The activities and entertainment provided for the residents here are top-notch. There is always something to do! The apartments are very nice too. Our parents are happy here and that makes us happy!

I have worked as the contract PT in the Vista Veranda community now for 6 months. I have been a PT in this industry for 30 years. I can truly say that the residents come first in this community. I have witnessed the way resident concerns are handled. Each resident is listened to and their concern is addressed, even if it seems to be something small. The nursing staff is amazing always making sure each resident is well cared for. The facility is going through several administrative changes with the remaining staff handling each change in a professional and effective manner. Each department, from marketing to culinary to housekeeping, is able to treat these residents with the respect they deserve. I am very happy to be working here.

Maris Pointe is the full package when it comes to memory care. The staff are exceptional activities are fun-filled and appropriate for residents was for dementia, and the food is excellent, I highly recommend. Maris Pointe for families seeking care for their loved one.

Residents here are treated kindly and respectfully. The residence is clean, the food is good, and the care managers are kind and loving. Nurses are always available to handle physical problems when or if they arise. Residents are safe and comfortable.

There's a lot of activities for the residents which they seem to enjoy greatly. The food is always excellent. I feel the residents are well taken care of. I highly recommend Sycamore Trace.

My parents have lived here for several years. They enjoy delicious meals, many fun activities, opportunities to socialize, celebrations, rides to various shopping and appointments, all while providing a safe and clean place to live. If they need any help with maintenance or anything, the staff is quick to address and fix their problems. I highly recommend Cascade Heights for your loved ones!!

My mom spent the last 6 years of her life here in Independent Living. I couldn't have asked for more in a residential senior community. Even during the dreadful years of Covid, she was happy and entertained. The staff went out of their way to ensure safety with the residents. During hurricanes, the staff spent the night at the residence to make sure all was well. When times were good, it was difficult to even see her because there were so many activities! Three cheers for Cascade Heights!

Since my mom moved to AL she has participated in so many wonderful activities. It seems like every week there is something going on….making Derby hats, baking hamantaschen, bingo, ice cream parties, line dancing and so much more. [Name removed] and [name removed] are awesome!! I love to see mom happy and smiling!!

The facility is clean, well maintained and has enough of space for some fun activities! Also perfect for socializing and relaxing. The range and quality of activities that the residents have access to is very impressive. Attention to detail goes into all activities. They are well organized, well staffed and tailored to the needs and interests of the residents. I would highly recommend this assisted living home to anyone looking for a supportive and engaging environment for their loved ones. Hi. My name is Ginger! I’m a singer/entertainer and have been doing shows in and around the central Florida area for many years, in many different facilities. One of my favorite places is Cascade Heights in Longwood. There are several reasons for that, and one of the main reasons is because of the awesome members of your Activities Department. They get so involved in the shows, making sure that the residents have as much fun as possible! They’re amazing. Trust me when I tell you that that’s not something you find in all senior facilities! Having said that, it brings me to one of the other reasons: the residents seem to be very happy there, and I say again that that’s not the case in all senior facilities. And because of the great activities team you have, it will continue to be one of my favorite places to perform! Thank you for the opportunity for me to be one of the regular entertainers at Cascade Heights Longwood, and I look forward to a long and continuing relationship there.

Cascade Heights has been a great home for my mom. She is in independent living where she is safe, comfortable, and enjoying life. She has many friends, plays bridge, and enjoys the many entertainment opportunities offered. The staff goes above and beyond in making her feel an important part of the activities.

I am a private caregiver in my community. I have had Clients move to Cascade Heights. It is wonderful life transition. They offer a plethora of activities both on campus and off. The transportation Drivers go above and beyond in the care and safety of the residents. It may be a dreaded Drs appointment or a fun ride out for sight seeing, either way they make it comfortable and fun?? I recommend it to my clients, family and friends.

Cascade Heights Seniors are living their best life with a wild arrange of Activities ! Caring and Loving Associates throughout the entire building … but the Activity Staff go all out ! You can always see fantastic entertainers and fun filled events going on inside the community , alongside small room , more intimate setting activities . Outings to restaurants and shopping. Even a scenic ride out on Sundays. The transportation department plays a big part in the activity department with helping residents with Wii bowling, tech time & photography . Aquasize classes have opened now on top of an already busy schedule , you have to really make choices in order not to miss anything!

I visited my brother [name removed] and while I was their there were activities going on, all res were involved and very Happy , The Staff was very encouraging for residents participation, I could tell that The Staff were like family to the res and they all loved one another as family, As the old saying goes" Actions Speak louder than words" Jus by my observation I could tell and feel that The res. absolutely loved [name removed] and other staff!! A Smile says alot!! That day I saw Many Smiles!!! Great job Activities dept at Cascade Heights

The Activity Department is excellent. They provide so many fun, interesting, and engaging activities. They care about the residents and want their lives to be fulfilling and fun. There is no activity department better anywhere in Central Florida.

We couldn’t have found a better fit for our mother. She can have her own space and still have friends, and so many activities. She loves the music programs provided and the morning exercise group. It has been great to have such a top notch rehab center there. All the staff is excellent and very caring. A great experience!
