The staff members really care about our loved one at the community, not only do they show good care to our loved one but also to our extended family. They have just been really good to everyone so far.

The staff is very friendly, The communication is good between the staff and the family. I would recommend this community to others

The community is very accomodating. They allow pets, and my dad loves it here. There are tons of activities available for the residents. I would highly recommend Robin Way.

This community is great for a residence that has minor health issues, but if the issues get worse you would additional care. I would definitely recommend this community to others. The staff was friendly and great. The community was very good at communication and helping families understand the care and services.

The meals are being brought to their rooms because of covid, and they are brought at early times and sometimes the meals are cold. When they were able to eat in the dining room our loved one really enjoyed the food, and prior to covid the activities they had for the residents were excellent.

I think this community is great. I have not found anything to complain about. I would recommend this community to others.

During the weeks our loved one was there, they community was wonderful and it was kept clean. The staff members were very friendly, and when it came to the care services they went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. We do know they offered a lot of activities, when we would go visit there was always something going on. Compared to the other facilities we toured, the was the more cheaper one but the level of the facility was just as good as all the others.

The facility could not have given us better service, they were so kind to us and they took care of him up until the end. They truly cared and they were family. I would definitely recommend this community

the staff is extremely nice and very helpful, In memory care, there are different levels of residence there. The rooms were very nice, she had a private room with a nice private bathroom. I would recommend this facility to others.

We chose Aldea Green because of the affordability and the facility itself was very nice, it did not seem cold it felt more warm and friendly and everyone embraced us when we walked in. The room sizes here are adequate compared to some others that we looked into. I ate here for holidays and the food was very good, they are chef prepared meals. The chef will even come out to a new resident and ask if they have any dietary restrictions or needs. Our loved one has been very happy here and we would recommend it.

Very nice place, staff was very good with my dad, and worked with the family in visits. Just overall great people to work with.

My father spent 2 year at Vista Veranda. The staff treated him as if he were a member of their own family. They have a dog who would head to my dad's apartment to visit with him. When my dad has a difficult time breathing, she was there. It meant so much to both myself and my dad. Truly a great place for a family member.

Wonderful facility. I am hospice nurse manager that visits facilities for patient care. I have been very happy with patient care/community overall. Kind staff is awesome! I feel as if I have entered a different world when coming to visit. One amazing place and I refer this facility often. Great job team, no advice other than keep going great at what you do so well!!!

I toured 10 different places and we picked Red Cedar Glen because my mom really liked, it is more of a homey feel. She has an apartment with a back patio where she can smoke. Everybody is very responsive and takes good care of her if she ever needs anything. I do not think she could be any happier anywhere else, it is the right fit for her and her lifestyle. The only thing she isn't a big fan of is the food. Overall, I would recommend.

We chose The Oaks at Flower Mound because it was recommended. Also, we needed minimal carpeting because she was in a wheelchair and a lot of the main areas in the facility were not carpeted as well as the rooms. The atmosphere is also great, walking in is very uplifting. The best part about the community is the activities, they always had something going on for the residents. I do recommend this facility.

I believe my loved one has been taking care well. The staff is great about delivering food and medication on time. My loved one is doing better since coming to this community. My loved one was able to move to the independent living. He has been participating in activities, it has been good for him. The community has been very good during the pandemic, they haven't had any cases of COVID. The food is good, and my loved one is very happy with the food. The independent living has laundry service and my loved one has a washer and dryer in their room.

Sycamore Trace is a beautiful community with very dedicated staff members. You can tell they care about the residents.

Everyone here is so kind and caring. The food is great! I love it here.
