The community is very neat and clean and the staff is all very nice and helpful. Communication between the staff and the family were very good and informative. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We had a very good first impression with Highpoint, they were so responsive, always checking in with my parents to see how their decision process was going but never made them feel pressured. The in house activities given the circumstances are actually great which is very surprising. The residents can be as busy as they want, always something going on. The meals aren't awful, but we have heard couple of times from our parents that it is a hit or miss. One of the biggest things we like about Highpoint. is that our parents are safer here then being on their own house and risking getting hurt or falling. Also the social opportunities is huge for them.

The community is nice, and clean. They are willing to work with the residents. The staff are accessible to speak to and answer any questions or concerns I may have about my loved one. Crafts, singing, exercises, and more are available for the residents to choose from for activities.

We chose Crescent Wood because of the value for the money and they are a non-profit. I think the friendliness of the staff and the way they make residents and family feel is amazing. As long as mom is comfortable, I am comfortable. They offer a lot of activities for residents to participate in. She raves about the food, they are chef prepared meals. The experience has been terrific so far and I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and they took their time with our family. I would recommend touring this community

I'm extremely happy here. Everyone is very nice and concerned about my needs. Even though I live here I feel like I have freedom to come and go and I'm pleased. Love the food I have not had anything I didn't love. Great place to live.

We toured a number of other facilities before moving my sister into Robin Way. It was far better than any of the other places we saw. She is much happier here than she had been in the past. The staff is very friendly and caring. They know all of their clients personally, and know their individual stories and histories. I would not hesitate to recommend Robin Way to anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility.

The staff was extremely helpful, and when we had our visits we saw some of the activities going on and met some of the residents.

We did a virtual tour with Brighton Gardens since it was still during covid times. The facility was very nice and the people were friendly. I would not hesitate moving a family member into here.

My mom has lived at Vista Veranda for almost 2 years in Assisted Living and now Memory Care. I highly recommend the facility to others for their loved ones. I feel she is safe and well cared for daily. She praises the food often and has expressed that the cook must have some of her mother's recipes. ?? They can also provide the therapy necessary that she needs and she is thriving and progressing under their care. When I go to visit her, I experience the friendly/caring environment for the residents' families also. What more can a daughter ask for her mother?

We were glad when we found a place as nice as Vista Veranda with a dedicated staff that was able to help us care for our mother in her last year with us. When she moved in no one knew that a pandemic was looming around the corner. It became more difficult than anyone would have imagined that it would be. Everyone's world was turned upside down. I personally thought having mom in a care facility would be like what your normal used to be. We were pleased to know although it was difficult for all involved, especially mom and the other residents, we had a good group of dedicated people looking out for mom. It is with great appreciation for your kindness and caring of our mother [name removed], that we ask that you accept this gift from us. If at times you feel discouraged, or underappreciated with the situation, know that taking care of your residents helps their families and has a profound affect on their lives. Our loved one there is very satisfied with the community. The feedback we have heard about the food is that he loves it and the meals are delicious. Since everyone has been vaccinated they are able to have a lot of activities which he is satisfied with. He is also satisfied with the value.

The residence and staff are very friendly. The food is good but I wish there were more activities though. The community is neat and clean and communication is about average. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

It's a beautiful, brand new facility. I feel blessed that we found them, especially after a bad experience elsewhere. I haven't had trouble with anybody - the staff are all caring, delightful people. My loved one loves the food here. They cater to him, for instance if he's not wearing his dentures, they'll accommodate with softer food. He looks forward to eating, and he's gained some weight. It's good to see him doing so well here. And he has nothing but good things to say about Highpoint. The activities have been a little limited due to Covid, but the ones he's participated in he's enjoyed. The medical staff are great. The doctor on staff actually calls me to tell me how my loved one is doing. It's a remarkable place, and very, very reasonable. It's always the same bill every month, no figuring anything out, just very simple.

Just want to let you know how insanely happy our family member is living at Lighthouse! He told us this weekend how much he loves it there. But I have to say, I think the best thing about it is… The food! He cannot stop raving about Chef [name removed] and the wonderful, delicious food! Today he said that the cornbread is as good as his sister used to make and that it tastes like cake! But there are other wonderful things, too… Like the warm and friendly welcome he has received from everyone on the staff, the beautiful grounds for walking or sitting outside reading on a pretty day... and I’m sure much more to be discovered in the upcoming days and weeks. It’s been a wonderful transition for him, and our family deeply appreciates everything!

Since my mother moved in on [date removed], she has shown quite a bit of improvement. Her mental state is better. The community and staff members have been very accommodating and attentive. The facility is always spotless and the food is very good. The maintenance superstar deserves a special thank for all his help making this home for my mother.
