It is my first experience of this nature;my Dad and I didn't know what to expect. But everyone was so helpful ,taking time to answer my many question,helping with things I needed to do and get for Dad...Thank you Fountains for making my Dad priority one...

We are very pleased with Heritage Woods. Everyone has been so helpful and accommodating and friendly. My mother-in-law says everyone is kind and the food is good! It is so convenient for us which makes life much easier for all.

I liked them from the get-go. They were very honest and presented it as it was. They are very friendly and really care about my mom. They are a little pricey, but for the peace of mind knowing that mom is being take great care if, it's worth it!

My mother-in-law has been living at Heritage Woods for almost 3 weeks now. The location is ideal, as we are only a few miles away from her. The apartment was clean and ready for her when we moved in. The maintenance man was extremely helpful in getting pictures up, etc. We are mostly happy with everything - the CNAs and everyone that assists seem very kind and helpful. Two concerns: I wish they had someone at the front desk 24/7, but they do not. Perhaps not a big issue, but it makes me wonder about security. Secondly, I stayed to eat dinner with her one evening and was concerned when one of the residents stated that the kitchen uses mostly frozen, prepackaged foods, rather than creating meals from fresh foods. I need to ask about that. Other than those two things, we are pleased.

My father-in-law, who has early dementia, became quickly acclimated to his new apartment. We are very please with the patience and friendliness of the staff.

We just moved my in-laws into Reflections this past week. They love Reflections. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Their apartment is wonderful and they were able to keep their dog. They love the food and the neighbors. This is the perfect place for our parents and once they are settled in they will be so happy about the move. Thanks to Kim who was wonderful to work with.

Overall we've had a very good experience with Heritage Woods! We had a bit of a rocky start due to some miscommunication with the caregivers, but they resolved things quickly and they have been great ever since. They're very quick to resolve any issues, or answer any questions that we've had. It's a nice clean facility, the staff are all very friendly,

Heritage Woods was such a blessing if a find! Answered all of my mother's needs with affordability. Bonus: no hidden up charges for medication dispensing or increases in needs.

Out of concern for our parents welfare, my brother and I decided it was time to consider an assisted living environment. This being our first time at this task we were unsure of where to start. We entered assisted living into the computer and A Place for Mom came up, after a few questions we were advised to check out Heritage Woods in Moline. We set an appointment and were impressed immediately with the professional assistance they offered us. The tour of the facility was absolutely wonderful and the employees and residents were so friendly! We knew this would be a place our parents could flourish ! Activities are offered along with social gatherings, which are vital in out parents daily lives. After residing at Heritage Woods for a few months now , our parents are settled in and very satisfied with their children's decision to move them into Heritage Woods of Moline.

It's good so far. I was very impressed with the people there very responsive, and cheerful. She complains a little about the variety of the food. They have a vegetable garden and it's bright with a lot of windows with some natural light.

It's a beautiful facility, a lot like Arden Court. A little more personal and it's not a four-beds-in-a-room kind of place.

I visited The Fountains in October and found the employees pleasant and helpful. The apartment I visited was clean.

My mom seems to like the activities. She just played bunco today and she was all happy. I do like the friendliness and openness of the staff there. They seem to know everybody by name and when you're visiting they recognize who you are and who you are there to see. My mom said the food is pretty good. Based on the cost, benefits, and the location, Heritage woods had the best value of all the places we saw. It was close to my mom's friends.

Heritage Woods is a very nice community and we love it. Our loved one needs memory care and because they had no opening yet they allowed us to move into assisted living until a memory care slot opens. They keep the community in immaculate condition. They offer a great value compared to the previous community our loved one was in. The activities director is just wonderful but they could use a little more activities. I think one reason they don't have as many activities is because more people are independent and some even have their own car. We are paying around $3,700 a month. We really love Heritage Woods and are pleased with what they are doing.

They could encourage the residents to participate in the activities a little more instead of just giving up. It is a very nice community that is very well maintained. The staff is really friendly and they offered a great price. It seems like they could be a little more professional when it comes to the lease agreements, if any changes occur it should be reprinted with the proper corrections.

Food is higher in carbs. I am in a studio apartment which is fine except I am a writer and it's not large enough. Most folks don't mind. It's a very pleasant place to live.

My mom enjoyed her Respite stay at Heritage Woods (Oaks) in Huntley. They have 3 apartments for respite care.

Staff was friendly enough, pleasant, clearly knew the residents. Reception is staffed 24/7 and there is a nurse or CNA 24/7. 2 assessments are needed to enter this facility-one from a primary MD, then there is a facility assessment. This is assisted living and memory care. There is no cooking per se in the apartments-family can bring in a crock pot, air fryer, etc. There is a microwave in the unit plus a 3/4 size refrigerator. 3 daily meals are provided plus snacks in the dining room. There is access to podiatrist, dentist, hair salon, MD on Tuesdays. Transportation is provided for a 10 mile radius. The facility is clean, well organized, staff is helpful. My mom is very independent and currently needs no assistance. I don't think this is the place for her.

The staff are all friendly. Mom likes [name removed] and [name removed]. They seem to care the most. [name removed] ( housekeeper) looks in on her too on occasion. The shuttle driver, [name removed] is great guy! He watches out for these folks on the outings, and has walked mom to her Dr appts. Nice man! I know she's in Independent Living, but I just wish they'd allow the RN to check in on her once in awhile. Mom's still pretty independent, but on occasion, she needs a little extra attention. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Quality of care is very good. Staff is caring & helpful. Good variety of activities. I like that some include loved ones. Large studio apartments. Very clean.
