It is understaffed and the remaining staff is diligent and overworked.I like the facility in that it is small enough to get to know the staff and the residents.Food -most of the residents are on some sort of hypertension medication i really think the food should be prepared with less salt.It can always be added at the table if preferred.

I love my apartment and the people here.But I've hated to see so many changes.too many good employees have left.The food service is not what it used to be.I love the nourses Bev Johnnie and Jacob.I hope they don't leave.Also love mary and everyone in therapy.I don't like it when they miss giving me showers.(It's happened about 3 times in the last month.)All the receptionist are good and chase is doing a good job.Glad to see Deja back

No Medicaid Very nice, friendly staff. If they could stay and never have to move, it would be a first pick.

This is a good community, and they really helped my health improve. Everyone is very nice and friendly. It is a bit expensive and they are trying to charge me extra to move out. I did think that is a little crazy to charge me for wanting to move out, but they said it is their policy. Overall They do really care about their residents and it has been a pleasant experience.

My mom recently moved into Heritage Woods. I am so pleased with how welcoming the staff has been to her. Everyone has been great about introducing themselves and walking her through how everything works. As a loved one I feel so good about her move there. I feel confident she is in good hands. I also really appreciate how welcoming they have been to me. Welcoming me for some meals and activities so I can help my mother get in the routine and feel comfortable.

The first thing we noticed when we walked into this community was the homey atmosphere. The residents smiled and waved to us on tour they were very welcoming. This is a very nice community very clean it looks really good. The staff is great they have been very helpful and sweet. There are lots of activities offered here daily and the meals are well balanced and healthy. This Is a very warm welcoming community and I would recommend it.

We are very happy with Village At Westerville Retirement Center. My mother is doing great there. I would recommend it. They do offer activities, but she hasn't participated much. She says the food is okay, I've tried it and I liked it.

We toured here when we were looking. When you walk in, the lobbies have huge staircases that wind up, and they are beautiful. I don't know that the residents go up and down them much, but they were very nice. I thought it was beautiful, but mom didn't like it. It wasn't the right fit for us.

I liked the facilities. Apartment was small. Negative is they dont allow pets. Big positive is that they accept Medicaid. Gathering documentation. Not my first choice but not eliminated from consideration.

Large facility, 2 levels, with Assisted living on 2nd floor. Elevators available, but my concern is with my Father using stairs instead. Only Studios, small, medium, and Large available, which may not be comfortable with my Fathers comfort level he is use to with separate room/area for sleeping. No sinks in kitchenette area, as the facility would rather have the residents use the Dining Area and socialize. I believe in this philosophy, however, considering my Fathers living experiences, this may not work to his comfort level. The facility is large, lots of room internal and external, and opportunities for more outside activity than the other facilities I visited which is a plus for residents that desire that option. Lastly, I really like the idea that Reflections works with their sister facility Carriage Court for internal transfers should the level of care required for increased memory of care issues increases.

The environment was uplifting and so many smiles. I really love the outside area with a patio. I see alot of engagement between the patients.

The move my mother made from her house to this facility was very smooth and non painful. They helped and assisted us in the move. Everything went way better then expected.

The staff here is friendly and caring. The building is always neat and clean. The atmosphere is pleasant. Things are going just fine so far and I do not have any complaints about Heritage Woods.

Everything is going fine at The Fountains of Crystal Lake. One complaint I hear is that they need better WiFi. Her iPad freaks out a lot there. She also says the meals are too close together. She is quite happy though. We haven't run into any issues really. Every time I've been there everything is really clean. She does say the activities should be spaced out a little more. Other than that everything is going good here.

This was a nice facility and Josh was very helpful. [removed] FYI - again, they did not have our 11:30 appointment, but was very professional about it.

Clean & friendly. Workers make eye contact & use residents first names. Residents playing cards & reading newspaper. Daily menus change. Good laundry facilities. Windows in bedrm. & livingrm. Good size bathrm. Considering this place.

I think the care is limited. As far as activities, they seem to have a lot going on, it's not terrible.

My father is very happy there. He loves, loves the food. The Heritage Woods of Moline is a nice community. The facility is always clean. There are no odors. The staff is very accommodating. They are very helpful. They do offer activities but my father says they should add more. He says there's not that many. Other than that, It has been a very good experience. I'm glad that my father is happy here.

Overall the entire staff is capable, friendly, helpful and courteous. The facility is clean and comfortable.

They are doing very well so far. There have been a little mix ups in the beginning, with medication. I think that was just getting set up, and everything transferred. There haven't been any major concerns. No complaints about food or activities. So far it's working out pretty well.
