I’m 78 years old and a non resident. From touring the facility, meeting residents, to community engagement, I’ve had only great experiences with this caring, friendly home. Cascade Heights provided me with a place to get my first COVID shot even though I wasn’t a resident. I’ve attended coral and piano activities on occasion which were a delight. Although my horizon for moving to a place like Cascade Heights is still a few years off due to still having an active and healthy husband, children close by, and an active life style, when the time is right, I will seriously consider this home.

Great place to have peace of mind when choosing a place for your loved one. The lifestyle that she has here is great and the people are so friendly. Thank you sycamore grace for taking such good care of my mom

Cascade provides many many activities for their residents. Dancing, entertainment, swimming, exercise, fun crafts, making goodies, delicious food and listens to what their residents would like!! Highly recommend Cascade!!??????

They have wonderful food and activities. The staff is very professional and caring! They take such great care of my grandmother. I honestly couldn't think of a better place. We are so thankful to have found somewhere so close to home.

Having visited Cascade Heights on several occasions, I can honestly and genuinely say it is the best facility I have been to. It always has that vibrancy, energy, and warmth about it that is sadly missing in other places. I liken it to being on vacation or on a cruise ship, always something going on! The staff are terrific and I always judge somewhere by whether I would place my own relatives in that home. With Cascade Heights, I certainly would have no reservations about doing that. I would highly recommend this place.

Cascade Heights may be an older property, but it really has a homelike feel. The apartments are spacious, dining is fantastic, and the activities are robust! There is always a huge gathering for the activities. They have entertainers weekly, crafts, exercise, water aerobics, line dancing, they even offer sign language classes! Nowhere else puts an emphasis on engagement like Cascade Heights. It is fairly priced for all that they offer their residents. It is hands down, the best independent living community in the area. There is little staff turn over and residents are genuinely happy! While on a tour of the property, multiple residents introduced themselves and told us what they love and sold the community to me!

Highpoint at Cape Coral in my opinion surpassed any other facility that we had initially looked at. I have found all the staff are willing to help you in whatever way that they can. The memory care staff is very attentive to the needs of those in their care. I really like the room sizes in memory care. The rooms are bright and well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility for those looking for memory care.

Lighthouse Senior Living so far as met and exceeded all my expectations. Based on the experience I have had so far I would indeed recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I picked thsi community, because I liked the locale of the complex. This one's management Is better than two (2) other similar communities in this city. This Whole Business Is A Racket-- proven by the ever-present cost Increases + issues with meals.

They took wonderful care of my dad, not just physical but emotional needs as well. The meals were outstanding and the care was excellent. It's a beautiful setting with a variety of activities offered. I would very highly recommend sycamore trace!

Everything gets 5 stars. It is really a top notch facility and the staff are great people and very caring. It is a very clean facility, the staff are always friendly, caring and welcoming. I can't say enough about how well my father was taken care of during his time there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs care for a loved one.

I just started employment as a medical technician with The Oaks, and I'm so excited. I came in last week, and the 1st person I met was [name removed], the business office manager and acting ED. She's great! She was kind and professional.. The day of our onboarding, [name removed] was extremely eager to help in setting up our credentials and getting us ready for training. When she took us on the tour, we noticed her greeting almost every resident by name in both memory care and assisted living....that was really impressive considering she hasn't been there so long herself! I'm excited to see what this new journey brings!

They get all 5's based off of our families experience. Everything from cost to services were simple and up front. The staff and management were outstanding. [name removed] and [name removed] in particular were amazing. The room sizes were very accommodating based off of what we needed.

My mother simply loves it there. especially the food. We can hardly get her to go out to eat. She would rather be there with eating with her table mates. The turnaround of her quality of life is very much appreciated thru the help of the care and dinning staff at Sycamore Trace.

We toured this facility and fell in love the staff. We loved the spacious room. They have loved and cared for our family member, and I would highly recommend. they have so many activities, and the food is awesome, and they are so nice!!!

Longleaf is a hidden gem where I have witnessed the caring and attentive staff who work tirelessly to keep assisted living resident and their rooms and visiting areas clean, fresh and beautiful. The minute you walk in, you feel like you are in a ski lodge. Most of the time, you are met by the front desk to offer assistance. They have good food, “happy hour,” activities galore and setting is second to none, in my opinion. Most of all, those living there, daily get cleaned rooms and help with showering if needed, have a HELP button to call for assistance with dress, bathroom, and help out of bed if needed. Longleaf is impressive in every area. Longleaf is a place like home! It is the best of the best for care services and attentiveness for residents in assisted living! It is a 5 star resident facility for those needing an assisted living!

The community had a home feeling. Staff was very friendly and you could tell they really cared for the resiedents. Food looked delicious.

The staff has been great at Highpoint at Cape Coral. My Mom is picky and she says nothing but good things about High Point. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. I actually had dinner there one night and it was very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

The setting at Hamlet at Chagrin Falls is very tranquil, wooded, and well-maintained. The staff at all levels are very resident-oriented, highly capable, and friendly. I am receiving great service for my resident fees. The activities are absolutely superb, diverse, and numerous. It's a great place to live.

This was a very difficult decision to move our mom into assisted living. The whole Vista team made it as painless as possible. Now that our mom has lived there for a few months, she is thriving! She has her own personal space, yet someone is there if she needs help. We love the family activities and of the outings provided by Vista and the amazing team there. We couldn't have found a more perfect place for our mom.
