The staff here are very attentive and caring. My parents receive their meds consistently on schedule. Facilities are brand new and very well cared for. The public areas, restrooms, and residences are always spotless. The food is not great, but it is okay.

It is a warm and welcoming environment. All the staff know the name of the residents and their family members.

My mother is very happy there. We chose Greenwood Place because of the size of it. It's not that big and my mother is so confused that I thought she would not do well if the place was too big. I also chose it because although they don't have memory care, they said they rarely lose someone to memory care because they keep the resident as long as they can feed themselves and they are not a wanderer.

2nd floor carpeting should be cleaned or replaced. Some of the helpers are great, some are fair. The costs keep rising but it has been a wonderful place for my mother and her husband as long as they can afford it.

Great staff. Mom is getting adjusted to this new place much better that her previous facility. It is clean and staff is always very helpful. It is easy to communicate with the staff. Mom seems to like it better.

Longleaf is a well run facility. It is clean and functional, with friendly and helpful staff. My aunt has made friends quickly, and she enjoys a variety of activities. My favorite part is that she is encouraged to use her alert necklace for questions or requests for help in addition to medical emergency to ensure the person never hesitates when they truly need it.

Mom is very happy there. It's very clean trash is done everyday even for residents and all the facilities are so clean; housekeeping does residents' apartments. The pool is crystal clear. The gym is neat and tidy too. Never met or anyone without a smile or hello. Mom had an incident and they were with her the second they realized and had an ambulance there ASAP. The staff is so helpful, very friendly and they handle what Mom needs diligently. Mom really enjoys the food and the variety. They do special holiday meals, birthday and life celebrations and they meet quite often with the residents to get menu ideas. There is a great variety of activities: day trips, various games nights, movie nights on site, different exercise classes, on site entertainment like concerts, magic shows, trivia nights, crafts and painting. They have a library and social room and people gather to do jigsaw puzzles; there's also a pool and patio... I could go on and on. I sea a great many values for their costs. I only wish they could provide their cable a little cheaper and since the office has to have internet access I don't see why WiFi extenders couldn't be installed so those who wanted to use it just could. ( side note: they currently don't offer internet access so Mom had it installed and pays extra but she told me they are installing it facility wide. I also wish they had more security

Caring. Personal. Spotlessly clean. Lots of interaction. Home-like environment. Attractively decorated and maintained. Good food. Families are welcome to come and go at all times. The staff knows and loves the residents. We were very pleased.

Everyone is very kind and they do their jobs well. My dad has the smallest room, but it's still plenty big. They have lots of activities, trips, and food options.

This community is person-centered. They are focused first on the needs of each resident over how the facility operates. This puts them way ahead of most facilities I visited operate. Every time I am there, anyone I meet in the hall speaks to me. The staff is clearly focused on the residents.

I would definitely recommend to others. I told my husband if I ever need to go somewhere, check this place first. I was so impressed with them. The office staff went above and beyond to try and help to make it work. My aunt was only there a couple weeks, but during that time, I would rate all categories with a 5. I loved the staff and thought they all did a fantastic job. My aunt ended up having to move back home because of her dementia.

Based on my mom's comment and my observations, I would give a 5 for all of above, but for food. Food gets a 3 because of breakfast. The buffet for breakfast is not ideal as the food is cold by the time you get it to your table. Everything else has been excellent. No problems with communication with the family.

5 for 1 through 6.....3 for number 7 not a lot of people like to play cards and bingo. They take bus trips throughout the year and take a weekly trip to Walmart or Target places of that nature

This is an amazing community. The staff are kind and caring. They go out of their way to meet my mother’s needs and changes in her care. I would recommend this community to anyone looking into assisted livings.

I moved my mother from IL to AL. The experience has been wonderful.The staff are wonderful the head nurse and day nurse are GREAT. We are so happy with Highpoint of Cape Coral. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one. You won’t be disappointed with Highpoint everyone is so friendly.

He truly listened to our needs. It was very clear that [name removed] genuinely cares about the residents. [name removed], the move-in coordinator, was outstanding, ensuring a smooth transition and providing quick responses when we had questions about measurements and other details. We visited the facility multiple times with my dad, even dining there to confirm the food quality, which did not disappoint. [name removed], Dining Room Manager, went above and beyond, greeting us personally and showing genuine care for the residents. [name removed], Director of Nursing, has been invaluable as we navigate my dad’s health concerns. [name removed], the Executive Director, has been wonderful and very supportive. Every staff member we've met has been professional & compassionate. We are very happy with our decision.

I like the food. Staff is very helpful and friendly all the time.

I rate all categories as a 5. Everyone from the front desk, and the caregivers are kind and attentive. The residents always look well cared for. My Aunt was extremely happy at The Birches.

We loved Maris Pointe for mom. Unfortunately she passed 6 weeks later. My sister and I are volunteering 3 days a week there now. We feel they made Mom so happy that we need to give back. We felt like it was one big family. Everyone always greeted us and made us welcome. They had moms best interest at heart, and she was well cared for.

5 for all. The Oaks is really exceptional. Very professional and caring. My mother is very happy and the staff is great about both working with her and keeping me informed. The facility is always clean and in great shape.
