Greenbrier Senior Living

I went on a tour of this community and the staff was super nice. They answered all of my questions. There wasn't much availability. I didn't like the set up it was a 2 story building. And they had a set time for meals and that's just not my dad's style. It was nice and clean. Just not a good fit.

Of the three so far, this is the farthest away. Average price, more businesslike than homey, good answers, people seemed happy, two floors-elevators concern me. Good deal option for deposit. Nice rooms—Much larger than Elmcroft. More bang for the buck but less friendly. Could get on list for deposit and open till January.

We looked at other communities but we chose this one was because they are strictly memory care. I feel good about mom being there because I know she is getting taken care of well I don't have to worry or stress over it. She is doing as many activities as we can get her to participate in. From what I am being told she is eating at every meal and seems to be enjoying the food. Every time we are there the community and her room is clean and well maintained. The staff is good they keep me updated when necessary they are open and friendly.

This is quite a large community. They have a pond on site and the grounds are well maintained. This community seems to offer a lot of nice amenities and special events. The people we met were friendly and the community was clean. This community was our second choice. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for your loved one.

I tried the food and it is was not bad. Mom seems to like it. They do offer daily activities and the staff are encouraging her to participate in some of them. The staff are friendly, helpful, quick to respond to our questions and always readily available. This is a smaller clean community and I would recommend it.

My mother has recently made the move into this place and I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff are polite and I am comfortable with the care she has been provided. The memory care unit is great and I am happy with how closely they have been working with her every day . The property is always clean and nicely presented for all of the residents. Overall it is a great place and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

The Brookdale Henderson is a beautiful and perfect place for my dad. He is settling in quite nicely. He loves his room and when family members come to visit they comment on how spacious it is. Everything is clean and well-kept. He really loves having his own patio. The staff is just wonderful. They are very friendly and whenever I call and have any questions or concerns they respond very quickly. There are activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. So far as I know he has not been inclined to participate. My dad likes the well-balanced meals they provide. Dad did not want to look at any other communities he knew it was a good fit right away. Dad feels very comfortable here Brookdale Henderson.

This community is working out pretty well for my father with his move here. They are taking good care of him, and his needs. All is well so far, and I'am pleased with all they have done for our family. He is safe, and in good hands overall.

I really enjoyed touring Brookdale Brandon. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with several residents during the tour and they seem very happy living there. There is a very cheerful feeling throughout the facility. [Removed] was thorough and answered all my questions.

This is a pet friendly community. The people we met during our tour a couple years back were nice. They did seem to offer some nice amenities. When we looked at this community we were not ready to make the move.

From what I have heard from my sister,everything is working out pretty well for my mother in this community. She is doing well, and we are comfortable with her move to this facility. I haven't heard any complaints, or any problems so far.

My loved ones are still adjusting to living at this community. The staff seem to be doing a good job. They offer daily activities and they keep the community clean. The food seems fine. Things are as good as can be expected. The community is close to family and a good value. I would recommend this community.

My wife & I were able to briefly tour the Brookdale Assisted Living facility. We think it may be a good fit for my dad. We will like to do it again, this time with my 89 year old dad, [Removed] . Hopefully, he will agree that it will be suitable for him.

I had to move my mom into a higher level care community. She needed skilled nursing. The staff were nice the whole time and they were good at keeping me up to date. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff were very friendly and made sure to provide lots of great information to my loved one and I.They had a nice floor plan with wide hallways as well as spacious common areas. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

I loved this Brookdale when I toured. The lady that took me around was excellent. She was helpful and informative. The facility was very clean, and it was a good experience, but it was not the best fit for my mother.

We are comfortable with my mother in laws move to this community. She is doing well, and so far everything is working out well. They have a really good staff at this facility. They are very helpful, and always willing too help. They do a good job with the cleanliness. Her room, and the community are clean when we visit. This is a community I would recommend, it is nice place.

I had helpful and friendly people giving me a tour and giving me useful resources. I felt they were fantastic people to work with. They were willing and always offering to help me find a good fit for my parents. It did not feel like a sales experience. In the end they did not have an availability for us.

When I toured the Brookdale, it was shaped like an octagon, I knew that it would be very difficult to for my father to walk around. Just when I was on the tour, I was having a hard time getting out of the way and walking around the place, it would not be a good fit.

I had spoken to this staff about future planning for a place for my mother to go live when home health care would not work for us anymore. The staff where very knowledgeable about there facility and gave me great information about all the packages they offer to there residents. I will defiantly keep this place in my mind when the time comes to move my mom into a assisted living.
