Highpoint is amazing, my mom loves it there! The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. making my mom feel welcome from the moment she arrived. The activities were well-organized from crafts to exercise. There is a good variety of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From what my mom says, the food is tasty.

My aunt is very happy there so 5 for all. What we like the most about the community has just been the overall experience, the cleanliness and the friendliness and yes we would recommend the community to others.

One of the best homes I have been in. Vernon Woods is clean and has the most welcoming staff. My dad was really hesitant about moving into any place. He walked in and instantly felt at home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The transition surprisingly has been smooth because of the staff and the friendly residents.

have started to settle here. People are friendly, staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to help. Activities galore! So far the only thing wrong is the fact that I brought too much stuff!

Best assisted living facility in this area. We have checked. I would recommend and all I have to say is don't waste your time. Just go to the crossings.

I love the facility… From the front door receptionist to the kitchen ...all the caretakers, nurses, management, maintenance crew, etc. are fantastic. I would highly recommend this facility because of its friendliness, cleanliness, and professionalism.

I would let them know that the residents are all very friendly and happy. There are a number of activities during the day to keep the residents busy. The staff are very helpful. And there is more than one food choice at every meal.

Check out insurance for people who want to see medical personnel at the facility. Not all insurance is accepted by those medical professionals that come in to see the residents; some just don't show up. However, Aldea green will transport people to medical appts within a 10 mile radius twice a week. My dad has utilized this many times and has never had an issue with it. The staff will bend over backwards to make sure these residents get there. MS Activities appear to be slim.... but nice out door areas if the resident has a scooter. If there are a lot of medical needs/questions, speak with [name removed], the medical director, she has been awesome so far.

Activities of one kind or another pretty much all day. I'm a pretty much a loner and avid reader so I spend most of my day with my books and streaming movies on NETFLIX which I pay for. There's enough staff to make it interesting and they're all friendly. The smiles and chatter between staff and clients seem genuine. Games and interesting classes and activities pretty much up until dinner. Food is good with several different choices for each meal except breakfast (there's only so much you can do with breakfast) which rotates through the week. Chef knows what he's doing. Kitchen and dining room staff are helpful, friendly and polite, lots of smiles and chatter. I have no idea how they remember 300 different names but they mostly do. The place is clean and neat. Rooms tended to once a week whether they need it or not. Transportation to Dr's appts, activities, shopping, dining out if you like that within reason...(I'm not positive but I think max distance is ten miles and they have made exceptions for that.) I have my own car under covered parking...$[removed]per month. My own land line phone is $[removed]. Free in house TV is Spectrum. I've been here for a year now and I haven't heard anything negative about anything. I like really that there are five libraries, all different. TV is free. In-house movies two or three times a week. It's easy to make friends here. I've never heard anything negative.

Staff is very dedicated. Excellent communication. A lot of activities for the residents. I would recommend to others. I think that Maris Pointe being a small facility dedicated to memory care only has been a big plus.

My mother enjoys The Crossings. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The activities, outings, and dining have been great.

We rank The Oaks 5 out of 5 stars. High level of professionalism and friendliness throughout ALL teams. We feel very blessed to have my mom in such a well managed community. The Oaks is an extremely positive, uplifting, energetic environment. Dining, activities, medical care, housekeeping are all top notch! If anyone has to go on wait list, they should do so and be patient knowing that once an apartment becomes available it is absolutely worth the wait!

Highpoint is a beautiful place, that offers a continum of care until life's end. It has very dedicated, skilled and caring workers. It's clean and swanky, like a nice hotel, but loving and homey too. The memory care director is amazing, as are the other staff.

So far, everything has been a 5/5. My mom doesn't partake in the activities, just because she can't communicate, so no opinion there really. The Director of Nursing there, [name removed], is absolutely phenomenal. She knows everything about every resident and is available by cell phone ALL the time. I'll message her on a Sunday (and apologize for bugging her on a weekend) and she is responsive and always eases my mind on things going on with my mom if I can't get to her immediately. She'll have a staff nurse check on my mom right away. All the nurses and staff there have been friendly, kind and helpful. My mom is especially difficult because she can't communicate, but they have figured out a way to make sure her needs are met.

As with any elder care facility, family members need to take an active role in their loved one’s life. If the facility realizes you are being an active advocate, fewer things will fall through the cracks. As with many facilities, The Rivers struggles with staff turnover. Just a few months after my sister arrived, the facility was bought by a national corporation. Many lifelong staff members chose to leave. This was actually beneficial for my sister as some of the staff had become complacent. New management arrived and reassessed my sister and came up with a plan to aggressively improve her physical condition. Within two months she changed from being someone who was given 30 days to move to a nursing home, to someone who now can get in and out of bed on her own, transition on her own to a wheelchair or motorized scooter, and can get into a car to go on outings.

Very good staff also very caring of everyone.. They are terrific.

Such a safe, beautiful, warm, and cozy assisted living facility. I love the atmosphere but most importantly the care staff gives to the clients and how the client is still allowed a sense of independence.

The atmosphere and staff at Sycamore Trace is amazing. It’s definitely where I want myself or my loved ones to be when they / we reach this chapter and need this care. The quality is unmatched. So highly recommended! ??
