My father has recently made the move into this place and I have no complaints of how things are going for him so far. He has really been enjoying his new living environment and making a few friends with the other residents. They have a nice selection of activities to keep them busy throughout the week and a tasty menu for the meal times. The staff have been attentive to his needs and have really made the transition easy for him. Overall it has worked out just fine and I would recommend it to anyone.

Mom is still struggling with being placed here but she seems to be improving. She is starting to relax a little more and starting to socialize and meet the residents. The staff has been very friendly and patient and kind.They responded very promptly when the call button rings which is important. The community itself appears clean and well maintained. I'm not sure how the food really is mom says that it is bland and tasteless but that could just be here and her own opinion I've never had a meal there so I couldn't say either way.

This community seems to have a good setup for Alzheimer's residents. The staff have been friendly and attentive. They have plenty of staff on site. The food is good and the community is well maintained. They offer a lot of activities such as games to play, singalongs, movie night and they had a luau. I would recommend this community.

I have no complaints of how things had went for my tour of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and thought they had a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. Overall it has been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

The grounds were lovely here flowers and plants everywhere with a lovely courtyard for sitting. The property inside was lovely very nicely decorated however I did not care for the fact the memory care unit was much different than the assisted living and independent living wings. The memory care unit had a basement feel to it the rooms were small and not as well lit as the other rooms. It almost gave the feel of a local institution. The staff was friendly and helpful

My mom recently moved into White Oaks at Heritage Woods of Huntley. The staff there is extremely friendly and has gone out of their way to help my mom feel comfortable. The programming is more extensive than other sites that I visited, with activities throughout the day, including outings and special performances that are brought in for the residents. The layout is conducive to a resident with memory care needs and the facility is kept clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the new director, [Removed], is working hard to get to know all of the families and ensure that each resident's needs are being met!

My mom is adjusting and the change is running smoothly now. We were a little disappointed with the apartment not being fully ready but it was corrected. There is lots of activities for when she is ready to get involved. She really likes the desserts and has been reasonably pleased with the meals. This community was the closest to me and we appreciate A Place For Mom's help.

Overall the property was very nice it appeared clean and maintained well inside and out. The staff was helpful and kind. They were a little more expensive than some of the other communities I had visited. However, they did do a follow-up call a few days after to inform me that there was currently a waitlist.

We got my aunt here after my mother passed. At first she hated the change. Now she loves it at looks the best she has in 20 years. She looks forward to everyday. Thank You.

This seemed like a nice community and the people we met were friendly. They seemed to offer some nice amenities. This community was just to far out of the way. This community is in a busier area and we did not think this would be the right place for our loved one.

This is a brand new community and it is beautiful. The apartments are nice and the person we spoke to during our tour was friendly and informative. We liked this community, however they did not accept medicaid.

My tour of this community went very well. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. From what I saw the community looked great. The staff was friendly, and my questions were answered. I did find another community that was a better fit for my father, but my tour of this community was a good one.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my wife with her move to this community. I'am satisfied with her move to this community. Everything is working out well, and they are taking good care of her. I know she is safe, and receiving good care. All is well so far for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

The staff I met were friendly and helpful. They seem to offer some nice amenities and the community looked clean. They do have a waiting list and we were looking for something sooner.

This is a nice community, and so far my mother seems to be pretty well with her move here. They seem to be trying their best to take care of her, and her needs. They have a nice staff, and they have been responsive, and kind. This is smaller community compared to others, but it is easy to find someone when you need some help. They have nice meals, and good activities available for their residents. Everything is working out pretty well for us at this facility, and I would recommend it.

I have no complaints about the tour I had of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give us lots of helpful information as well as answer any questions we had for them. I would recommend this place to anyone interested. It was just not the right fit for my wife and I in the end decision.

My mother in law is still adjusting to living at The Hearth. We are working with the staff on communication. We are going to start having family meetings so we can voice our concerns. I have eaten here and the food is very good. They are starting a music and memory program. The community seems clean and it fits her needs. I would say to look for a community's shortcomings. I also suggest that you ask specific questions to see if this community would be right for your loved one.

I like everything I have seen at this community when I visit. They only complaint I heard is that the food is terrible and most of the time it is inedible. When my loved one first moved in the food was great. The chef has since left and the food has not been the same. They are trying to resolve this issue. The residents are not really able to cook in their apartments as they only have microwaves. The staff are nice and the community is kept clean.

This looked like a nice clean community when we visited. The staff were nice and friendly. This community was a little larger than what we were looking for. They do have a small garden outside.

Very nice place. I was impressed that so many of the staff took the time to introduce themselves. [Removed] was outstanding- not pushy very helpful!
