I just started employment as a medical technician with The Oaks, and I'm so excited. I came in last week, and the 1st person I met was [name removed], the business office manager and acting ED. She's great! She was kind and professional.. The day of our onboarding, [name removed] was extremely eager to help in setting up our credentials and getting us ready for training. When she took us on the tour, we noticed her greeting almost every resident by name in both memory care and assisted living....that was really impressive considering she hasn't been there so long herself! I'm excited to see what this new journey brings!

They get all 5's based off of our families experience. Everything from cost to services were simple and up front. The staff and management were outstanding. [name removed] and [name removed] in particular were amazing. The room sizes were very accommodating based off of what we needed.

My mother simply loves it there. especially the food. We can hardly get her to go out to eat. She would rather be there with eating with her table mates. The turnaround of her quality of life is very much appreciated thru the help of the care and dinning staff at Sycamore Trace.

We toured this facility and fell in love the staff. We loved the spacious room. They have loved and cared for our family member, and I would highly recommend. they have so many activities, and the food is awesome, and they are so nice!!!

Longleaf is a hidden gem where I have witnessed the caring and attentive staff who work tirelessly to keep assisted living resident and their rooms and visiting areas clean, fresh and beautiful. The minute you walk in, you feel like you are in a ski lodge. Most of the time, you are met by the front desk to offer assistance. They have good food, “happy hour,” activities galore and setting is second to none, in my opinion. Most of all, those living there, daily get cleaned rooms and help with showering if needed, have a HELP button to call for assistance with dress, bathroom, and help out of bed if needed. Longleaf is impressive in every area. Longleaf is a place like home! It is the best of the best for care services and attentiveness for residents in assisted living! It is a 5 star resident facility for those needing an assisted living!

The community had a home feeling. Staff was very friendly and you could tell they really cared for the resiedents. Food looked delicious.

The staff has been great at Highpoint at Cape Coral. My Mom is picky and she says nothing but good things about High Point. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. I actually had dinner there one night and it was very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

The setting at Hamlet at Chagrin Falls is very tranquil, wooded, and well-maintained. The staff at all levels are very resident-oriented, highly capable, and friendly. I am receiving great service for my resident fees. The activities are absolutely superb, diverse, and numerous. It's a great place to live.

This was a very difficult decision to move our mom into assisted living. The whole Vista team made it as painless as possible. Now that our mom has lived there for a few months, she is thriving! She has her own personal space, yet someone is there if she needs help. We love the family activities and of the outings provided by Vista and the amazing team there. We couldn't have found a more perfect place for our mom.

They are taking very good care of my loved one. I have been very happy. All the staff have been great. It's a wonderful, and friendly place. They have a computer room, hair salon and someone comes in to do nails. There is always something going on bingo, crafting and parties. There was a gentleman there with music and singing.

The staff members are great and the people living here are just as friendly. There are so many activities that are planned and the food is good. The trash is picked p 3 times a week, and our rooms are cleaned once a week. The location is right off Delprado and close to everything. They have a van that takes groups out to lunch in the area. We also have movies, and painting classes. They have someone playing the piano and different groups to entertain us several times a month.

Palmetto Landing is a Godsend. A Place for Mom - equally a Godsend. We chose this facility initially because of all of the reasons above, but also we had been displaced due to Hurricane Ida. The staff here are very easy to work with. They are consistent in their care and compassion. My mother is a smoker, and they worked with us to ensure my mother is safe as she goes out to smoke.

The tour experience, was absolutely the best. It's been as good as having to make that choice could be. It's so hard to do but when you know that the place you have chosen is the best, there is a peace of mind that can't be duplicated. The staff and the beautiful campus, were the deciding factors with picking this place. Everyone from [name removed} father to his lawyer said it was the best facility they've ever seen.

Lighthouse senior living is a very nice place. My uncle [name removed] is very happy there. We were very concerned about moving him but he felt very comfortable within the first week. Very nice place !

What has made The Crossings at RIverchase such a great experience so far is that the community itself is super clean, the staff members are very friendly and very attentive. They do a really good job looking after our loved ones wants and needs. We are 100% satisfied and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families .

I toured this community and it's a very nice place. I saw lots of staff around, my tour guide was great. I saw several activities happening, as well.

Sycamore Trace in Kingston, this community is a treasure! Scenic area, caring and responsive staff, delicious meals, and fun activities. The staff are invested in the residents and think of them as family.

Very clean and friendly staff. Every time I visit, all staff makes a point to greet us. They offer a lot of activities each day. They also do an outing for lunch or shopping every week. Housekeeping is good. I would definitely recommend the Lighthouse to anyone looking for an Assisted Living place for a loved one.

Highpoint was my second choice. Facility was impressive and appeared well maintained. Price similar... staff I met were friendly and engaged.

Hamlet at Chagrin Falls is the perfect place for my mom's needs at this moment. I like the fact that we won't have to move her to a strange place when the time comes to transfer from independent to assisted living. She'll recognize her surroundings, more so hopefully than if it was a totally new building.
