My loved one has really enjoyed the service he had received during his stay at this community. The staff had really helped him improve on his eating habits and getting him involved in different activities. I have no complaints and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone

The overall care my loved one received was wonderful, there was always a staff member coming to check on my dad making sure he was comfortable and his needs where being met. I will defiantly use this community again in the future and would highly recommend this place.

Staff is very friendly and made my mother feel at home. The facility is very home like and you don't feel like you are in a hotel. It is a place you want to come and stay. Most of the residents are also very friendly and eager to welcome new residents. They have an ambassador type program where residents partner with new residents to help them adjust to the new surroundings. The price is very fair and the management staff is very helpful. Highly recommend this facility.

We are satisfied with the care that the staff provides at Brookdale Hamilton Wolfe. The staff listen to my concerns and they are communicating my loved ones care with me. They community is well kept and nice. There has been quite a bit of turnover with the director and staff. Signing up for prescription help took quite a while as there was not a good plan in place to get it started.

I love how all of the staff have so much patience for my mother in law. They will try to work with her and try to encourage her to engage more in the community. My mother in laws room is really nice. I also like the set up of the community her room is near the dinning room. It's a clean place and kept organized. The most important thing is that we know she is in a safe place.

Ms [Removed] greeted us warmly and answered all of our questions. The facility was well maintained and inviting. The openness of common area and dining area was beautiful and the other areas I thought that were inviting were the sunroom and the common area outside. This area had sitting located throughout and bird feeders located so that residents enjoyed the birds feed. It is a safe and happy place and they a residents that will show new residents around until they are "become one of the family." Very nice place.

Our mother in law has moved into Brookdale Lewisville much against her will. She was very angry with us that we would do such a thing to her. The staff at Brookdale has been very understanding and caring with us as this has hurt us tremendously. They have also been wonderful with her as she is now starting to join the community and become accustomed to being there. It's because of the Brookdale staff that she is doing so well. Thank you Linda, Shelley, Charles and the rest of the staff, whose names I don't know yet, for helping her and us get through this very difficult time.

This is an excellent place to live. it looks very nice and kept clean all through the community. My dad is doing okay, he is enjoying the activities and he loves the food. We are happy with the care from the staff.

Friendly staff. Love the homey feel and the number of residents. Just no opening at this time. We are keeping them on our list.

We looked here when we were touring. It was a very nice place, and was definitely an option. I did find a place that was closer to me and offered the size room that we were looking for.

This is a very good place. It very homey place. I have worked in nursing homes before and this place is one of the best.

At Brookdale San Marcos South they need more care than they offer. The staff will remind him to take his insulin but they don't do it themselves. They cant even check his blood sugar. It got really low one time and I checked it and it was at 34. They fall a lot there also. I think the move over there made it to where they don't remember as much. They do say the food is good and the staff is attentive. They have a really nice room. The billing is also confusing. It keeps bigger every month. The staff is very responsive. Overall it's a good facility but I may be moving them soon to where they can get more care.

I moved my father here following his stroke. The people that work here have a heart of gold and truly care for your family members!

I liked the facility. The staff was very friendly. They let me know ahead of time that they didn't think they could accommodate my mother's diabetic condition. But I took the tour and they helped me with a lot of questions that I had, some concerning the VA benefit for my dad. They also have a locked campus which comforts me since my dad has alzheimer's.

I was absolutely pleased with the salesperson. I cannot really speak on anything other than what the salesperson told me, but it was a great experience.

I don't really know of anything they could improve on. My experience was that my mother just didn't want to go there and she wanted to stay at home instead. I think she would have been real happy there if she would have chosen to go.

The staff at the admissions office at Brookdale Hamilton Wolfe was very informative, and they were all friendly, and every one of them was really helpful. My mother just had to go to the hospital instead and wasn't able to move in.

It was a very easy transition into the facility. They made it a very seamless process. One area where they could improve would be to provide a little more information about PCMs in the area and who comes out to their facility. Overall though everything has been great.

Very good service and very good value. The location is excellent. The food is excellent as well. I would absolutely recommend the Brookdale Shadowlake. The facility is very clean. Everyone there is very friendly. They have been very welcoming. I am really pleased with the Brookdale. Everything here is excellent. I don't have any issues or concerns. Everything has been going smoothly. This is a five star place.
