My loved one has really been enjoying this community, she has made the adjustment and is very comfortable in her new home. My mother really likes to play bingo as well as the other activities they offer throughout the week.The dinning experience is great she likes the meals as well as the company of the other residents.

My brother is doing well here at this community. He has adjusted well to it. It was a ruff start at first, but everything is going well now. They have good staff, they have been friendly and helpful. There are nice activities available. The meals are nice. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The community looks nice and clean. A plus about this community is that once you run out of money they will take Medicaid.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother here at this community. I know they are providing her with good care. She is safe and in good hands. Overall it has been a good experience for us here.

When we arrived to the community we received a pamphlet and noticed that the prices were very high. From what we only got to see of the community it was clean and the staff were nice. The staff that greeted me in the beginning treated me very well. In the pamphlet it gave you the meals plans and activities offered, but we didn't go on with our tour.

They are in a hurry to evict me. Raised my rent knowing Medicare did not give me a raise in income. I have $2.20 per month to spend for soap, shampoo, toothpaste, stamps, laundry soap, quarters for washer, dryer in a three month period. My prescriptions cost $220/3 mo supply, in the donut hole cost is $650. Explains why there a so many people walking around here with dirty hair, bodies, clothes, shoes with holes and being forced to move into about 14 tiny rooms. Pay your elevated rent or we will throw you out in the streets. Buy my insulin or pay my rent. What an eye opening experience. Please ask for my income per month

Everything is working out well for my mother in law here at this community. She is getting involved in the community with the activities they offer. It is a well maintained community, everything is very nice and clean. Her favorite part of the day is the meals, she really likes the food. We know she is being cared for well here. It is a lovely community and I would recommend it.

I would recommend looking into this community. It is in an excellent spot and affordable. Mom is still getting accustomed to living here and is slowly starting to participate in some of the activities offered. She likes the dining room and the food is good. The staff are excellent and answer all of our questions.

Although it didn't end up being the best fit, I thought Concord Place was a very nice place overall! The people were friendly, and it was clean and well kept. Unfortunately it just didn't end up being a match for what we needed in terms of price.

The personal were fantastic during the tour. It is a very nice and new community. The location is great i really like that the rooms are smaller. It makes it a really small family oriented community. I would definitely recommend The Grand At Twin Lakes to family and friends

My father is doing pretty well here at this community. So far everything is going good for us here. They have a very good staff here, they have been quite helpful and kind. He hasn't tired any activities yet, but there are many for him to choose from. They do serve well balanced meals. They are providing him with good care. He is safe and in good hands. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

I was very impressed with this community. If it was just up to me where she moved too, I would have chosen this community. The community is very well maintained, everything was very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and very polite. They were very informative and answered my questions. It was a very impressive tour, I enjoyed it.

A Place For Mom was so helpful to help find a community for my brother, I don't know what I would do with out them. I am having a few issues with medical transportation, I was advised to use the PACE Bus but there is not route to where my brother goes. My brother has a few diet restriction due to his dialysis and I feel they are not sensitive to the list of food that he can't eat. I gave the list to owner/manager.

Waterford Estates is a very nice community. The food is really good, nice activities for the residents. The staff is extremely friendly and take great care of the residents. We are very pleased.

We like it a lot. The people have been great, they are very friendly. She seems to be kind of flourishing there actually. We chose them because we liked the level of care they offered, price was also a consideration.

Well from what my loved one tells me, he seems to be very happy staying at the Victory Centre. I know that they are having trouble with keeping some of the waiting staff, but other than that there is not a problem.

Overall very happy with just about everything about the facility and the staff.,

My Mom is a new resident to the Riverwoods Victory Center. She is adjusting fairly well but her biggest complaint seems to be the food. She has the second meal seating and notices smaller portions and food that is dry and hard to chew. I have found the staff very friendly and her room is lovely.

I think that the moving-in process has been great. The communication is very quick and thorough. The medical staff seems fantastic. I was really happy with the communication from them. I think something they could improve on is to encourage some of the residents to participate in activities more.

The first thing that strikes you about Victory Centre when you walk in is the atmosphere. It seems cozy and comfortable. There are lots of amenities here and the staff is friendly and genuinely seem to care.
