It is a great family place, relatives are very happy with being there. Is a very safe, homey and friendly environment. Everyone is very happy and enjoying life at the Vista Veranda.

Even though our loved one can be very difficult at times, our experience with Red Cedar Glen has been great and our loved one is happy there. She says it is like living at a hotel - so it is not your typical nursing home place. Every day they have activities - now they only have one activity planner so if they are gone they do have to postpone the activities. However they have a bus driver and even a back up driver that takes the residents different places every week almost every other day. They have a ton of different games to play and our loved one really enjoys the ice cream socials.

The staff is excellent. When I came I was really confused and unsure. But everyone was really great in helping me adjust.

The minute we walked in for our tour we felt like family. Not just my mom, but all of us. The staff go out of their way and they're always smiling. They know each and every resident by name and they genuinely cared for everyone. You could tell that they were happy to be there. Their activities are wonderful. The last place did not engage her, so she spent a lot of time sleeping. At Maris Pointe they had noodle ball, basketball, bus outings, nail painting, and arts - they had something going on every hour. Sometimes it was just a movie and popcorn, but it was still something to do that involved socialization. I wish we had found this place long before we did.

I toured Red Cedar Glen; my first impression was that it's a huge facility. They were great, they answered all of my questions. They showed me all the rooms they had available, and shared their amenities & costs. They even called me a few times after the tour to follow up. I live in Gallatin and Red Cedar Glen is further in Hendersonville. My dad was in the hospital and I knew I couldn't send him back home. I toured this community before I knew how quickly he would have to be moved in somewhere. I called another community and they were able to get him in the next day. I chose another community because of their immediate availability, and their proximity to me.

If there is a problem, report it to the administrator immediately. She will correct if she knows about it. The staff are kind and friendly .

My grandmother has only been here [dates removed] and she really has enjoyed the transition you all have made it very easy and welcoming for her. With her also doing her own cooking and now used to cooking for her, she is really enjoying the food here. I had lunch with her on Friday [date removed] and I have to say I agree. Lunch was excellent!! Thank you for making her feel welcome and at home in her new home!!

Everyone was so helpful in getting my mother set up and to transition from living alone to here. My mother love it here and is thriving, meeting new friends and feeling safe in the surroundings. She loves the food here and the staff has become part of the family

5 stars is not enough to describe Vista Veranda. The care and attention that was given to our mom was spectacular. I will refer anyone I know to this facility - heck - I may just put it in my trust that Vista Veranda is where I want to be when/if that time should come. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being an 'extension' of our family.

This is a great place to be! We love it, and would tell others about it! [name removed] just wants to be at the farm in Hiram, but we think about coming back in the winter! Love it! I am coming back to visit from time to time!

We had a great tour experience at Monarch Place. The facility were a little more what we were looking for as far as size of the room. And my family member could bring her dog if she wanted to. The staff would even help take care of the dog if she was not able to, which was the first we had heard of that being a possibility in assisted living. They were super excited to have her come and tour, and there were residents out and about while we were walking around who told us how much they liked it there. It seemed like a very nice place for her to go. It was just too far away, and we wouldn't have been able to visit as often.

The friendliness of the staff and their care services so far have been fantastic, they have a really good respite program here. Our loved one tends to be a picky eater but they are doing their best to make him happy. They always have activities going on in their atrium. The atrium really just opens up the warmth of the place. They do different board games, bowling, happy hours and even go out in different outings. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

I would highly recommend them.

This home setting is in a class of its own. The staff treats all the residents like they are family. My brother and his buddies loved playing poker in the recreation room alongside another group of people playing Uno. Highly recommend Red Cedar Glen to anyone searching for an Independent or Assisted Living facility. You will not be disappointed!

We chose Vista Veranda because we knew someone who had family in here and we got great feedback from them. The room sizes were just fine for what we needed at the time. I t thought it was a great place if you have a loved in in need of assisted living. We would definitely recommend them, this is the place to go.

Magnolia Place looked great! They were in our top two choices - I thought they were excellent.

Breakfast seems like a small portion size. Parking lot is small. I am very satisfied. My loved ones are happy, so I am happy.

Lovely facility. We decided not to choose this place due to having elevators. That would not be a good fit for our loved ones needs.
