This is an amazing community. The staff are kind and caring. They go out of their way to meet my mother’s needs and changes in her care. I would recommend this community to anyone looking into assisted livings.

I moved my mother from IL to AL. The experience has been wonderful.The staff are wonderful the head nurse and day nurse are GREAT. We are so happy with Highpoint of Cape Coral. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one. You won’t be disappointed with Highpoint everyone is so friendly.

We are thrilled with our decision to move my dad to Highpoint of Cape Coral. From the beginning, [name removed], Director of Sales, stood out with his excellent communication and customer service. He truly listened to our needs. It was very clear that [name removed] genuinely cares about the residents. [name removed], the move-in coordinator, was outstanding, ensuring a smooth transition and providing quick responses when we had questions about measurements and other details. We visited the facility multiple times with my dad, even dining there to confirm the food quality, which did not disappoint. [name removed], Dining Room Manager, went above and beyond, greeting us personally and showing genuine care for the residents. [name removed], Director of Nursing, has been invaluable as we navigate my dad’s health concerns. [name removed], the Executive Director, has been wonderful and very supportive. Every staff member we've met has been professional & compassionate. We are very happy with our decision.

I like the food. Staff is very helpful and friendly all the time.

I rate all categories as a 5. Everyone from the front desk, and the caregivers are kind and attentive. The residents always look well cared for. My Aunt was extremely happy at The Birches.

We loved Maris Pointe for mom. Unfortunately she passed 6 weeks later. My sister and I are volunteering 3 days a week there now. We feel they made Mom so happy that we need to give back. We felt like it was one big family. Everyone always greeted us and made us welcome. They had moms best interest at heart, and she was well cared for.

5 for all. The Oaks is really exceptional. Very professional and caring. My mother is very happy and the staff is great about both working with her and keeping me informed. The facility is always clean and in great shape.

There are not enough words to express how amazing this place is. My mother was a resident for 3yrs and they were great years. The staff was always caring, helpful, professional, and there when needed. There is plenty of activities, occasional field trips. Mom went shopping, to restaurants, and to plays with the facility bus and activities director. When I visited I was always recognized and greeted. Mom made friends, mostly enjoyed the food, and loved to make the staff laugh. A true CARE community.

Has been a good experience. Management is very professional and helpful.

The staff really care and do a great job treating every resident like family. Activities are great compared to other local places. Room sizes and layouts are a little bit smaller than other places we toured, but perfectly comfortable for a single resident.

I would recommend. We picked because of the activities offered. The fact that they have memory care in case we had to switch to that

The staff are friendly, helpful and always around! The food is great. I highly recommend The Crossings at Riverchase.

What we like the most about The Rivers is just the atmosphere, plus the care my wife has been receiving. She's treated like a person rather than a number. I've been pleased with the recent improvements and upgrades the Rivers have undertaken. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had,

At the time it was the only place we could get her and my FIL in together. We have since moved her to another facility. We wish we had VV closet to us. We are very unhappy where she's at now. It's very friendly. Nice.

The facility at Aldea Green is good and the staff are very attentive. Many of them have been there for years and they like their job. They are kind and caring to the residents. I like that they asked questions and met with my mom to make sure that she was comfortable and understood what was happening as she transitioned to this new facility after being in her own home. I’m so grateful for this community.

Mom is here and loving it! Definitely the best place of its kind in Huntsville. Also like the fact that it is run by committees of the owners. Its a little pricey by Alabama standards, but its literally a quarter of what it would cost up here in the Northeast (New Hampshire).

We love the place. We picked this community because of the amount of various activities and the gorgeous scenery.

My mom lives at Sycamore Trace. The staff is very attentive to her and she loves to go on all the outings they have for the residents. We are very blessed to have a place like Sycamore Trace to care for mom.
