for awhile. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. My siblings and I feel good about mom being there.

Very and helpful staff excellent maintenance team. I want to add we have a great activity director and things to do all day.

I would definitely recommend Red Cedar Glen! [name removed] was well informed and gave suggestions on how to navigate veteran benefits. Her team was very helpful and kind, always following up and offering support. '

I think our overall experience was a 5/5 for my mom. She was mostly independent, and did not require assistance other than with administering her medications. The Nursing Director [name removed] was absolutely fantastic and I knew I could rely on her to check my mom out at anytime. I cannot say enough nice things about [name removed]!! All of the nursing staff were very nice and caring. My mom was happy during the time she stayed there. [name removed] really took care of all of my mom's needs which included providing her meals, her meds, clean clothes/bedding and a safe place to live.

Clear and transparent communication and availability and access to management to ask questions was big. Apartments are perfect size for my mil's needs. The amenities are good.

Affordable, clean, excellent restaurant quality food choices, plenty of activities and transportation..

I rate Maris Point as a 5. Place is very clean and the facility tries to have many activities for the residence. Very nice courtyard to get some sunshine as well
