They are very friendly and helpful, and very attentive to needs. The one area I would give them to improve on is the level of communication. Example: They were going to start up his meds, and they had a hard time relaying insurance information from one person to the other. He is definitely happy there, and overall we are very well pleased.

They are doing a pretty good job. We are happy with them. It's kept very clean, and the staff is friendly. It's a pretty good value, so far. They are very good about being responsive and attentive if there are concerns or questions. They have a pretty good list of activities, and the food is good too, I would give that a five as well. I can't really think of anything I would like to see improved or done better.

Again, more services than I need and another apartment in middle of shopping center. No privacy, not at all quiet.

My husband has Alzheimer's and when I began looking The Fountains was the only place that offered Adult Day Care in a secure facility. Actually they had not started the Day Care program but soon after I asked I got a call saying they were starting. Why other long term care facilities do not offer Adult Day Care is difficult to understand. I would imagine most people that would take advantage of the Adult Day Care option would eventually become full time residents. When I drop him off I the morning I know that he is safe and that he will be offered a meal and will be cared for during the time he is there. I can get shopping done, get my Dr. visits done and once in a while get my hair done. When I pick him up in the afternoon he is relaxed and I am as well. Any good relationship needs space and it is even more true when one is a caregiver and one is the recipient of the care. There are other places that offer Adult Day Care but he is used to the staff and they know him and that is just as important as cost. With the help of the staff and the staff at Journey Care Hospice I intend to keep my husband at home but if I can't I am comfortable knowing that he will be well cared for if he needs to become a full time resident.

We've had a good experience with Heritage Woods overall! The move-in process was very smooth and they did a great job helping her get settled in and acclimated to the community. They've also been very flexible and accommodating regarding any requests or questions that we have had. Really the only thing that has been less than optimal is that their billing system isn't as streamlined as it could be, and we've had a few hitches getting things set up.

This is a new place that seems to be well organized. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. My mom settled in and made some friends. We were very happy about that. All of the residents are eager to help each other and that makes for a nice community atmosphere.

I'm very happy with them. From what I've seen posted on the calendar, they have good activities. The food seems to be really good, and my loved one likes it. We liked the location, and it worked well for us. So far we haven't had any complaints, or things that need to be improved. There haven't been any problem with the laundry. Everything is working out well, so far.

Keepsake is a nice facility. They do their best to accomodate every person there with all of their strengths and weaknesses. They do genuinely care about doing what is right for each resident. We are very glad that we decided on this facilty. Great, caring staff. The food program needs some work.

This place looks very good and I was very happy with Amy's patience and informative communication style.

they were great, but she was only there about two months, and she shouldn't have gone there. They take very good care of people, but it is assisted living, not skilled nursing. It's a different level of care and they're not supposed to be doing what she needs. They don't have memory care. They tried, the staff was great, but for the individual people mom forgetting this or that was too much for them. It's hard because people get way worse the day after you move them! I had wanted to get her into Heritage Woods because I would like to get her back into White Oak. White oak associated with it, so you can get on the waiting list better.

Very nice facility. Sylvia answered all my questions and a very nice person to talk to. The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs and truly wanted to help the residents. They were having a Thanksgiving meal when I visited, so I got to sample the food first hand. Food was very good. Got to sit with Georgia(a resident) and her son and daughter-in-law. They provided a good idea of how things ran at Heritage Woods.

We have a relative there and it's good. It's like a small apartment. It was really nice and the convenience of having your meals provided is really nice. They do two meals a day for you. She never got involved in the activities but they do have them. She not there right now and she still has to pay. Her daughter came into town and she's not able to stay there so I'm not sure how I feel about that.

It's facility is lively and the residents appear happy. This is a number one choice

They were very nice there. A little on the pricey side but very nice. There were lots of activities and things going on. Unfortunately, my mom has dementia so she can't really partake in a lot of stuff, which is kind of a bummer.

Really liked the location and working with Becky. This place seems very cozy, clean, and has a good staff to resident ratio. Becky has gone above and beyone to help me in my situation with my mom. This would be my top choice.

I'm a nurse practitioner and the patients that I see love it here!
