During my tour, I noticed the place was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and answered all of my questions. They took me around the entire building and everything was organized. The residents were all interacting and looked very happy with what I saw.

I had taken a tour of this community. The staff was nice and very friendly. the community was nice and clean and well taken care of there. This would of been a great choice for my mom, but they did not have the special bedding that we needed for here and there would of been a wait time. Overall a great place for a loved one.

Me and my loved one was able to take a tour of the community. It was wonderful and we loved the place. The staff seemed nice and very helpful. The community was bright and open. The only reason we chose some where else was because it was to expensive.

Our tour guide during our tour was very sweet and soft spoken. She made sure my loved one understood all the information she was presenting and took her time with our visit. The bedrooms seemed a little small and there was to much construction going on in the building for us to focus.

The staff was wonderful and they answered all the questions that I had. The community was clean and kept up. The had activities that my loved one maybe able to do. I would recommend this community to family and to friends.

The staff at Heritage Woods of Plainfield were very courteous and friendly. The staff that offered the tour were knowledgeable and they were able to address all of our concerns. The community at Heritage Woods is well kept.

My mother is doing good at John M Evans Supportive Living. The staff is providing good care for her, they also communicate very well with the family. I would recommend the community they have good meals available and different activities for the residents to engage in. I also feel that my mother is in a safe place with good care.

Everything is working out pretty well for my mother here at this community. They have a good staff here, they are caring for my mother very well. The community is very well maintained. There are activities offered for the residents. She is pleased with the meals. but she isn't crazy about the seating arrangements. I know she is in good hands and being cared for well. She is doing good here and I would recommend it.

My mother is doing fantastic here at this community. It has been a lovely experience so far. The community is well-kept, everything very nice and clean. The staff is very good, they are helpful and attentive. She enjoys playing cards with the residents. One thing she doesn't like is the food. They need to improve the quality of food they serve. Overall I know she is being cared for well and she is in good hands. This is a community I would recommend.

My Loved one resides at Victory Centre of Park Forest. The community is kept clean and organized. The meals that are served are good. My loved one feels that the community is safe. One of the things that is nice about the community is the church. It's inside the community so the residents don't have to walk much or drive anywhere.

My father felt very isolated there as they did not have many activities he was interested in. He did not like the food but the personnel were friendly to him and helped him to meals and gave him his medications but otherwise he did not see them very often as he did not leave his room. He was 99 years and it was hard for him to wheel himself around the facility. Much of the problem was his age and his ability to help himself as he should have and the lack of activities.

The entire staff at Gull Creek is wonderful. The food is pretty good. They keep the community clean and well taken care of. The offer plenty of activities for us to enjoy. They have a bus for transportation to stores and other locations.

This tour went very well and I liked how clean and nice it looked. The residents seemed to be happy interacting with the staff. I got to try a complimentary meal and I thought it was very good. Heather from A Place For Mom was very good at helping me out.

It was a good tour of the community. I got to meet with the manager on site. I did like this place. It seemed no different than some other communities. The manager was focused and informative.

Like any new community there were a couple of issues but the staff and I talked about it and it has improved. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and helpful to all residents. My aunt had friends living her so that made it easier to get comfortable and likes to socialize. Her meals are pretty good and I feel she is getting good care and I feel she is secure here.

Nice,Quiet and clean

The Hearth is a very nice place for our mother to reside.Since reaching this stage of life to need daily assistance our mother gets the care she needs.the staff are friendly and helpful and our mom has many favorites,Her apartments is nice and is well maintained,feels like home!.Thank you all for your care and friendship to our mom!.

Too much waiting time between :1.Placing order with waitress and receiving the order. 2.Out of [removed] caps for cups paper cups,food items etc. Suggest 1.A review of ordering supplies and food items. 2.Review your procedure in kitchen and dinning room. The above suggestion area must for a people organization

It is a lovely building and usually very clean.The dining room is pleasant .The staff is wonderful ,very helpful and kind.Dad enjoys PT and OT,and doing the step.The food has been an issue.Dad needs a low sodium diet,Can't eat spicy food likes thing cooked vegetables,cooked cereal etc.

Too many decisions are being made by destant corporate entity.On site decisions should be more prevalent.Food delivery system needs work to operate efficiently.
