I visited Vista Veranda often and over a period of a few years, delivering library materials to residents. It is has warm and homey atmosphere, staff are friendly and caring. There are an exceptional number of activities, both on and off site, that residents can participate in. My experience was always positive and the residents I served were happy and content with their living arrangements. If my own parents ever needed care, Vista Veranda would be at the top of my list.

I can't say enough about my Vista Veranda experience. It came at a time when my Mom was getting to the point where she needed more help than her kids could provide. My brother works 60 hours a week, my sister was battling cancer, and I have MS. Having her own apartment made Mom still feel independent, yet there was always someone just a push of a button away. Mom was always treated with respect and dignity. Vista Veranda made a difficult situation a lot easier. Talk about peace of mind! It was so a relief knowing that Mom was safe, well fed, and had all the assistance she needed including medical help if need. Again, I can't say enough about this wonderful place!

Vista Veranda provides a loving, caring home environment for its fortunate residents. The staff members treat their community members as kindly, efficiently and thoughtfully as they would their own family members. Both my mother and my aunt have resided at Vista Veranda for over a year, receiving attention to their diversified medical, emotional and physical needs. Many outside and in-house activities are readily available for those interested in participating, as well. The friendly staff always provides open communication channels with family members of their residents. My family feels very fortunate to have our elderly mother and aunt in such a blessed and safe environment. We highly recommend Vista Veranda for your needs.

They were very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, gave documents to back up their statements. When we visited residents came up to us, and said how much they love the place. A lot of different activities going on all the time they were playing music when you walked in there was a grand piano and they greeted you with a smile. Just love everything about it, my father is extremely happy there, which was very important to us.

The staff at Maris Pointe is amazing. They understand/understood my anxiety about my loved one's care and work with me every step of the way. They keep me informed of any issues that come up and ask for approval before taking or adding anything new to her treatment. Sometimes getting in touch with one of the staff can take several hours as I live out of state, but they are good about calling back. The staff genuinely cares about every single resident. They know them by name and know all of their "quirks." I would highly recommend Maris Pointe to anybody that is concerned about the care of their loved one.

I'm absolutely thrilled that we selected Red Cedar Glen for my mom. This decision has given her a renewed sense of purpose, and she's flourishing! In no time, she's formed meaningful connections with fellow residents who are friendly and kind. The staff is exceptional—truly compassionate and attentive. When my mom required urgent assistance, they promptly fulfilled her needs on the same day. The activities team consistently organizes a diverse range of engaging programs for the residents. As a result, she's relishing the opportunity to connect and participate. The environment at Red Cedar Glen is consistently clean, and the residents radiate happiness. I've made unannounced visits on several occasions and each time, I've encountered contented staff, joyful residents, and a well-maintained facility. I'm overflowing with gratitude that my mom is in such wonderful hands there.

My loved one is a current resident at Cascade Heights and so far the experience at this facility has been great. I've found working with the staff easy and professional. The dinning room food is good and the portions are perfect. I would highly recommend this facility to any family.

When it comes the the meals and dining service the meals good but main dining room been under repair for several months. Breakfast is weak and important. Should be better when they get back to their main big dining room. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would tell others looking into Lighthouse Senior Living that depending on the level of care needed, stay on top of nursing and doctor staff with regards to medications. Expect an adjustment time for a new resident and reassurance daily that this is the best move. The location, affordability, and staff are what stuck out to us most about Lighthouse when initially looking for a place.

5 stars on all. The care that she has received since she entered the facility has been a six. She has not met an employee yet who she was not impressed with. For her to say that is awesome. They have been a blessing. I have not met anyone who did not conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner on each occasion. They stay on top of my wife's condition and activities at all times.

We love Hamlet ar Chagrin Falls. It's very positive. We picked this community, because of the location, size of apartments, activities, transportation. I would definitely recommend to other families.

Our family had an in person tour with Maris Pointe and it is a very nice community, and I even sing there once a month!

My loved one only stayed one week but when I returned my loved one was clean and didn't act stressed. The place is beautiful and everyone was very nice. My loved one does not interact with people, but there a lot of stuff for everyone. The place is very nice and they treated my loved one well.

The staff is great. They like the residents, each other and their jobs. The food is good. We have a wide range of choices for our continental breakfast and 1 other meal served restaurant style. There's a special served for lunch and for dinner. There are other options if you don't want the special. HighPoint is big enough to have great amenities and small enough to foster a close knit community. It's like living at a 4-star resort.

The staff is very attentive and caring. My brother lives there and even though he misses his independence, he enjoys his experience at Robin Way. Special mention to director [name removed] and Nurse [name removed] for all their help.

Dad always comment on the great food and the pleasantness of the staff 6. Dad enjoyed his trip adventures. 7. I believe we got our money's worth at High Point. Dad only left High Point to be closer to his family. Regretfully, Dad passed away before he could move into his new apartment in Indianapolis. We got a very nice card, signed by several members of the Staff. That was unexpected & well received by my family

Besides being relatively close to most the family, It had the friendliest staff, a homey feel and the residents were engaged if able.Activities were planned but we never saw them. We just felt Dad would be more engaged at Lighthouse. He is not a person who wants a 5 star type place. Price was a little better but not a whole lot. It was also all on one floor and that makes it easier for the residents. On a personal level, it is small enough for dads family that it did not take long for staff to know us. They are all always smiling.

We had a great tour experience with The Birches at Villa Rica! They get 5 stars from us on the tour for sure, it was a great facility from what we saw.

Overall, I very am happy. She is clearly much happier than before. The staff is outstanding. Really outstanding. And at times go above and beyond. The facility is always clean, and always smells great. And mostly I'm happy that my mom is happy.

Enjoyed the folks. Building was friendly and welcoming. Staff was knowledgeable. Activities were well organized. everyone seemed to be happy and well cared for. I observed the interaction of the activities director with the residents she was caring and did not rush them through the activity.
