The staff are friendly, helpful and always around! The food is great. I highly recommend The Crossings at Riverchase.

At the time it was the only place we could get her and my FIL in together. We have since moved her to another facility. We wish we had VV closet to us. We are very unhappy where she's at now. It's very friendly. Nice.

The facility at Aldea Green is good and the staff are very attentive. Many of them have been there for years and they like their job. They are kind and caring to the residents. I like that they asked questions and met with my mom to make sure that she was comfortable and understood what was happening as she transitioned to this new facility after being in her own home. I’m so grateful for this community.

Mom is here and loving it! Definitely the best place of its kind in Huntsville. Also like the fact that it is run by committees of the owners. Its a little pricey by Alabama standards, but its literally a quarter of what it would cost up here in the Northeast (New Hampshire).

We love the place. We picked this community because of the amount of various activities and the gorgeous scenery.

My mom lives at Sycamore Trace. The staff is very attentive to her and she loves to go on all the outings they have for the residents. We are very blessed to have a place like Sycamore Trace to care for mom.

This facility is clean, professional and very caring to my parents. The food is exception also! The staff goes above and beyond when caring for my loved one. My loved one enjoys the socialization from other residents and activities. So thankful for Sycamore Trace!

All categories get 5 stars! My mom had dementia. The staff helped her to feel comfortable and part of a family.

Overall experience -Not only have I been very happy, but the other stakeholders for my mom (my sister and my mom's sister) have visited from out of state and been happy with her care as well. Cleanliness -sometimes the floor is a little sticky. Friendliness of staff -they are so sweet and they know me by name. Quality of care -I like that they meet my mom where she is. Meals/Dining -I'm not sure. I haven't been there at meal time but when I am with my mom she doesn't complain of hunger so I think they're good. Activities - I got to go on a "field trip" with my mom and her friends and it was so well organized and appropriate for the cognitive level. At Lighthouse they have things every day. In fact today they have a family event; cupcake decorating! Value for Cost - this was by far my favorite place I toured and the least expensive. They aren't fancy, but neither is my mom. It's the perfect place for her.

Staff and residents are friendly and competent. I do wish they had more vegetables and healthy options on the menu. A daily salad bar would be nice. I would recommend Red Cedar Glen to others looking.

I'm very happy here I have a nice big room with a Living room and bedroom and private bathroom. The food is very good and the staff takes very good care of me. I like that I cam come and go when I want.

My mother entered the memory care unit in December 2023 and the staff has been wonderful ever since. Everyone worked very hard to help her get adjusted and feel safe and secure in her new surrounding. I can’t say enough about the kindness expressed by office staff, therapy workers, housekeeping, nurses and aides, both to my mother and to our family and we will be forever grateful!

I am incredibly grateful to have found Vista, Veranda for my mom. From the moment we walked through the doors February 2023 we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the staff. My mom had to leave for a few months and when she returned the staff and residence were at the door to welcome her back with open arms and love. I can’t tell you how this had such a positive impact on her and us. The facility is always clean, organized, and inviting, which gives me great peace of mind. My mom enjoys the variety of activities they offer, from Bingo to social events. She often shares what she had for dinner and how much she enjoyed it. She feels like she is home. The staff is attentive and communicates with me regularly about my mom’s care and any updates. I’ve noticed a positive change in my mom’s well-being since moving here, and I can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Vista Veranda in Ravenna.

My mother was at a different facility. The care there broke my heart. The lack of caring was so sad. We found the Vista Veranda and I feel so horrible I did not look sooner. The care here is so wonderful. The aides are very caring. I can tell they have a great work ethic unlike the previous facility. I live a few hours away and I definitely feel good knowing my mother is well taken care of. The aides are always engaged with the residents here. One last note is the cost here is [removed] less than the poorly run facility. I would never put a price on my mother’s care but it is so sad we pay so much and the care was heart breaking.

I would highly recommend Vista Veranda for anyone that is considering a safe, friendly, clean and caring facility for their loved one. Our family greatly appreciates how they have helped our mother. Vista Veranda has a very homey atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff !
