I am a private caregiver in my community. I have had Clients move to Cascade Heights. It is wonderful life transition. They offer a plethora of activities both on campus and off. The transportation Drivers go above and beyond in the care and safety of the residents. It may be a dreaded Drs appointment or a fun ride out for sight seeing, either way they make it comfortable and fun?? I recommend it to my clients, family and friends.

Excellent activity staff! They are very committed to the residents to give them the best active lifestyle they expect and desire. I would definitely recommend Cascade Heights for senior living at its best.

Cascade Heights Seniors are living their best life with a wild arrange of Activities ! Caring and Loving Associates throughout the entire building … but the Activity Staff go all out ! You can always see fantastic entertainers and fun filled events going on inside the community , alongside small room , more intimate setting activities . Outings to restaurants and shopping. Even a scenic ride out on Sundays. The transportation department plays a big part in the activity department with helping residents with Wii bowling, tech time & photography . Aquasize classes have opened now on top of an already busy schedule , you have to really make choices in order not to miss anything!

I visited my brother [name removed] and while I was their there were activities going on, all res were involved and very Happy , The Staff was very encouraging for residents participation, I could tell that The Staff were like family to the res and they all loved one another as family, As the old saying goes" Actions Speak louder than words" Jus by my observation I could tell and feel that The res. absolutely loved [name removed] and other staff!! A Smile says alot!! That day I saw Many Smiles!!! Great job Activities dept at Cascade Heights

The Activity Department is excellent. They provide so many fun, interesting, and engaging activities. They care about the residents and want their lives to be fulfilling and fun. There is no activity department better anywhere in Central Florida.

We couldn’t have found a better fit for our mother. She can have her own space and still have friends, and so many activities. She loves the music programs provided and the morning exercise group. It has been great to have such a top notch rehab center there. All the staff is excellent and very caring. A great experience!

I’m 78 years old and a non resident. From touring the facility, meeting residents, to community engagement, I’ve had only great experiences with this caring, friendly home. Cascade Heights provided me with a place to get my first COVID shot even though I wasn’t a resident. I’ve attended coral and piano activities on occasion which were a delight. Although my horizon for moving to a place like Cascade Heights is still a few years off due to still having an active and healthy husband, children close by, and an active life style, when the time is right, I will seriously consider this home.

Cascade provides many many activities for their residents. Dancing, entertainment, swimming, exercise, fun crafts, making goodies, delicious food and listens to what their residents would like!! Highly recommend Cascade!!??????

They have wonderful food and activities. The staff is very professional and caring! They take such great care of my grandmother. I honestly couldn't think of a better place. We are so thankful to have found somewhere so close to home.

Having visited Cascade Heights on several occasions, I can honestly and genuinely say it is the best facility I have been to. It always has that vibrancy, energy, and warmth about it that is sadly missing in other places. I liken it to being on vacation or on a cruise ship, always something going on! The staff are terrific and I always judge somewhere by whether I would place my own relatives in that home. With Cascade Heights, I certainly would have no reservations about doing that. I would highly recommend this place.

Cascade Heights may be an older property, but it really has a homelike feel. The apartments are spacious, dining is fantastic, and the activities are robust! There is always a huge gathering for the activities. They have entertainers weekly, crafts, exercise, water aerobics, line dancing, they even offer sign language classes! Nowhere else puts an emphasis on engagement like Cascade Heights. It is fairly priced for all that they offer their residents. It is hands down, the best independent living community in the area. There is little staff turn over and residents are genuinely happy! While on a tour of the property, multiple residents introduced themselves and told us what they love and sold the community to me!

Highpoint at Cape Coral in my opinion surpassed any other facility that we had initially looked at. I have found all the staff are willing to help you in whatever way that they can. The memory care staff is very attentive to the needs of those in their care. I really like the room sizes in memory care. The rooms are bright and well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility for those looking for memory care.

Lighthouse Senior Living so far as met and exceeded all my expectations. Based on the experience I have had so far I would indeed recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I picked thsi community, because I liked the locale of the complex. This one's management Is better than two (2) other similar communities in this city. This Whole Business Is A Racket-- proven by the ever-present cost Increases + issues with meals.

They took wonderful care of my dad, not just physical but emotional needs as well. The meals were outstanding and the care was excellent. It's a beautiful setting with a variety of activities offered. I would very highly recommend sycamore trace!

Everything gets 5 stars. It is really a top notch facility and the staff are great people and very caring. It is a very clean facility, the staff are always friendly, caring and welcoming. I can't say enough about how well my father was taken care of during his time there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs care for a loved one.

I just started employment as a medical technician with The Oaks, and I'm so excited. I came in last week, and the 1st person I met was [name removed], the business office manager and acting ED. She's great! She was kind and professional.. The day of our onboarding, [name removed] was extremely eager to help in setting up our credentials and getting us ready for training. When she took us on the tour, we noticed her greeting almost every resident by name in both memory care and assisted living....that was really impressive considering she hasn't been there so long herself! I'm excited to see what this new journey brings!

They get all 5's based off of our families experience. Everything from cost to services were simple and up front. The staff and management were outstanding. [name removed] and [name removed] in particular were amazing. The room sizes were very accommodating based off of what we needed.

My mother simply loves it there. especially the food. We can hardly get her to go out to eat. She would rather be there with eating with her table mates. The turnaround of her quality of life is very much appreciated thru the help of the care and dinning staff at Sycamore Trace.
