My loved one knew a couple of people already living at this facility and they liked it. They provide regular activities each week, and holiday-themed activities. They treat the residents like this is their home. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My mother ambulatory. She can dress bath her self. She just can't remember anything else. The staff is kind to her, they have plenty of activities for her, she has her own locked room (private rooms hard to find), food is fine (not frozen meals), she seems happy overall. The front counter staff could be friendlier but the aids that care for her are good to her.

My husband was a resident at Lark Springs for only 5 weeks before he passed from Alzheimer's. He received much better care there, attention, and kindness than he had during his previous 15 months at another residence purportedly for Memory Care. The staff at Lark Springs are well trained, know what they are doing, treat the residents with respect, and care about them. I would recommend this facility for anyone whose loved one is suffering from Alzheimer's and/or advanced stages of dementia.

The people are very nice, it's a new building, and it has good amenities.

Everything has been working out great for us at Renaissance North Tampa. The staff are very helpful with any questions or concerns that we may have. I would recommend this community to others looking.

I had a great tour experience at Longleaf Liberty Park. The only drawback was the location of the facility, it was just too far from where I live and I wanted her to be closer.

Robin Way was our dad's home for about year & mom's home for 6 years. The staff are professional, caring & kind. Our family was always informed about their health, activities, & outings. Our parents are gone now & our family still goes once a month of BINGO. THEY'RE GREAT.

I toured this community and it was nice. It's not very handicap/wheelchair accessible and we needed that. So not the best fit for our loved one, but it was a nice place.

This facility is less expensive than some of the other places. Dad didn't want all the good things other places had to offer since he is independent living. There's not much included that he doesn't have to pay for.

They had very caring staff and administration. Like everyone, they are short of staff and trying to hire.

I toured with Red Cedar Glen and loved the lady there and I cannot remember her name but they were extremely nice and followed up with me more than once.

The staff are very caring and attentive to my loved one and family. The staff communication with the family is very good and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. The community has been good to accommodate the residents dietary needs as well.

Our experience with Vista Veranda has been great. It is super convenient for our family and it has worked out amazingly. The facility is very clean and the staff are awesome and very kind. They are helpful too, no matter what you need they help you and never say that is not my job. The care is great as well. It is a smaller facility and the setting is beautiful. We are very happy and would absolutely Vista Veranda to others looking.

We interviewed at a couple different community and we really like how Hearth Brook is smaller and not so overwhelming, it is easier for our loved one to get around. We have not had a meal there ourselves but from what our loved one says she seems pretty happy. From what we have seen they have daily activities going on for the residents. We were able to make our loved ones apartment look like her old condo so it has a homey feel to it. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience

They seem pretty good. My loved one, eats when she wants to. The food is good for the older people, and they have different options available, if it's something that they don't like. They do laundry once per week. It's very clean and well kept. They are very friendly, and the residents seem to be happy. The staff is always very helpful, very calm and pleasant. One of the reasons, why I picked this place is because it was clean, bright and eerie. They have nice activities such as bingo and aromatherapy. Also, they have an activities calendar. The value for the money is good.

Wonderful folks had a great time and a very good meal. Chef was knowledgeable and caring.

I have been at Sycamore Trace for a few months and they have went out of there way to make me happy. They cook my fried eggs with cheese every morning just the way I like them. I haven’t had anything that wasn’t good. It has been truly wonderful experience being here

Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families

This community is great. I couldn't ask for a better facility. It's always clean. We've not had one negative experience so far. They have a great variety of activities: devotions, games, etc. The price is very reasonable. It's in a good location. Communication with the family is great. They call and also have a portal to keep the family up to date. They do housekeeping once a week and do a great job. I couldn't ask for better staff. I would recommend them to everybody. My loved ones are very happy here!
