I'm very happy here I have a nice big room with a Living room and bedroom and private bathroom. The food is very good and the staff takes very good care of me. I like that I cam come and go when I want.

We have had a pleasant experience so far. My sister has more physical challenges than most of the residents but the staff continue to work with my sister to make her feel welcome and included as much as she is willing and able to participate.

Great facility. Very caring staff members. Facility is very clean, staff very gentle and caring, many activities to entertain residents, food very good.

My mother entered the memory care unit in December 2023 and the staff has been wonderful ever since. Everyone worked very hard to help her get adjusted and feel safe and secure in her new surrounding. I can’t say enough about the kindness expressed by office staff, therapy workers, housekeeping, nurses and aides, both to my mother and to our family and we will be forever grateful!

I am incredibly grateful to have found Vista, Veranda for my mom. From the moment we walked through the doors February 2023 we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the staff. My mom had to leave for a few months and when she returned the staff and residence were at the door to welcome her back with open arms and love. I can’t tell you how this had such a positive impact on her and us. The facility is always clean, organized, and inviting, which gives me great peace of mind. My mom enjoys the variety of activities they offer, from Bingo to social events. She often shares what she had for dinner and how much she enjoyed it. She feels like she is home. The staff is attentive and communicates with me regularly about my mom’s care and any updates. I’ve noticed a positive change in my mom’s well-being since moving here, and I can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Vista Veranda in Ravenna.

My mother was at a different facility. The care there broke my heart. The lack of caring was so sad. We found the Vista Veranda and I feel so horrible I did not look sooner. The care here is so wonderful. The aides are very caring. I can tell they have a great work ethic unlike the previous facility. I live a few hours away and I definitely feel good knowing my mother is well taken care of. The aides are always engaged with the residents here. One last note is the cost here is [removed] less than the poorly run facility. I would never put a price on my mother’s care but it is so sad we pay so much and the care was heart breaking.

I would highly recommend Vista Veranda for anyone that is considering a safe, friendly, clean and caring facility for their loved one. Our family greatly appreciates how they have helped our mother. Vista Veranda has a very homey atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff !

My experience has been the independent level. The first faces you will meet,?if you are fortunate are, [name removed], [name removed], front desk [name removed]. These three ladies are the faces of encouragement, helpful, and kindness. The Independent level you have the freedom of choice each day. You will want to take advantage of all the wonderful opportunities The wonderful drivers, such as, [name removed] and [name removed] ,rest of team , that wear a hundred different hats kind, and consistently helping, The grounds are so breathtaking. It is time to stop and enjoy nature. Hamlet is whatever you want it to be!

This is the place if you want a professional and simplified move-in process. And you should hear the laughter when you walk in! It's like visiting friends every time. The staff has big hearts and they love to dote on the residents. It's a happy place to be.

Looking for a place for my aunt that lives in Ohio area she refused to relocated closer to me. I looked at several places and couldn’t find anything better than Vista Veranda. I highly recommend it my aunt loves it and is well taken care of. The food is excellent and the staff is so attentive if you’re looking look no further, you will not be disappointed

My Brother and I discovered The Crossings along with other memory care facilities. The team at The Crossings are very friendly, professional and they care for the community that is there. Our Mother has adjusted and that along takes the stress off of us. From the Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care this is a great place to live and a great choice for your loved ones long term care.

I just moved my mother and father in to High Point Of Cape Coral. The staff are just all around wonderful and caring. So happy we chose Highpoint for my parents. The nurses are amazing and you can tell they genuinely care.

The Palms at Plantation is a new facility. It’s a beautiful place. The interior allows in lots of sunlight and is covered in light colors that remind me of hotels close to the beach. It was the right size facility for my mom. (Not too big not too small). We found an apartment that was perfect for my mom. The staff there take wonderful care of her. She enjoys the food. We try and attend meals with her when we can. The residents gather and chat during meals. My mom has made many new friends. The residents look out for each other. The staff has been very pleasant and responsive to us as family members. It’s a nice place. It gives us great peace of mind having her there.

Dad’s physical and mental decline lead us to this wonderful place. Staff, accommodations, food are all amazing! His own space and community dining and on the spot help when he has a bad day. We would highly recommend!

Red Cedar Glen has been a perfect fit. The staff is great, always willing to help. I feel safe and I know someone always has an eye on her. Meals and events keep me with good company. My goal is am to stay here long term.

There is not enough room to convey all of the positive thoughts and feelings that our family has regarding the care and concern that out parents received at Vista Veranda. Their kindness and willingness to help is unapparelled. They are treated our parents like they were their own family.

What matters most is how residents and family are treated and the homey atmosphere. We appreciate the opportunities for faith based nurturing and that our mother is able to live in her own hometown with people she once knew. The staff is loving, kind, respectful, and helpful. They truly care about their residents. My mother has advanced dementia and requires considerable care and attention. Our family is there often and we have observed consistent behavior from the three shifts of CNAs and admin staff. The facility is clean and fresh and the food is home cooked. We hope my mother can stay until the end of her life.

I highly recommend Red Cedar Glen the staff is absolutely wonderful and everything about this is to my liking. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Hendersonville has something for everybody even us old folks. We are working on the menu with the chef.

We made our choice for my mom‘s placement with a lot of care. We looked at a lot of places before we chose The Rivers at Maryland Farms. They are in the middle of a major renovation and have done everything possible to minimize the impact to the residences. Every single staff member has treated my mom with care and kindness and dignity. There’s been a couple of standouts as well. They have continued to improve the activities for the MC group and sometimes include them with the active living group. Without exception, every member of the staff I have interacted with has known who my mom is. I am so happy with our choice and highly recommend to other families.
