This is a very nice place. I have a very nice lady who eats at my table [name removed]. The room and bathroom is very good. The office girls are very helpful [names removed]. Most of the food is very good. Thanks to [name removed].

My mother lived at Vista Veranda last 2 years. The staff were very attentive and caring to her needs. They hosted many different events throughout the years for the year for the clients and their families which were very nice. Although my mother did not participate in many of the daily activities, they had a nice variety of activities for the clients. During the COVID-19 shutdown, they kept us in touch with brochures there through Facebook, and facetime and updates thing through phone calls. Very nice facility!!!

We just went through the process of searching for a place for my om. The people at Vista Veranda stood out to us as very caring and positive. It was obvious that this was the place for my mom. [name removed] helped me through everything and was so kind. I am very excited for my mom to start this new chapter in her life at Vista Veranda.

It is a great place. You need to have the funds to be able to afford it. The layout was great. The dining hall was great. The food was really good when my father in law first moved in and then the quality went down. They have an outdoor space for residents to use.

The staff and administration at Timberdale really care. They work extremely hard and are dedicated. They respond to concerns and do their best to keep everyone safe from the coronavirus. It's a huge job, but they're doing it.

My mother is receiving great care and dignity since she has been at Vista Veranda. Everyone who works there has such dedication to keeping their residents safe and giving them the best quality of life as possible. I am so relieved to have found such a wonderful place, and I thank everyone for giving my mother respect and making this time of her life as healthy and happy as possible.

It is an amazing place. It is nicer than my house. The food is terrific. The Chefs make everything from scratch. It really feels like home. They remodeled a few years ago. It smells good. The apartments are clean. My mom has been taken care of like a queen, My mom was in Assisted Living and is now in Memory care. She has been just as happy in both areas. I wish they encouraged my mom to go to the activities more in the Assisted Living. The caregivers are amazing it is like a family there. They have done a good job keeping the families in involved during Covid-19 with Facetime and window visits.

The community has been cleaned up a lot since my mother moved in and new management took over. It is now looking a lot better. The director is very dedicated and clearly does a lot for the community; we think she is wonderful! The activities are very good and they have a lot of places they take the residents and it really seems like they have something for everyone. We do feel that Cascade Heights is a good value for the price. They have been doing a great job during the Covid-19 pandemic and have done a lot to protect the residents. They also send us weekly updates on what they are doing to keep the residents safe and go above and beyond to do what they need to do. We have had no complaints since my mother moved in last year.

My aunt lived at Vista Veranda while she was recovering. She says, "They made me well!" Her health is so much better. I cannot thank Vista Veranda enough. The staff put so much into her and it shows. Highly recommend!

Visited my friends Father, who was there, and it felt warm and friendly. The community was smaller, and the staff was very receptive to the needs of the residents. It felt more like a home, than a facility. A very relaxed, calm environment.

Vista Veranda, a charming country based community setting just north of the city of Ravenna offering the best of the best in senior living services. One of Ravenna's best kept secrets. This community is older, yet the recent renovations, charm and class still remains the best offering as well as a tenured staff providing wonderful care and engagement daily. I've personally had a grandmother live in this community and her experience was like no other. I wished we'd made the move sooner. Hats off to the team for all that they do day in and day out for the residents.
