They had very caring staff and administration. Like everyone, they are short of staff and trying to hire.

I toured with Red Cedar Glen and loved the lady there and I cannot remember her name but they were extremely nice and followed up with me more than once.

The staff are very caring and attentive to my loved one and family. The staff communication with the family is very good and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. The community has been good to accommodate the residents dietary needs as well.

We worked with this facility for a short time. I'm not local, but will say working with them from long distance- they were amazing and the staff was incredible. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Our experience with Vista Veranda has been great. It is super convenient for our family and it has worked out amazingly. The facility is very clean and the staff are awesome and very kind. They are helpful too, no matter what you need they help you and never say that is not my job. The care is great as well. It is a smaller facility and the setting is beautiful. We are very happy and would absolutely Vista Veranda to others looking.

We interviewed at a couple different community and we really like how Hearth Brook is smaller and not so overwhelming, it is easier for our loved one to get around. We have not had a meal there ourselves but from what our loved one says she seems pretty happy. From what we have seen they have daily activities going on for the residents. We were able to make our loved ones apartment look like her old condo so it has a homey feel to it. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience

They seem pretty good. My loved one, eats when she wants to. The food is good for the older people, and they have different options available, if it's something that they don't like. They do laundry once per week. It's very clean and well kept. They are very friendly, and the residents seem to be happy. The staff is always very helpful, very calm and pleasant. One of the reasons, why I picked this place is because it was clean, bright and eerie. They have nice activities such as bingo and aromatherapy. Also, they have an activities calendar. The value for the money is good.

Wonderful folks had a great time and a very good meal. Chef was knowledgeable and caring.

I have been at Sycamore Trace for a few months and they have went out of there way to make me happy. They cook my fried eggs with cheese every morning just the way I like them. I haven’t had anything that wasn’t good. It has been truly wonderful experience being here

The care services is pretty good. The food is okay. My loved one is enjoying the activities a lot. We picked this community, because of the price, and the staff was extremely nice, and helpful.

This community is great. I couldn't ask for a better facility. It's always clean. We've not had one negative experience so far. They have a great variety of activities: devotions, games, etc. The price is very reasonable. It's in a good location. Communication with the family is great. They call and also have a portal to keep the family up to date. They do housekeeping once a week and do a great job. I couldn't ask for better staff. I would recommend them to everybody. My loved ones are very happy here!

This has been a great experience with the community for the family and our loved one., The staff seem nice and competent. The communication with the staff has been good overall. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and the residents have choices to choose from. Some of the activities available include: garden walks, field trips, and more for the residents to participate in if they choose to. The activities are included in the monthly rate. Some of the care types include, bathing, housekeeping, medication management, and more for our loved one.

We have had a great experience with The Crossings at Riverchase. The staff are doing and excellent job with my dad and are very hands-on with the memory care residents. they are also extremely responsive to our family's needs. The facility is nice and clean. I have nothing but positive things to say about The Crossings.

We could not of asked for a better place for our loved one, she absolutely loves it there. The Crossings is set up beautifully, it is extremely clean and brand new. The staff are incredible friendly to all the residents and visiting families. There are tons of different activities for the residents to do, there are games like bingo, there is a ice library which is great since our loved one enjoys reading. They have concerts a few times a week where someone will come play the piano or saxophone. They have great food there, and we just feel so comfortable having our loved one there we would absolutely recommend The Crossings at Riverchase to other families.

Loved one, seems to likes the food, and is happy. They offer a lot of activities. They are taking good care of my loved one, and I am happy with the care that they are recieving. I picked Lighthouse because was easier to work with, and they were very accomodating.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great but overall it was just to expensive

Highpoint at Cape Coral feels like a very family friendly happy place and the staff members have just been wonderful. Anytime we ask them for anything of have any questions or concerns they handle it right away, we do not have any complaints. Our loved one has nothing but good things to say about the meals and dining and every time we get to see the meals they look wonderful. The activities are a little more limited on the memory care side but they do have things going on to keep the residents busy. The value for the money is excellent. Our loved one seems perfectly happy to be there.

It is a beautiful facility that has more of a casual feeling to it. Both the residents and the staff are very friendly. My mother loves it it is a wonderful place She is a vegetarian and they have a few options on the menu and really work with her. The apartment she has is great and she loves it. There is access to a lot of shopping nearby as well. They are under construction and it is taking longer than we thought it would. The reason cleanliness got a 3 is because of the noise and inconvenience from the renovations. Overall we are very pleased with Highpoint at Cape Coral.

Our family has been really pleased with The Crossings and we were able to go over there for Labor Day and have a meal and it was excellent. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.
