My mom is adjusting and the change is running smoothly now. We were a little disappointed with the apartment not being fully ready but it was corrected. There is lots of activities for when she is ready to get involved. She really likes the desserts and has been reasonably pleased with the meals. This community was the closest to me and we appreciate A Place For Mom's help.

Overall the property was very nice it appeared clean and maintained well inside and out. The staff was helpful and kind. They were a little more expensive than some of the other communities I had visited. However, they did do a follow-up call a few days after to inform me that there was currently a waitlist.

We got my aunt here after my mother passed. At first she hated the change. Now she loves it at looks the best she has in 20 years. She looks forward to everyday. Thank You.

This seemed like a nice community and the people we met were friendly. They seemed to offer some nice amenities. This community was just to far out of the way. This community is in a busier area and we did not think this would be the right place for our loved one.

This is a brand new community and it is beautiful. The apartments are nice and the person we spoke to during our tour was friendly and informative. We liked this community, however they did not accept medicaid.

My tour of this community went very well. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. From what I saw the community looked great. The staff was friendly, and my questions were answered. I did find another community that was a better fit for my father, but my tour of this community was a good one.

When I went to Greenbriar Village, I thought it was a beautiful facility but it was way too big. Also, it was priced a bit high. The tour guide that took me around was nice and answered all of my questions, but it was not what we were looking for at the time.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my wife with her move to this community. I'am satisfied with her move to this community. Everything is working out well, and they are taking good care of her. I know she is safe, and receiving good care. All is well so far for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

The staff I met were friendly and helpful. They seem to offer some nice amenities and the community looked clean. They do have a waiting list and we were looking for something sooner.

This is a nice community, and so far my mother seems to be pretty well with her move here. They seem to be trying their best to take care of her, and her needs. They have a nice staff, and they have been responsive, and kind. This is smaller community compared to others, but it is easy to find someone when you need some help. They have nice meals, and good activities available for their residents. Everything is working out pretty well for us at this facility, and I would recommend it.

I have no complaints about the tour I had of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give us lots of helpful information as well as answer any questions we had for them. I would recommend this place to anyone interested. It was just not the right fit for my wife and I in the end decision.

My mother in law is still adjusting to living at The Hearth. We are working with the staff on communication. We are going to start having family meetings so we can voice our concerns. I have eaten here and the food is very good. They are starting a music and memory program. The community seems clean and it fits her needs. I would say to look for a community's shortcomings. I also suggest that you ask specific questions to see if this community would be right for your loved one.

I like everything I have seen at this community when I visit. They only complaint I heard is that the food is terrible and most of the time it is inedible. When my loved one first moved in the food was great. The chef has since left and the food has not been the same. They are trying to resolve this issue. The residents are not really able to cook in their apartments as they only have microwaves. The staff are nice and the community is kept clean.

This looked like a nice clean community when we visited. The staff were nice and friendly. This community was a little larger than what we were looking for. They do have a small garden outside.

Very nice place. I was impressed that so many of the staff took the time to introduce themselves. [Removed] was outstanding- not pushy very helpful!

Very friendly staff, excellent food, plenty of things to keep my mom busy. I like the security aspects of this place.

I had a good tour of Heritage Woods. It seemed to be in good shape, and everyone was friendly. The tour guide was able to answer our questions and give us good information, it was a good experience.

My mother is doing well since her move into Grand Victorian of sycamore. She has started to join activities and get more involved. They could use some improvement on meals, though. They serve sandwiches for dinner, I think they could do better. The facility is clean and well maintained. Housekeeping cleans her room once a week.

My mother-in-law is doing good but in the beginning we were told that she would have someone show her around. No one came until we had already walked her around the community. They should take new residents to the activities, exercises, and card games to meet the residents and to get involved. The community is clean and the staff are providing good care. She likes the meals and activities.

Currently my father is in rehab , but I'am hoping once he recovers he can return . He was really enjoying his time at this community , it is really nice facility . This community has a good , positive atmosphere . He was really comfortable here . He was eating well , and even gained some weight . It is a good environment for him , and I'am satisfied with this community . The staff is very friendly , and helpful . If someone had similar needs to my father , I would recommend this community .
