Our family had an in person tour and even though it was not going to be the best fit for our loved one it definitely is a nice place, it reminded us more of a hotel situation. We did see a lot of residents coming and going which was nice

When I took a tour of The Oaks, Monique was very welcoming and helpful! She made me feel as if she had all day to answer my questions. It is a beautiful, well kept facility. I called my brother and told him that I had found the perfect place for our parents! They moved in a few weeks later and we could not be happier. My parents are served three delicious meals everyday. The facility is clean and there are lots of activities for them to participate in. However, the most valuable part is the staff! They ALL know my parents by name, and they know our family by name! The med tech support is amazing! They have gotten to know my parents so well that they will let me know when they think my parents, “just don’t seem like themselves today”. The PT team is also wonderful! The management team is great-they always have their door open whenever I need them! The Oaks is a very caring environment that is helping my parents stay as independent as possible while getting the assistance they need.

My Mother is a resident at the Oaks at Flower Mound. She loves the facility. Her apartment is just right with a bedroom area, shower, sink, and toilet, kitchen, and her living room. Your lobby area also pleases her with its size, elegance, and furniture. Your staff is very professional and we also thank you for your medical care givers.

The whole staff has been more than helpful. The apartment is nice and large. It's independent living, but my friend is able to bring in a team to help her with some of her daily living needs. The Red Cedar Glen staff are really bending over backwards with her as well. She is no longer able to make it to the dining room, so they're bringing all three meals to her daily. I think they do an excellent job.

It's time to enjoy your "golden" years; time to relax and discover a lifestyle of pleasant living.

You always here a lot of bad things with assisted living. I was very impressed with the staff and taking care of each individual resident. You could tell they really care at Aldea Green for each and every person there. Very nice place!

We have really enjoyed our Chef [name removed]. He does some special things such and taking the time to listen to what foods we enjoy. Also once a month he will prepare something special for our afternoon snack such as banana splits or cherries jubilee. We hope we can hang on to him here at Sycamore Trace Senior Living in Kingston

The BBQ ribs were so good you could hear a pin drop in the dining room. The Fried chicken was cooked to perfection. The entire staff goes above and beyond to see to it that all our requests are met. I love fresh blueberries and they have them available everyday. Why go anywhere else,

Thanks to our Chef [name removed] the food is always the best. He always takes the time to make the meals extra special. We all love is famous "[name removed] Mac n Cheese" and his fried eggs in the morning. His food never disappoints

In regards to how I feel about our Chef [name removed] I think he is the best you could search the world over and not find a better. He is not just a good cook but the best friend have and a good man. I vote for [name removed] and my stomach does too! Walter Greene

It is a great family place, relatives are very happy with being there. Is a very safe, homey and friendly environment. Everyone is very happy and enjoying life at the Vista Veranda.

I liked the community and staff. It was a friendly environment. This was further than my loved one wanted to be.

Brighton Gardens of Brentwood was great - we had a very positive experience here. They staff would call all the time no matter how big or small the question or concern was- there were some days I even received 2 calls in a day to give me updates. They are very on top of things. I would highly recommend the facility to others.

Even though our loved one can be very difficult at times, our experience with Red Cedar Glen has been great and our loved one is happy there. She says it is like living at a hotel - so it is not your typical nursing home place. Every day they have activities - now they only have one activity planner so if they are gone they do have to postpone the activities. However they have a bus driver and even a back up driver that takes the residents different places every week almost every other day. They have a ton of different games to play and our loved one really enjoys the ice cream socials.

So far we have had a good experience for here. The staff did a nice job taking care of my loved one in the assisted living area. The food was good for the residents. There is a lot of turn over of staff in the dining room, and sometimes the staff would forget about the medical condition of my loved one and the need to assist my loved one with their meals. Overall, I have been very pleased with Brighton Gardens.

The quality of care is great but the facility is experiencing difficulty of finding staff. They have had some turnover which has put some stress on the care that they can provide - but I know that is a nationwide problem. Same thing goes for the staff and activities, they just do not have the variety that they would normally be able to provide if they were fully staffed.

The staff is excellent. When I came I was really confused and unsure. But everyone was really great in helping me adjust.

The minute we walked in for our tour we felt like family. Not just my mom, but all of us. The staff go out of their way and they're always smiling. They know each and every resident by name and they genuinely cared for everyone. You could tell that they were happy to be there. Their activities are wonderful. The last place did not engage her, so she spent a lot of time sleeping. At Maris Pointe they had noodle ball, basketball, bus outings, nail painting, and arts - they had something going on every hour. Sometimes it was just a movie and popcorn, but it was still something to do that involved socialization. I wish we had found this place long before we did.
