We had an excellent tour from The Grand at Twin Lakes, it is an adequate facility. My mother in law was looking for something smaller and more homey and she felt this facility was too large for her.

This community is great I just feel like they need better communication. Other than this it has been fantastic getting us moved in and settled. Its just once u get in you don't know what to do or what to expect and the communication on this part could be a bit better.

This community seemed fine it just did not fit what I was looking for for my loved one. I was looking for specific memory care and this had both assisted and memory.

Our family had an in person tour and it was good but what came down to the decision was location, it was just a little to far away

This is worth looking into. The community is accommodating. This is a really nice place to go. The residents have a lot of activities to take advantage of. The common areas are really nice, with people all around which is nice. I would recommend the community to others.

Our family was able to speak with the marketing team and they were very nice, unfortunately the move in cost was to much for our family. However, we did like that at after awhile they will move your loved one over to Medicaid so we are keeping this community in mind.

I went on a tour of the Assisted Living building of this location and was favorably impressed. Although I do not feel a need for and can't afford all of the benefits living there would provide me, I did feel that it would be worth that amount.

Our loved one is not that happy with the meals they are serving, and the activities are still pretty limited. However the dining room is not back open, and we do think the value for cost is nice. Another nice thing is they offer Medicaid, which eventually will be an option for our loved one.

We chose Waterford Estates because it was at the time really convenient to family and it was a very clean facility. The room sizes here seem to be on the smaller side compared to others that we looked into. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

Staff is very gentle and friendly. I really enjoy the community.

Pleasant, friendly, and for walking into a new community it has been very decent.

I felt safe with my sister in law there. My sister in law did not like the food. The room sizes and layout of the community were good. The staff was very considerate. They accept pets, there is an area in the back where you can walk your dog.

I’d loved seeing so many active seniors interacting with each other and with staff during my visit. The community was clean and I thought my mom would love the outdoor space with the gazebo. Everything seems to be included in the pricing and they have an “age in place” philosophy, which is what we’re looking for. Overall the community might not be a five star resort, but it was very nice and comfortable. We’re planning to follow up to get more information and schedule a lunch for my mom to visit.

No laundry machines allowed in unit, my mom loved the two bedroom.

Very promising--nice looking facility. Activity programs appear nice. Menu options are nice. Services are just what we are looking for.

They are experiencing help issues, both in food services and caregivers. Many promises that it will get better but have not seen it.

The Grand is a beautiful facility with a friendly staff and care team if extra assistance is needed. My 91 year old mother is comfortable there, and there is peace of mind that she has her meals and care when required. As we are not on Facebook, we have very little communication regarding events, the menu, or other news, otherwise, we are happy with the Grand so far.

So far, things are going good for my Dad here. One thing they could improve on is the service in the dining area because, by the time he gets his dinner, it’s cold. The food is good though and he seems satisfied with it. There are usually 2 or 3 choices for him to pick from, so there’s some variety. The staff is good with answering any questions or finding the answer if they don’t have one. The building itself is nice, neat, clean, and doesn’t have a weird smell. They have a few different activities available like game nights and movies. Based on our experience, I would recommend them.

The decor was bright, open and cheery. I didn't see a lot of residents out and about. They had a nice park area adjacent to the facility. It was a nice, clean community but just not a fit for my aunt.
