This has been a great experience with the community for the family and our loved one., The staff seem nice and competent. The communication with the staff has been good overall. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and the residents have choices to choose from. Some of the activities available include: garden walks, field trips, and more for the residents to participate in if they choose to. The activities are included in the monthly rate. Some of the care types include, bathing, housekeeping, medication management, and more for our loved one.

We have had a great experience with The Crossings at Riverchase. The staff are doing and excellent job with my dad and are very hands-on with the memory care residents. they are also extremely responsive to our family's needs. The facility is nice and clean. I have nothing but positive things to say about The Crossings.

We could not of asked for a better place for our loved one, she absolutely loves it there. The Crossings is set up beautifully, it is extremely clean and brand new. The staff are incredible friendly to all the residents and visiting families. There are tons of different activities for the residents to do, there are games like bingo, there is a ice library which is great since our loved one enjoys reading. They have concerts a few times a week where someone will come play the piano or saxophone. They have great food there, and we just feel so comfortable having our loved one there we would absolutely recommend The Crossings at Riverchase to other families.

Loved one, seems to likes the food, and is happy. They offer a lot of activities. They are taking good care of my loved one, and I am happy with the care that they are recieving. I picked Lighthouse because was easier to work with, and they were very accomodating.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great but overall it was just to expensive

Highpoint at Cape Coral feels like a very family friendly happy place and the staff members have just been wonderful. Anytime we ask them for anything of have any questions or concerns they handle it right away, we do not have any complaints. Our loved one has nothing but good things to say about the meals and dining and every time we get to see the meals they look wonderful. The activities are a little more limited on the memory care side but they do have things going on to keep the residents busy. The value for the money is excellent. Our loved one seems perfectly happy to be there.

It is a beautiful facility that has more of a casual feeling to it. Both the residents and the staff are very friendly. My mother loves it it is a wonderful place She is a vegetarian and they have a few options on the menu and really work with her. The apartment she has is great and she loves it. There is access to a lot of shopping nearby as well. They are under construction and it is taking longer than we thought it would. The reason cleanliness got a 3 is because of the noise and inconvenience from the renovations. Overall we are very pleased with Highpoint at Cape Coral.

Our family has been really pleased with The Crossings and we were able to go over there for Labor Day and have a meal and it was excellent. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

Our family had an in person tour and even though it was not going to be the best fit for our loved one it definitely is a nice place, it reminded us more of a hotel situation. We did see a lot of residents coming and going which was nice

When I took a tour of The Oaks, Monique was very welcoming and helpful! She made me feel as if she had all day to answer my questions. It is a beautiful, well kept facility. I called my brother and told him that I had found the perfect place for our parents! They moved in a few weeks later and we could not be happier. My parents are served three delicious meals everyday. The facility is clean and there are lots of activities for them to participate in. However, the most valuable part is the staff! They ALL know my parents by name, and they know our family by name! The med tech support is amazing! They have gotten to know my parents so well that they will let me know when they think my parents, “just don’t seem like themselves today”. The PT team is also wonderful! The management team is great-they always have their door open whenever I need them! The Oaks is a very caring environment that is helping my parents stay as independent as possible while getting the assistance they need.

My Mother is a resident at the Oaks at Flower Mound. She loves the facility. Her apartment is just right with a bedroom area, shower, sink, and toilet, kitchen, and her living room. Your lobby area also pleases her with its size, elegance, and furniture. Your staff is very professional and we also thank you for your medical care givers.

The whole staff has been more than helpful. The apartment is nice and large. It's independent living, but my friend is able to bring in a team to help her with some of her daily living needs. The Red Cedar Glen staff are really bending over backwards with her as well. She is no longer able to make it to the dining room, so they're bringing all three meals to her daily. I think they do an excellent job.

It's time to enjoy your "golden" years; time to relax and discover a lifestyle of pleasant living.

We are very pleased our loved one's care at Aldea Green.

You always here a lot of bad things with assisted living. I was very impressed with the staff and taking care of each individual resident. You could tell they really care at Aldea Green for each and every person there. Very nice place!

We have really enjoyed our Chef [name removed]. He does some special things such and taking the time to listen to what foods we enjoy. Also once a month he will prepare something special for our afternoon snack such as banana splits or cherries jubilee. We hope we can hang on to him here at Sycamore Trace Senior Living in Kingston

The BBQ ribs were so good you could hear a pin drop in the dining room. The Fried chicken was cooked to perfection. The entire staff goes above and beyond to see to it that all our requests are met. I love fresh blueberries and they have them available everyday. Why go anywhere else,

Thanks to our Chef [name removed] the food is always the best. He always takes the time to make the meals extra special. We all love is famous "[name removed] Mac n Cheese" and his fried eggs in the morning. His food never disappoints

In regards to how I feel about our Chef [name removed] I think he is the best you could search the world over and not find a better. He is not just a good cook but the best friend have and a good man. I vote for [name removed] and my stomach does too! Walter Greene
