A place for mom took my info and matched us and made appointments with 8 facilities within 5-10 minutes of us. They were great choices and we picked the best one. The Rivers of Maryland Farms has a staff that is incredibly patient, caring and kind. They take great care of my mom, updating and being sure she is taken care of. It’s newly remodeled and beautiful. Large front porch when the weather is nice and lots of activities. The residents there are kind and really look out for each other. We think it’s a great community!

The staff is super courteous and helpful. The cleanliness is not the best but definitely above average for this type of facility. Everyone is super friendly and seem to genuinely care for the elderly. Not so much applicable due to being independent living but there were a few times they came to Moms rescue above and beyond the independent requirements. Meals were always hot and ready and overall good. Mother would never participate. Definitely the best bang for our buck. Mom's budget was limited and we were able to make it work. The staff was SO Great!!! Unfortunately Mother passed away in [date removed] and was only at Red Cedar Glen for about 7 1/2 months but my brother and myself were super pleased with the care and the independence it gave her for that short time. I have and will continue to refer people to this facility for many reasons but most of all the Value in comparison to all the others.

5 for all. Highpoint at Cape Coral is a wonderful place. The staff are wonderful, very supportive. They have so many activities every day. My father is a veteran and they have special events during the year to celebrate their service for our country.

The facility was completed in 2022 so it's like new. The independent living apartments are a generous size with cleaning services included once a week. There are many fun activities scheduled each week and residents are allowed to have a pet. Residents have transportation available and may go to different store by shuttle bus to shop any given week. I think monthly cost is in line with other such facilities in the area. Not the highest or the lowest. I have not toured Assisted Living or Memory Care at The Crossings so cannot speak to those.

Everything about Hearth Brook has much it such a great experience so far, and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

When it comes to the meals and dining my dad didn't like the food. Not enough variety. For the value for cost we probably could have rented a condo for the price and what he was getting in return.

Very nice place, friendly staff. No place is perfect but overall we are satisfied.

I have recommended Redstone Village Memory Gardens to friends looking for a place for their parents. They have a nurse there 24 hours a day, so if medical assistance is needed, their parent would have immediate help. There are activities for them to participate in almost every day. The staff loves on all the residents. The staff's interaction with the residents brings a smile to their faces, especially when they're having a bad day.

The Palms is a great place to live. The facility is brand new and the staff is so kind and checks on the residents ever 2 hours. The food and service is 1st class. There is a nurse on duty 24 hours and the residents wear a button and help is quick to respond.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no further. I have family in both independent and assisted living. This facility has proved to care for them and even myself beyond expectation. It is comfortable, clean, and very well kept- The staff is more than helpful and supportive. The skilled nurses and staff make it a point to treat everyone as they do family. It is avery positive environment where you truly feel like you belong. The staff works to find ways to include all- residents in activities. I am thrilled that we chose Red Cedar Glen as you can tell. RCG is an answer to prayer and could be an answer to yours. On a side note, an important factor is food for my family members. It does not disappoint, as I am called after every meal to hear what was Served and how wonderful it was. We are so happy we chose RCG.

Staff is caring and professional. From cleaning crew to the Operations Director everyone is special. We have lived in two other facilities. The Crossings has all the amenities and service in a beautiful facility. This place is new and is in a great location.

My Mom is very happy at Cascade Heights. She thinks that the food is better than her previous residence in Chicago. I agree, the food is all from scratch and they don't scrimp on the portions. The staff are very helpful, but will leave you to do your thing if that's what you want. I'm very glad to have made this move for her.

The meals are good but main dining room been under repair for several months. Breakfast is weak and important. Should be better when they get back to their main big dining room. I just think they need better breakfast and a little later options but based on the experience I have had with The Crossings I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The intake person was very informative about the facility. Very supportive of the program and staff members who provided care for their residents. We were given a tour of the facility and rooms that were available. They facilitated a quick acceptance based on the evaluation process

I've been appreciative of the care, activities they provide for the residents as well as the planned monthly family events. The consistency of a major part of the staff lets me know it's being managed well.

All 5's except maybe food. No major complaints there, mom says it's not very creative/much variety. But she has not complained about the quality/ taste. My mom is super comfortable at Red Cedar Glen which is a huge comfort for me and my sister. They take great care of the residents. Special events for any/ every occasion/holiday ?? not a "snooty" place (in comparison to another place we visited when making our decision)

Lighthouse Senior Living has been a wonderful fit for my moms needs. I think the staff has been great with my Mom and it's great that I can call them whenever and ask how she is.

The sales director was very informative and the tour of the facility was very nice. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and responsive. The sales director checks with me to see how everything is going when I visit my mother. She is very caring with the residents and their families.

I tell people that it is a lovely place to live. They give her good care. It's clean and she's safe as someone lays eyes on her several times a day. My only lingering issue is that I wish I had someone to call with small questions and concerns. It takes a while for the resident and their support people ( I'm not family. There isn't any.) to adjust and the devil is in the details.

They've all been very sweet and helpful especially since she's had heart issues. the value for the money is great and is what stuck out about Red Cedar Glen initially over all other places we checked into.
