This community could use a little more staff. It seems the good ones working there are over worked and not as attentive as I think they should be. They have enough activities and they keep the community clean. Dad is about half and half with the food but everything is cooked appropriately. I would recommend this community.

My father is having a positive experience with his stay at this community. It is very beautiful clean environment. The meals are prepared very well and nutritious. There is always a variety of different foods to choose from their menus. They offer a mixture of appealing activities for the residents. I would defiantly recommend it to a friend or retaliative.

The is a nice community. The food here is great and a good variety is available. The community is very clean and taken great care of. They do offer alot of great activities for those who can participate. I would highly recommend this community to other families for great care.

My loved one has really been enjoying this community, she has made the adjustment and is very comfortable in her new home. My mother really likes to play bingo as well as the other activities they offer throughout the week.The dinning experience is great she likes the meals as well as the company of the other residents.

My brother is doing well here at this community. He has adjusted well to it. It was a ruff start at first, but everything is going well now. They have good staff, they have been friendly and helpful. There are nice activities available. The meals are nice. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The community looks nice and clean. A plus about this community is that once you run out of money they will take Medicaid.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother here at this community. I know they are providing her with good care. She is safe and in good hands. Overall it has been a good experience for us here.

When we arrived to the community we received a pamphlet and noticed that the prices were very high. From what we only got to see of the community it was clean and the staff were nice. The staff that greeted me in the beginning treated me very well. In the pamphlet it gave you the meals plans and activities offered, but we didn't go on with our tour.

Everything is working out well for my mother in law here at this community. She is getting involved in the community with the activities they offer. It is a well maintained community, everything is very nice and clean. Her favorite part of the day is the meals, she really likes the food. We know she is being cared for well here. It is a lovely community and I would recommend it.

The personal were fantastic during the tour. It is a very nice and new community. The location is great i really like that the rooms are smaller. It makes it a really small family oriented community. I would definitely recommend The Grand At Twin Lakes to family and friends

He hasn't tired any activities yet, but there are many for him to choose from. They do serve well balanced meals. They are providing him with good care. He is safe and in good hands. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

I was very impressed with this community. If it was just up to me where she moved too, I would have chosen this community. The community is very well maintained, everything was very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and very polite. They were very informative and answered my questions. It was a very impressive tour, I enjoyed it.

Waterford Estates is a very nice community. The food is really good, nice activities for the residents. The staff is extremely friendly and take great care of the residents. We are very pleased.

Well from what my loved one tells me, he seems to be very happy staying at the Victory Centre. I know that they are having trouble with keeping some of the waiting staff, but other than that there is not a problem.

My Mom is a new resident to the Riverwoods Victory Center. She is adjusting fairly well but her biggest complaint seems to be the food. She has the second meal seating and notices smaller portions and food that is dry and hard to chew. I have found the staff very friendly and her room is lovely.

I think that the moving-in process has been great. The communication is very quick and thorough. The medical staff seems fantastic. I was really happy with the communication from them. I think something they could improve on is to encourage some of the residents to participate in activities more.

The first thing that strikes you about Victory Centre when you walk in is the atmosphere. It seems cozy and comfortable. There are lots of amenities here and the staff is friendly and genuinely seem to care.

I toured here when I was looking. I liked it, they were very modern and new. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch when we were looking, and they didn't have the availability.

We toured here when we were looking for options. We liked it, and it was one of the very few places that will take medicaid. Though they were more expensive than another place we found. It's also a four story building, and you have to use elevators to get everywhere, and that would have been a challenge for us.

I am very happy with it. The people are very friendly. My father has only been there for about a month and a half. We just have to iron out some kinks. I would recommend the Victory Centre. Out of all the places we visited, I picked this one. It's a really nice place. The facility is really clean. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The staff has been accommodating and caring. Everything has been going well.
