My Mother lives at Sycamore Trace in Kingston. The setting there is very comforting and the entire staff is very accommodating to each residents needs and wants. I’ve been impressed with the assistance that has been made available to me in regards to any need I may have. My mother has been one of the better cooks I’ve known and for her to compliment the meals there is saying something about the quality of the food and the Kitchen staff.

Sycamore Trace is a very nice place to retire. The chef fixes tasty meals three times a day and talks to the residents to get ideals of foods they prefer. If you don't want what is being served you always have alternatives such as soup or a sandwich. Each lunch and dinner is followed by dessert, ice cream or both if you prefer and tea, coffee or juice. I heard someone say what more could you ask for. Also activities are scheduled seven days a week. There are games, puzzles,, cards and much more. Also outing to various places. Activity department is always open for any suggestions from the residents and happy to get them on the schedule.

This is the place to be. The food is excellent, the care is tremendous. It's a homey environment that feels like family. The cleanliness of the home is well above the bar. From the greeting coming in the door to the smiles of the staff when you walk by, nothing but praise. Could not recommend sycamore trace enough.

Staff and residents always engaged with each other. I hear rave reviews about the food. The residents enjoy living there. It is a happy, welcoming place. There are several staff members who have worked there for years. That is a rarity in most health care environments. I have found one must truly love what they do to stay for so long. Commitment like that should not go un recognized.

My mom very much loves her apartment. It's roomy, comfortable, and has a balcony. She loves all the activities and is beginning to attend more of them as time goes by. We all love how everyone is so accommodating and easy going and there's no harsh rule enforcement. So, very comfortable atmosphere. One thing telling to me, everyone we meet loves the place and makes a point to tell us how much they love it there. [name removed] is very nice and listens well. We love the fact that there is a cleaning service once a week. I think it's great there's transportation available for outings. I really can't think of one negative thing to say!

My Dad lived at VV Memory Care for almost 2 years. In that time, I would see the same staff working with him - which is so important for dementia residents. The food is tasty. The activities are enjoyable and encourage socializing. The nurses kept me informed of any health issues. They felt more like a second family taking better care of him that I could.

By far the best food no complaints always a great experience the Chef always follows up to ask how we liked it. Spinach Maria was amazing! Overall great place to live so glad I moved here. Lot's of places to go shopping, visits to local parks & museums.

Our family had an in person tour with Highpoint at Cape Coral and we LOVED everything about Highpoint. However having to walk off the property to smoke would not work with her Alzheimer's diagnosis.

It took us a while to finally move my mother from a rehab facility to assisted living but it is so much nicer. The staff is wonderful, they know my mother’s name and constantly greet her. They are very encouraging and go out of their way to be helpful. I am very thankful that we have mom at Vista Veranda .

I visited Vista Veranda often and over a period of a few years, delivering library materials to residents. It is has warm and homey atmosphere, staff are friendly and caring. There are an exceptional number of activities, both on and off site, that residents can participate in. My experience was always positive and the residents I served were happy and content with their living arrangements. If my own parents ever needed care, Vista Veranda would be at the top of my list.

I can't say enough about my Vista Veranda experience. It came at a time when my Mom was getting to the point where she needed more help than her kids could provide. My brother works 60 hours a week, my sister was battling cancer, and I have MS. Having her own apartment made Mom still feel independent, yet there was always someone just a push of a button away. Mom was always treated with respect and dignity. Vista Veranda made a difficult situation a lot easier. Talk about peace of mind! It was so a relief knowing that Mom was safe, well fed, and had all the assistance she needed including medical help if need. Again, I can't say enough about this wonderful place!

Vista Veranda provides a loving, caring home environment for its fortunate residents. The staff members treat their community members as kindly, efficiently and thoughtfully as they would their own family members. Both my mother and my aunt have resided at Vista Veranda for over a year, receiving attention to their diversified medical, emotional and physical needs. Many outside and in-house activities are readily available for those interested in participating, as well. The friendly staff always provides open communication channels with family members of their residents. My family feels very fortunate to have our elderly mother and aunt in such a blessed and safe environment. We highly recommend Vista Veranda for your needs.

We had been living in independent care in a senior living facility in Bellevue and we decided we needed to be in assisted living so we made applications at Harmony of Brentwood and Brighton Gardens. Brighton came open about the same time as Harmony. Our appointment with Brighton was first and we had a really good meeting with the marketing director. She was very open and informative to us and we decided to come here. We have been very happy here and plan for this to be our home for ever. The staff here has been very welcoming to us. The food is very good and we could not ask for anything better than the living conditions here. Every detail about this place was explained to us and we have had no surprises. We are so happy to be here.

I had no where to go. I was in a nursing home for rehab and would have to go back with family which was not working out at all. The rivers made it against all odds to find a place for me. The staff is delightful and so is the food and nursing care. I will never want to be anywhere else except with Jesus.

They were very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, gave documents to back up their statements. When we visited residents came up to us, and said how much they love the place. A lot of different activities going on all the time they were playing music when you walked in there was a grand piano and they greeted you with a smile. Just love everything about it, my father is extremely happy there, which was very important to us.

The staff at Maris Pointe is amazing. They understand/understood my anxiety about my loved one's care and work with me every step of the way. They keep me informed of any issues that come up and ask for approval before taking or adding anything new to her treatment. Sometimes getting in touch with one of the staff can take several hours as I live out of state, but they are good about calling back. The staff genuinely cares about every single resident. They know them by name and know all of their "quirks." I would highly recommend Maris Pointe to anybody that is concerned about the care of their loved one.

I'm absolutely thrilled that we selected Red Cedar Glen for my mom. This decision has given her a renewed sense of purpose, and she's flourishing! In no time, she's formed meaningful connections with fellow residents who are friendly and kind. The staff is exceptional—truly compassionate and attentive. When my mom required urgent assistance, they promptly fulfilled her needs on the same day. The activities team consistently organizes a diverse range of engaging programs for the residents. As a result, she's relishing the opportunity to connect and participate. The environment at Red Cedar Glen is consistently clean, and the residents radiate happiness. I've made unannounced visits on several occasions and each time, I've encountered contented staff, joyful residents, and a well-maintained facility. I'm overflowing with gratitude that my mom is in such wonderful hands there.

My loved one is a current resident at Cascade Heights and so far the experience at this facility has been great. I've found working with the staff easy and professional. The dinning room food is good and the portions are perfect. I would highly recommend this facility to any family.

When it comes the the meals and dining service the meals good but main dining room been under repair for several months. Breakfast is weak and important. Should be better when they get back to their main big dining room. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would tell others looking into Lighthouse Senior Living that depending on the level of care needed, stay on top of nursing and doctor staff with regards to medications. Expect an adjustment time for a new resident and reassurance daily that this is the best move. The location, affordability, and staff are what stuck out to us most about Lighthouse when initially looking for a place.
