This community was very beautiful and kept up well. It just did not look as nice as some of the other communities that we saw. The people were extremely nice and accommodating. We just did not think that this was a good fit for mom.

My Mother has adjusted as well as I think she can. I especially like the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Mother participates in the Saturday rosary and communion but doesn't leave her apt for anything else except to eat. I would like for her to be able to attend mass on Sunday. I do think the $600. fee high for the distribution of medication. Mother is still angry with me "for putting her away" as she put it.

Mom was very impressed with this facility. She even stated she could see her residing in this place. The staff was friendly and very thorough. The Activities director was returning from lunch she stopped when she saw my mom sitting waiting for me to return from the restroom. They were engaged in a pleasant conversation that continued and included me as she excitedly shared her role It was a very pleasant experience.

The food is ok and they do offer good choices. The community is clean and well maintained. The staff are nice and friendly. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went well. The staff was nice, and courteous. The community was clean, and everything looked nice. My tour went well. Their prices were to expensive for our budget, but this is a nice community.

When I toured The Fountains of Crystal Lake, it was a very nice place. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. They took me and showed me around the building, but I ended up finding a better fit for my mother.

This is a nice community and we found it to have an excellent memory care. We did not want a community that had to levels. Memory care is one floor level. There is a still private. We did like the dining room and the meals seemed outstanding. They do offer a lot of activities that she could have enjoyed like being in a garden. I would recommend this community to other families for excellent care

I like this community for the care of my parents at this community. The staff is always very nice and attentive. I am glad that they keep me informed on their progress. They both like the meals and the variety. They are always offered to participate in the activities. I would recommend this community to other families for the great care and value offered here.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. When I had looked at it for my mother they seemed to be expanding and adding on a few additions which I thought was great. They just did not have an insurance plan that my mother could use down the road once her money had run out.

The staff are good. The only downfall I see is that there is currently only one manager that moves between two locations. They offer daily activities. Mom said there is good days and bad days with the food. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

I toured this community for my aunt and her needs. My tour went pretty well. The community looked nice and neat. Everything was well maintained. Everyone was very kind to my family and myself. It was a nice experience, but it wasn't the community for my aunt and her needs.

I like this community for good care for my mom. The staff is very friendly. It appears that the food is very good. I am happy with the room that was given to her and it is beautiful. I found that the residents knew each other and it felt so comfortable. I would recommend the great and comfortable care that is given here with a good value for other families.

I liked this community. I thought it was pretty and the people were nice. The community seemed clean. Mom did not feel comfortable with this community.

They offer a lot of activities at Oak Hill. The staff is excellent. They had a wonderful breakfast with santa that was nice. According to mom the food is hit or miss. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

I toured this communiry and was not happy with the staff that did not seem to care about showing the us the community. We did feel that there was a odor that was not appealing and it was dark. This is a older community and we wanted something alittle more open. We did see activities that were going on at the time of the tour. We were offered a sample of the food which seemed to be appealing. We would not recommend this community to other families. And they would need to make some improvements on the odor and to allow more lighting in from windows.

During my tour, I noticed the place was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and answered all of my questions. They took me around the entire building and everything was organized. The residents were all interacting and looked very happy with what I saw.

I had taken a tour of this community. The staff was nice and very friendly. the community was nice and clean and well taken care of there. This would of been a great choice for my mom, but they did not have the special bedding that we needed for here and there would of been a wait time. Overall a great place for a loved one.

Me and my loved one was able to take a tour of the community. It was wonderful and we loved the place. The staff seemed nice and very helpful. The community was bright and open. The only reason we chose some where else was because it was to expensive.

Our tour guide during our tour was very sweet and soft spoken. She made sure my loved one understood all the information she was presenting and took her time with our visit. The bedrooms seemed a little small and there was to much construction going on in the building for us to focus.
